Been here multiple times since my last review but have gotten better at remembering to leave reviews. The first 12 or so times were amazing-- The other day I ordered a Large spicy Tofu with Brown Rice and my brother ordered Chicken w/rice and Veggies. I don't know how to get this message to this location specifically - PLEASE STOP OVERCOOKING THE CHICKEN BREAST!!! I beg you. Whoever is cooking chicken here cooks like they're scared of it. You just need to cook it to temperature it doesn't have to be cooked to shreds! My jaw is aching I can't even get through half the chicken in a regular sized bowl. And since you raised your prices the least you could do is cook chicken correctly. Maybe the grill temp is too high but I'm telling you, you've got to either lower that temp or cook these chicken breasts two minutes less on each side. I don't want overcooked chicken and soggy vegetables for lunch I could've just made it at home and saved $16. When I arrived home, I called the restaurant and informed them I received a four-piece Crab Rangoon. The lady who answered offered to give me a six-piece if I returned or credit me the difference. I went with the credit because I had settled in, and I did not want to head back out again. Unfortunately, I never received that credit to my card. Otherwise, I had no complaints. Teriyaki madness has always been a go to when I ate meat and now as vegetarian leaning plant based. They started a meatless Friday's promotion and it was amazing. The food is always hot and fresh. The only issue I see with most of their locations is the customer service isn't the best.
