Well, it's an Outback. I went by myself on a Wednesday night around 7 and the place was busy. I had a 20 minute wait which was more than reasonable. The hostess and servers were all very friendly and attentive. I was hoping for prime rib but they only serve that on Friday and Saturday. So I got the ribeye delmonico, medium with a loaded baked potato and a garden salad. Portions were very generous. The salad could have been a meal. The steak came out on the medium rare side, which was fine. Decent flavor, nice crust. All in all, it's what I would expect from an Outback - perfectly fine steaks at a reasonable price and fast, friendly service. My only complaint was that the restaurant kind of smelled. Hands down one of the best experiences my husband and I have had at a "chain" restaurant. RD was our server and he was an absolute rockstar. Knew our names, paid attention to details, what beyond thoughtful and brought our friend we were there celebrating a card signed by all the staff for HIM. Not just a general one that everyone signs and they pass out. But had Brendan's name on it by each persons unique handwriting. Seriously, so thoughtful. Our food came out correct, on time, and was delicious. This was a Monday night so there wasn't a wait, and the restaurant was pretty quiet. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. Our server Sabrina was top notch. She made sure we were happy with everything and constantly checked in. We also were checked on by a few more workers and maybe the manger which was nice. I appreciated that our server said the bloomin onion was a bit too overcooked so they made us a new one. I heard they had turned things around so we gave it a try. My wife had a filet that was about the size of a deck of cards, but not as thick. It was neither tender or tasty. I had a ribeye that was full of gristle. The waiter didn't know the menu. This once reliable place has gone downhill and stayed there. read more

The restaurant offers an excellent 3 course meal with a choice of soup/salad, main course, side, and cheesecake for 14.99. While you can enjoy this deal dining in the restaurant, it is not offered for delivery, which is disappointing. It's a great deal! read more

Only reason for four stars is I did end up getting food poisoning from either the loaded sweet potato or the coconut shrimp . This is a tough one for me because they are consistent. 1. Consistent with food - my Blooming Chicken is always delicious whether I'm eating in or to go. 2. Consistent in service - or lack thereof. The amount of people I saw playing on their phones was crazy and our waitress was the bartender and my gosh we were inconveniencing her. (Mind you it was not busy so it's not like she was juggling drinks and service) We had to ask a few other waitresses for refills and the one time we asked her to take the salad plates from our table so we had room for the food that was brought to us she rolled her eyes at my father. Will I still eat here? Yes, but more than likely going to keep it to go. I too work in the food industry so I know how hard it is to get good help, but I'm not sure I would settle with the bartender they have. read more

I like Outback a lot which is part of the reason for the 4 star instead of potentially giving 3 stars. The food here is exactly what you might expect but everything else is a little less. The service is a little slow, they don't bring bread without asking, the food takes a little long, etc. It doesn't add up to a deal-breaker but it's just... less. As I said, the food held up and I like Outback so I don't want to deduct too much. However, don't go to this particular location if you're in a hurry - although I would say that about most Outback locations to be honest. read more

I've just never had luck at an Outback. I know some people love them and I want too, they just don't give me a reason too. The food is over priced in my opinion and I've never been satisfied with anything I've gotten. Food is always overcooked or undercooked. It's always greasy and quite frankly just not good tasting. My last visit I got a hamburger because I thought, there's no way they could mess that up. Well, I thought wrong. I believe it was the worst burger I've ever had. Even my wife said she would rather have one of my homemade burgers. The service has never been great. Nothing against any particular server but they all have the attitude of 'I'm here because I get paid'. They rarely revisit to fill beverages or even ask if we are good. The manager came by on the last visit and we all needed refills. Told him and instead of jumping into action like a good manager should, he checked on several other tables and then about 5 minutes later, the waitress came by. Okay, this is another chain restaurant... as always kinda blah. more of a sports bar than a fine steakhouse, at least at the bar. I also normally base my ratings on the price vs. the quality and service. I had a filet minion the first night, then the salmon the next. The filet was rare when ordered medium rare. (Sabrina offered to have it put back on the grill) I wasn't offered bread, which is kinda a standard at Outback. The asparagus was really terrible. I had to remind myself why I hadn't been to Outback in 15 years. Service was barely adequate but very slow. There were three servers who seemed not to coordinate anything and came to the table with wrong items and didn't know who ordered which food and drinks. The food probably sat for 10 or 15 minutes before being delivered (very long wait and near room temperature). The strange cut up steak dish had a "sauce" that tasted like nothing but corn oil. Blooming Onion and bread were pretty standard. Most of my 15oz ribeye wasn't edible unfortunately. Asked for medium rare, but got more of a rare which I can deal with. This specific cut should've not been put through. It's was mostly fat and tendons. I also got a full side order of brussel sprouts which were incorrectly prepared. This lead to a very stiff, hard to chew end product. Ordered bacon, cheese, and sour cream on my potato, lacked heavily in bacon. Potato skin tasted horrible. Mac n cheese was 7.5/10. I'd rate 2.5 stars overall if it was possible. The service carries the majority of the weight. Besides the mac and cheese, it was the only thing that was OK. read more

Yikes. The food was abysmal. The steak was under seasoned with no sear or crust, it looked like it steamed on low heat. The "seasonal vegetables" were musty tasting broccoli, definitely a funk and taste resembling gym socks, nothing fresh about it. The spicy meatloaf was dry and hard like a hockey puck. It was simultaneously salty on the outside with whatever seasoning was on it, but bland and tasteless inside. Mashed potatoes were average, nothing special but nothing as offensive as the other dishes. The waitress gave us dirty styrofoam cups with no explanation for our sit down meal. Took my sister there for her birthday. An employee keep walking back and forth pacing behind my sister's wheelchair bumping it several times and didn't even apologize. No one even attempted to move the chair from the table to accommodate the wheelchair. The blooming onion wasn't fully cooked. The steak and shrimp were awful. The steaks weren't even cooked right but still took the leftover steak home for the dog and he wouldn't eat it either! The dessert wasn't fit to eat either. We asked for more bread and never got it. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills. No one cared that we were even there. They were not busy at all. Over priced, horrible food, horrible service! We are both disabled and don't eat out often and everything was a nightmare. We will NEVER return and would like our money back! read more

At first we were skeptical to eat here because of some reviews that were posted. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the food, service, and drinks from the bar. The steaks were perfection, and slammed with flavor. The French onion soup is also to die for. For an Appetizer, I highly recommend the Cheesy Steak dip! It's smoky with a lot of flavor. For a drink, I suggest the roasted pecan and cinnamon old fashioned. One of my favorite drinks from ANY restaurant I've been to. We first walked in and the place wasn't that busy but since we had 6 adults and a high chair, we had to wait an added 20 minutes for a table. So we decided to wait at the bar, I ordered their fully loaded Bloody Mary and was immediately told that it's just a plain Bloody Mary and I had to request celery sticks to be placed into it. ‍ we were also seated next to what I would call Wife Beater Willy and his Trailer Chic who were being belligerent, arguing and physically pushing one another before finally leaving. That wasn't even the issue though. The food took forever and when mine came out (grilled chicken on a strawberry salad), they made it with a TON of arugula, iceberg lettuce and I think that they used one strawberry in the whole salad, 2 pecans and not even a teaspoon of goat cheese. The salad is supposed to be made with romaine lettuce, arugula, strawberries (not just one), candied pecans, and goat cheese with a vinaigrette. I had them remake the salad, it came back half the size of the original and it was missing the chicken. I then had to ask again for the chicken. The waitress never asked if we wanted dessert (2 kids sitting at the table too) and asked how we should split the check. The food was paid for before I even finished my damn dinner. .
