The food was great as always which is why we come back. The service was slow. My daughter and I ordered drinks and mine didn't come until after my appetizer and only when asked were we told they were out of ingredients for my daughter's drink. We asked three times for steak sauce and got it when I had two bites left of my steak. I tried to wait but it was getting cold and the kids were done eating. It has been a while since I last came here. I was very glad I stopped by today. I found my ultimate favorite drink. The blueberries lavender lemonade. A sweet country-style lemonade with a lavender scent. This drink looked and tasted great. I would recommend it. I always get the Blooming Onion. It always tastes good and is one of my favorite items on the menu. I was. Happy with my choice. I ordered something new for myself. I got the Blooming Fried Chicken. It was okay. The chicken portion was a little small. It was a little dry. I came with two sides. I got the Caesar salad. It was very good and the baked potato. The potato was good also. The service was good. I came first thing in the morning right at opening time. my son and I enjoyed our steaks. For the first time my son and I have the best steak cooked to the right temp. Sean was our server. Over all the experience was good. A little rocky at first with us getting our app before our drinks. But...The bartender was really sweet and came to our table to apologize for not making the drinks because he didn't see the ticket, he was genuine and it went along way for us. The server was okay. She seemed to have every table in that section, including big parties. Food overall was good. Ordered the mac and cheese bits, and for entrees, we got the burger and the blooming sirloin. This Outback is run very well. The hostess was extremely friendly. So was our server Megan. She made sure we had everything we needed and came around pretty often. I pretty much order the same thing every time I go to an Outback. The salad was really fresh but the dressing tasted different. I didn't like the dressing too much but the salad was still good. Maybe they switched brands of dressing? I did not like the dressing as much as usual. My filet came out how it was cooked perfectly. This is great because I have so many issues with undercooked steak at restaurants. The loaded baked potato is pretty good. I wish they gave more cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives. I did ask for more. I received more but could have used even more than that. We were too full for dessert. I've tried a couple of desserts at Outback, the one in Pembroke Pines and was not too thrilled with them. I'm usually too full at the end of the meal anyway to eat dessert. read more

Reviewed off of my disappoint $15 salad I feel as if outback over the years in my city became a tourist spot. The service and overall feel is just now very touristy. Unfortunately that goes for the foods quality and the staffs vibe. The drink and Mac n cheese bites we're the highlight of the meal. They were very very good. **** The steakhouse salad I ordered without pecans due to allergy and luckily as an adult I don't trust anyone but I also inspect my food first. There was a pecan on my salad but not even that the salad portion for $15 was a side salad. The steak was just OKAY. I was kind of disappointed with the choose of lettuce they serve with this salad and steak salads are typically a classier meal, healthy yet excited for steak. My wife and I had a very unpleasant experience at an outback restaurant a few years back and we never visited one since. However this Sunday afternoon we were passing near Dania Point and figured we'd give it another try. We went in with limited expectations but by the time we left, we found our new go to restaurant in the neighborhood. We were greeted quickly and brought to a table near the center of the restaurant where we were approached by our server Keith. He took our beverage requests and left us for a moment to view the menu. We ordered the $14.99 special they are currently running with a few upgrades ( the wedge sald and a 8 of sirloin) which were completely word the small upcgarge. The salads came out quickly and they were delicious. The main courses (steak and coconut shrimp) came out just as we were finishing the salads. The coconut shrimp was extremely tasty and the dipping sauce added a great complimentary flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of seasoning (the baked potato was equally as good as I loved the sea salt coating on the outside skin). The waiter checked up on us at various times throughout the meal when we were also visited by the MOD (Mike) and by the owner/operator Jose. Each taking the time out to not only check on us but to engage in conversation. By this time we were to full and had to take our deserts home. Overall it couldn't have been a more pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant in the future. Thank you Outback for changing my opinion of you. read more

We are local , going to outbacks for years , gotta say ,,, not at all what it used to be ,, just awful , stopped ordering the French onion soup , it either never came out or came out so hot that by the time you were finished eating, it was still hot so you couldn't eat it, Caesar salad used to be so good absolutely awful now you could tell it's bag lettuce. The dressing is terrible. The croutons are awful. They are definitely not what they used to be. figured I'd try something new the tuna they added to the menu you don't ever get it. It is just absolutely horrible. They should take it back off. Don't ever serve it again. It's it's terrible. not for nothing but won't ever ever be going back to an outback ever and Weed out at least 3 to 4 times a week so never again for the outback that was one of our go to. Me and my mom decided to go out for lunch and I could've picked a better spot. I love Outback but today was the best meal I ever had from them. It started great from the wonderful hostess, our great server, excellent manager. I have been to many outbacks but this seem to be one that actually have a manager that walks around and check on each table. We ordered wings for an appetizer, a Caesar salad, and sirloin steak with fries. The food was finger-licking good literally. Everything was prepared to perfection. I went here to get a steak for myself and ordered a burger to go to bring home to my wife. Steak was of fair quality. I don't expect the best from an Outback. We had good service and food on the Sunday night we visited. We had about a 15 minute wait for a table. They brought warm bread to the table and served it with margarine. I wish they used real butter! We started with the small portion of the bloomin onion. I'm so happy they offer this so we don't get filled up before our entrees come. The steak was cooked and seasoned to my liking. I loved the loaded baked potato. We ended the meal with the boomerang dessert. It is fondue with various items to dip in the chocolate. Exiting the Dania Pointe plaza this was the first restaurant I noticed, kudos for their business team on location. At that point in the evening I'm headed home and definitely didn't want to cook so I wanted something fast but tasty. I went in thinking I'd order a blooming onion because that's what their famous for. Side note , yes I'd sit there and eat nearly an entire one by myself as a meal lol. However to my surprise they had another item on the menu, fried mushrooms! I ordered a drink and salad at the bar and the shrooms togo. The staff members at the bar were very polite. After a bizarre dinner the previous night, I wanted to eat a meal from a place that is usually good. I was very happy with my experience and my faith was renewed in restaurant food. Here goes.... Our lovely server Brittany greeted us warmly pretty soon after we sat down. She explained a couple of their newer menu items and mentioned the steak and lobster promotion. I usually just get steak at Outback but decided on something different. The house salad was the same as always. There could have been more cheese and croutons on it and I think I will go back to my typical ranch dressing instead of the balsamic dressing which tasted very generic. The steak was just right. The flavor was delicious and the sirloin was just the right size at 6 ounces. I really enjoyed the lobster as well. It tasted like it was pretty high quality. A loaded baked potato had a pretty good amount of toppings but Brittany was nice enough to bring me more. Outback provides a very decent meal at a good price. I really like this new open format setup at the newer Outback Steakhouses. Sometimes it is nice to stick with a familiar place. I will be back!!! read more

I'm fine with the ambiance. It feels cozy and perfect to stop for a drink as I'm doing now, but there was no one behind the bar for a while. I had to pick up my own menu. I wanted spinach dip as an appetizer but that's not on the menu. My Blackberry Martini tastes like Robitusin. The bartender offered me bread, but she went off to take orders at tables and the bread is probably not coming. Great! Trump supporters are sitting next to me. Nathanael was my waiter and he was really AWESOME!!!. First, I started out with a virgin pina colada because I don't drink, but I love the pina colada taste. It was delicious. Even the waiter asked if I wanted more. I chose that entree because it was special, I received numerous emails about it, and I wanted shrimp and a steak. I was fine with one serving of shrimp. The entree came with 2 sides. I had broccoli and a potato with sour cream. I was pleased at first until I saw the broccoli. My gosh that broccoli was a mess. The server took it back and brought out some really fresh broccoli. I feel like if the cooks can send out fresh broccoli, why would they not send that out the first time? Overall everything was delicious. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't order steak since I barely eat it. I would stick to the garlic grilled shrimp, baked potato and hopefully fresh broccoli. If you like adult beverages, it is a full bar there with many of your favorite liquors and flavors. I took many photos of the menu for you to view. I gave the restaurant a 4 because of the broccoli. ***I dined alone today because I traveled back here to Miami, Florida which is me and my family's hometown for business. I have been to this location a few times, I like I can always find parking. The restaurant stands alone in the plaza with many restaurants . I sat at the bar, and ordered an 11oz sirloin, my appetizer salad came out very quickly, and then meal soon followed right afterwards, I wasnt expecting the main course so quickly (small gripe), but it gave the meat time to settle as I finished the salad. I have to admit it was excellent!!..Perfectly cooked medium rare and good quality. The bartender was nice,and attentive, & gave me required drink refills. I was overall very happy. Where these days can a family of three have steak dinners and leave stuffed, for under $75.00. We were a group of 8 that came for lunch today celebrating a co-workers departure. Everyone loved their food and not one complaint about the food, service, or anything else. Food was fresh and very tasty. The menu has plenty to chose from. Main courses include a large steak selection as well as chicken and seafood dishes. The drink menu is great as well. One of my favorite's, which I ordered today, is the Alice Spring Chicken. I got broccoli as my side (trying to eat healthier) and it was great. The bread they bring out before the food comes is so good. Although we didn't order dessert, they have a few good items to chose from. As more shops and restaurants are opening up in the Dania Pointe near our house, we get more and more excited to try them out. As the new Cuban place we tried was a hit with us, we were hoping this place will too. I have had Outback in many other locations before, and it's nice to find one near our house now. We arrived just before during their happy hour, which starts at 3pm daily. However, the happy hour deals only apply to the drinks only. Therefore, we did our usual thing by ordering a few drinks with appetizers. I just ordered beers but my wife said their specialty cocktails were pretty good. In our previous two visits, we've had wings, spicy shrimps ribs and fried mac and cheese balls. I like the shrimps as they tasted like the Bang Bang Shrimps from Bone Fish Grill. The rib was tender and has a lot good flavors. The wings were cooked nicely but I thought it might just a bit spicy for my taste. But the Fried Mac and Cheese balls were my wife and mine favorites. It was lightly friend with warm and oozy cheese inside. We have not tried any of their steaks yet, but we will definitely be back when my wife's parents are in town! read more

Go home Outback, you're drunk! We waited a week after they opened to visit this new location and there were still many obstacles. Hubby arrived prior to me due to having a longer drive from work. He ordered for me so by the time I arrived, hopefully our experience would have started. I arrived 15 minutes after hubby did and this is how it went... I meet hubby at the bar and there are no drinks or food in front of us. One of the bartenders (there were four) said she would have the rum punches come right up. I also asked for a water. I received my water immediately and we were still waiting on the rum punches. The manager comes up to us and informs us of our bloomin onion being burned and they are making a fresh one because they are still learning. Okay, fine. I have worked for 2 different Bloomin Brands restaurants and I know for a fact they train you for at least one week prior to putting you on the floor (2 weeks if you are opening a store). The restaurant was really busy for close to closing time but that could have been due to so many mistakes in the kitchen. I know I am complicated with my orders but I know the possibilities, especially working in these restaurants in the past. Our entrees arrived before our bloomin onion. Hubby requested all my extra sauces and not one request was granted. I had to ask again for extra bloom sauce. 3 different staff members for ranch for my chicken fingers. Several staff members for my wedge salad to go (hubby asked before I arrived also due to them bringing it out on a plate). One of the best points of the night was when the manager apologized about the bloomin onion and said it was on her. I replied that it was free anyway because it was Bloomin Monday. All in all, the food was consistent. The bloom sauce was actually really good. The ranch tasted off. The only good bartender was a woman who was maybe in her 40's with dirty blonde hair. She stepped up when no one else did, especially without us asking. Hubby and I both agreed this location was more professional than many Outback locations and the food was good. I was really craving a steak and was hoping that this place would be decent for a quick lunch. It was a nice quiet place to have lunch but the food wasn't good. The steak and mashed potatoes were as bland as the picture. I was actually disappointed. I had to take most of the batter off of the shrimp, it was too much and over powering that you lost the shrimp taste. The Mac & cheese wasn't terrible, but nothing I'd ever crave or order again.
