This is a steakhouse. I went here for a steak. The first steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare and it came out so well done I couldn't cut it so the waitress insisted on replacing it. The second stake finally came out when I was pretty much done with my meal and it was so raw, it had barely been warmed up Your steakhouse. It's in your name. It's what you do. While visiting my parents, they again wanted to go to Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch so we stopped in at this location. We were quickly seated in a booth like my mom requested and our sever then came over. We ordered drinks and decided to look at the menu for a little bit. When bread didn't come, we asked for it and we're told it would be right out. Shortly after that, we ordered our meals. I was disappointed that we had to ask for break multiple times only for it to come out with our meal. I ordered the New York Strip with the loaded baked potato. The steak was good but needed salt. Usually, the steaks are overly salty so I was so surprised that it was lacking. As for the potato, it was very dry and over cooked.. not something I'd order again. My companion and I both ordered filets with lobster tails. Both steaks were perfectly cooked and tender. One med-rare and the other medium. Lobster tails were very good and not over cooked. We both loved our salads. They come hand chopped, meaning no big, unruly leaves to deal with. Instead, nicely sized pieces that are pleasant to eat. We also really enjoyed the strawberry shortcake dessert. Again, nothing stellar, but good. My steak was ordered medium, there was no pink, so overcooked slightly. It was seasoned well, maybe ever so slightly too salty, but overall, very good. Again, nothing spectacular, but a solid effort. The sweet potato was, you guessed it, a solid choice. Overall, nothing was exceptional, but nothing was subpar either. The atmosphere is a little more reserved (quiet) than similar establishments, so if that is important to you add a half star. A good choice for a nice dining experience, with good food. read more

I don't know why they only have 3 stars. We have been twice this month and both times the service and the food was great. Any of the appetizers are worth a try. Our favorite is the spicy shrimp appetizer. We ordered our steaks med rare and they were cooked perfectly and tender. The unique fried okra is very tasty too. If I had one negative thing to say is that the plate presentation could have looked a little better and the baked potato was not the freshest. Secondly, we ordered the New York Strip and USDA Prime Delmonico. Once we received our order, we cut into our meats and the Prime Delmonico was overly cook after our specifications were noted prior. This was my first and last time eating at this location. It started out bad with stale bread and was followed by dry spicy chicken bites as an appetizer, how are the chicken bites dry when they're tossed in sauce, I don't know, but Longhorn figured out how to do it. They were out of fried okra. The steaks weren't cooked properly, but we weren't going to send them back because we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. The chicken tenders were small and dry, it seemed like they were sitting out all morning. Our waiter was nice, but it was clear that he was overwhelmed, which is strange since we got to the restaurant a few minutes after 11AM. The 2 stars were because our waiter did his best, otherwise the rating would have been 1 star. If I wasn't tired of waiting, I would have requested to speak to a manager, not that it would have made a difference. I would definitely avoid this location if at all possible. Honestly this place was horrible. I sat outside the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting for a curbside order. I used the online notification to let them know I was there. After 20 minutes I called then a guy picked up the phone and when I told him I'm here to pick up a curbside order he said "okay?" And then told me someone would be right out. I ended up having to go inside 10 minutes later and there were 2 guys at the host stand and they kind of giggled and laughed at me when I asked about my curbside order. They then proceeded to stand there and watch me wait for someone to help me for like another couple minutes. It wasn't until the bar tender who was obviously busy with 20 other things came to talk to me that I got help. I feel so bad for the bartender. This place sucks. Roach on the booth! We love steak and the longhorn that is 5 miles from our house has disappointed us too many times. Over a period of 12 months, since we've moved to SA, every time we walk in there is always tables not bussed and there's always food and napkins under the seat. We have been asked to be seated and there's fried and salad under the table. We drove 15 miles to this location thinking maybe it'll be better. Upon arrival the floor looks clean tables looks clean. We're good right? Yes we can go out and have steak again! Nope! Halfway into my meal. While talking to my honey I see a roach walking up the wall coming out of the booth. We grabbed our waitress, she got the manager and she took one of the blk cloth napkin and attempted to catch and then swiped it onto the floor before stomping it. Still left a little to be desired but definitely better than the last time we were in and the food was excellent as always. Sure wish the service was quicker because the food is great. Every time we go service is slow and they "don't have enough servers'" as we were told again tonight. They got us seated within about 10 minutes but then we sat for at least 10 more before we actually had to commandeer a server who was not even assigned to our table to help us. He did a fair job but obviously he was overworked as well. Food as always was great. Sirloin cooked just the way I requested. Salads are large and fresh much better than most salads you get with a meal. My wife had excellent ribs. Just that the service was so slow. Dinner without any appetizers or dessert took 90 minutes. If I can give it no stars I would. The service wasn't the greatest. My tab was 35.47. I paid with my credit card and tipped in cash. 3 days later on my bank it said 89.20.... like holy @#$%... turns out our waitress Breahna had given herself 53.83 tip on my card without my consent. I alerted my bank which did an investigation which took 2 months( they had did a temporary reverse credit) and was of no help and decided to take the temporary credit back. I had called the restaurant manager but he was no where to be found so the cook manager said he needed to speak to his boss and will get back within 2 to 3 days. 2 months still nothing and I had to call again... yet no manager but cook manager was available. After having a collective conversation he decided to give me my refund. I wanted to talk to the head cook manager in person the next day. No apologies , supposedly "accidental mishap" and had the demeanor of so what and my time is more important than yours. He did however give us a 60 gift card to be like go piss off now. I would never go back here again, I urge anyone to keep an eye on your bank account if you go there to make sure they don't pad their tip than what you gave them. read more

Brought out the drinks and some some good bread and butter and my CFS was supper delicious the meat was moist n tender n the batter stuck to it well. my husband and I went out for a steak over the weekend. We ordered the exact same thing: Flo's 6 oz filet. His cooked rare with baked potato. Mine medium rate with baked sweet potato. Our salads were very good and fresh. My steak was perfect. unfortunately his was half gristle. I called it to our server's attention who sent over a manager who wanted to replace it. Since we were more than halfway through the meal that was not the right option. We were offered an app or dessert, also not the right option. The manager gave us a free app card. It wasn't till we checked out that I saw they comped my husbands steak. Please note, always tip on the amount before a comp or discount!
