We are back for this underrated spot. The food was great... even better than the last time we went. It is very economical for a sit down restaurant, which is nicely decorated (I mean, if you been to one, they are all the same) and the restaurant was very clean. The service was spectacular, Emily C. Was our server and she did great, was very kind, provided suggestions to save some $on the bill, and was really on top of it. Making sure everything we order met our expectations and if we needed a drink refill. I would love to get assigned to her next time we go. For the food, we weren't super hungry but we all wanted French onion soups, so we decided to come here based on previous experience and it didn't disappoint. We did this awesome deal where for less than $20 you get a French Onion Soup, an entree with a side and a cheesecake for dessert. The entrees we got were the 6oz petite filet (cooked to perfection medium rare), chicken strips (which can be share based on the amount you get), and the coconut shrimp that I didn't try but my family devoured them. My son got a Sharky Temple, which the presentation was great. It's a take on a Shirley Temple where you get the sprite but the shot of grenadine is in a little shark; check out the picture! Definitely coming back!

Service was ok but food and value was great. They have food and drink deals every day.

I stopped by Ouback, my favorite place. I was using one of my birthday gift cards i received. The gift card is sold by go Enjoy, which this is the second time I've had an issue with these cards. Anyway, I was on the phone with their customer service rep which was absolutely no assistance. The Manager Omar Padilla came over and we were chatting and I put my phone on speaker and he could hear that this was going no where. I told him that this is one of m h b day presents. He happy Birthday. I said thank you and he walked away. I polled out one of my debit cards to pay and Omar came back and had my bill in his hand. He said, "don't worry about the card this is on me, happy birthday". I was not only embarrassed but happy at his customer service. Matt Gentry you hired the right Manager. Great customer service. Outback Steakhouse at it's best.

The jalapeño margarita was enjoyable very good spice . The beverage was enjoyable but if someone likes a heavy hard then maybe add another shot . The boom-Rita was very good the variety was good . The parmesan bite was missing something the flavor was off a bit. The service was good the waitress was super kind.the ambiance was basic but it was. Clean and neat especially for a rainy day.

It's an outback, it's a chain, i don't expect to get blown away, but it did surprise me and that's a good thing. We had a gift card and a good opportunity to give them a try ! We had to wait like 10 minutes to be seated due to volume and that was just fine. We were quickly brought water to the table and a small but delicious loaf of bread for the table. That bread and butter was great ! Thereafter, we ordered a blooming onion for the table (Because that's what you have to do at outback right ? ) So on to the main course we ordered a porterhouse (medium rare), a NY strip (medium), and a bone in rib-eye (medium-well) to satisfy all the temperature preferences of the table. As sides we ordered a French onion soup, fries, baked potato, and asparagus. The blooming onion was a crunchy, greasy, heavily seasoned but fun and quite enjoyable onion experience. The steaks to my surprise were cooked to the right temperature and seasoned well and even topped with what tasted like a nice quick coat of butter before serving. Everyone enjoyed the way the steaks were cooked and tasted. Overall a good, and surprising experience from our neighborhood outback in Hialeah ! Although I did not find the meal to be cheap by any means, the food was pleasantly good!

I was a a party of one and was seated immediately at a booth. My waitress was kind, helpful, and attentive. Bread was hot and fresh, given without being asked for. The food was good. I had the salmon, baked potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a cesar salad. I also tried the lavender lemonade cocktail, it was a nice refreshing drink.

Typical, expected experience from an outback. It's a chain - can't expect extraordinary restaurant!!! But honestly had a good time with my husband. Cheap, predictable food. The bread here tastes amazing. We honestly came here for that. We then ordered the fried onion (a must here right?) and the sirloin and shrimp special they had. Between the two of us we spent 30 bucks. Cannot complain. I'll come back - you always come back to outback!

Very excited that hialeah got an outback! Came here with the wife for a cheap dinner. Our wait time was about 15 min so not bad. The server was also very nice although they ran out of utensils and we had to wait a while to get some. We ordered the fried onion appetizer and the sirloin. Both were good. What you would expect from an outback. We will come back. You always come back to these places.

My husband and I came in for a late dinner after a soccer game. It was about 8:30 pm. We were greeted immediately and were brought bread and water. I had the cheesy fries and wing appetizers and hubby had a burger. The food was good but our waitress was so darn slow for everything, even the check!! Very slllloooowwwww!!

A new Outback has finally opened in the heart of Hialeah. I was beyond excellent to check out this new location last night. Walking in, I was greeted by the host, and she took us to our table right away (no wait time). This restaurant opened about a month ago, everything looks nice and clean. I ordered the BOOMARITA flight, it's comes with a mango, blackberry ,watermelon and a house margarita for only $6.99 (what a great deal). After taking a sip of each one, all 4 of drinks were watered-down;(. I honestly was so disappointed. Now let's talk about the food... I ordered ALICE SPRINGS CHICKEN, Grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms, crisp bacon, melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar and honey mustard sauce with side of sweet potato and "grilled asparagus". Every single item on my plate was overcooked. The ONLY reason why I gave this location two stars was because our server, Jean was INCREDIBLY accommodating, he was knowledgeable of the menu, was constantly checking in on us and provided top of the line service.

From the outside it looks small but once you step inside you realize it is pretty big with plenty of seating. The lighting is dim making it perfect to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, date night, or any other special occasion. We made reservations to celebrate my mom's birthday. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us right away. We wanted to start with the lamb empanadas but they didn't have any so we had the chicken instead. Nonetheless these were just as tasty. We weren't done yet and the second server removed our plates for the bread and appetizers. At this point our main server had passed by several times to ask if we were ready to order. We definitely felt rushed. We ordered two sirloin steak for our entree. My mom and I shared a sirloin and my husband had his own. This was a pretty decent size to share. Unfortunately my husband's cut was not very good as it was very fatty. It wasn't communicated very clearly that the steak came with 2 sides. However, if sharing among 3 people the sides are pretty small and will not be enough. So we went ahead and ordered two more sides. Despite the confusion, this is one of the best steaks we have ever had! We all agreed that it was so flavorful, fresh, and good quality meat. If you want a good steak this is the place to come to!

Which is great because you get to eat a little of everything on the menu. They did run out of ribs, and doubled our chicken which was okay. The chicken is absolutely delicious! So moist and flavorful! The picahna and churrasco were just as good. And the chorizo,,, you can never go wrong there! It includes 3 different sauces to pair along with the meats which are just as delicious. For side we got the rice, beans, and yucca fries. Do yourself a favor and get the fries!!! They are amazing! Our host walked us out to the Terrace seating, which was perfectly secluded and made for such a nice, intimate setting. We started with the Blue Crab Toast and Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The blue crab toast was definitely the favorite between the two! The pickled fennel paired with the crab so perfectly and added the perfect little zing. We both ordered the Steak Frites, and OMG... melt-in-your-mouth good! Exactly what I was craving. For cocktails, he had the Green Ghoul and I went with the Guava Cosmopolitan. Mine was definitely the favorite of the two the guava flavor was everything! Between the amazing food, great cocktails, intimate atmosphere, and some of the best service I've had in Miami thus far, I can definitely see Sunny's becoming a staple for our local date nights. He explained the drinks and gave us great suggestions I got the Gran Via and it was very refreshing. My girl got the Mango Bajito and it was very yummy felt like real mango too! Now the cut we chose was Denver Wagyu and just wow omg line I love steak lol and we always have different types of steak every where we go but the way that steak melted in my mouth! Just wow. We got it medium and it was perfectly cooked. I would take a trip to Miami just to have that cut again We got the Caesar salad. In my opinion it had too much sauce but it was great either way lol. Now I don't normally eat mashed potatoes but wow theirs was so yummy and soft lol tasted like butter! If there's anything I want you to do after reading this, is make your reservation lol Our bill was $194 and yes we also got the pineapple dessert. It was yummy. I love crème brulee. It wasn't crème brulee per se but it was ice cream with the burned sugar on top. Super good too. And refreshing. We left an extra $30 for Jordi although service charge is included. Yes he was that good! I will take a flight just to come eat here. I would give it 100 stars if I could. Not quite -- but definitely better than my last visit. Creamy, savory, and packed with flavor, they still hit the spot. The spicy chicken bites? On point as always. I'd give the appetizers a strong 8.5 out of 10. Now, moving on to the entrée: I asked for my steak medium, but it came out medium rare. I still ate it, but it wasn't what I ordered. The sides didn't help much either -- the broccoli was bland, and the Caesar salad was just okay. Altogether, the entrée course was underwhelming. I'd rate it around a 6.5 out of 10. But the real star of the night? Dessert. The molten lava cake was pure perfection. Warm, rich, and indulgent with that gooey center and cold ice cream on top -- this was a 10 out of 10 no question. Easily the best part of the meal. As for the service... that's where things fell short. I waited what felt like forever just to get water, and even longer for my second Jack and Coke. It wasn't a busy night, so I assumed the bartender had already made the drink and it was just sitting somewhere, getting watered down. Eventually, my server came back and realized the drink had never made it to the table. She mentioned that the bartender doesn't add ice -- she usually adds it herself before bringing it over. I guess that was meant to reassure me, but honestly, it didn't really. It just felt like she was acknowledging how long she'd been gone.
