Fantastic place in Wake Forest. Great ambiance, outstanding and friendly staff and the food was outstanding in every imaginable way. The GM of the place even served us and then took the time to talk with us briefly after our meal. I can't say enough good things and the price was completely reasonable with the generous portion sizes offered. We went to Over The Falls with what seemed to be the entire neighborhood on a rather busy Sunday night. I would have to say we had about 12 adults and just as many children. They really took care of us; I've waited longer for tables of 4! The food was good, and I look forward to going back and writing a better review. Whirlpool bacon tomato is good. Chips are thin and good, however they charged 50 cents for ranch when I was there. The staff was nice.

Over the Falls is a great place for a sandwich and pizza. We have eaten here quite a few times and have never had bad food. I really like the Reuben sandwich. It is huge though. Chocked full of corned beef and sauerkraut. Yummy! I also like the pizza. The Big Kahuna is really good. I get it without the jalapenos though. I think that Over the Falls has a really good variety of options. The only downfall is that service is sometimes hit or miss. I will say it is hit more than miss but when you get a bad server it is bad there. read more

This was my first time at the new location. Lots more room than the one upstairs. The sandwiches are big and they have one of my favorites, house made potato chips. The staff does what they can, but the restaurant always seems to be busy, and they're always slow. I've been here countless times and always had to wait forever for my food. My husband and I came here for lunch and had a great experience. Got sat right away by friendly hostess. They had a few lunch specials. We had the avocado chicken salad sandwich and the Philly sandwich both with homemade chips. So delicious and fresh. Ice tea was also perfect. We just recently moved to the area and discovered Over the Falls through Yelp! We are so glad we gave this place a chance, great service, good food and coloring! Yup, dinner includes crayons. We ordered the fried pickle chips and devoured the plate. Reuben was decent and hubs loved the Tony. What made this place stand out is the service! Been three times so far and not once disappointed! Yummy food and drink. Great daily specials. Really nice craft beer selection. I'm addicted to the fried pickles. I love that the tables are covered with paper so my 2 year old is entertained. When she's bored with that there's free wifi for the iPad. The whole family is happy! I've eaten here a number of times for lunch and dinner. Solid menu. It doesn't blow me away, but the food is always good. Homemade chips are amazing. I can't get enough of the veggie pita. I try and try to order something new, but that cucumber dill dressing, paired with the fresh veggies and lettuce and fresh, fresh pita bread.. ugh... it just calls my name..... I JUST CAN'T not order that!!! The service is friendly, and prompt, it is family owned and their desserts... home made! And you can tell! Their orange cream cake brings me right back to my childhood! Used to love this place when it was at their old location. It used to be easy to get into, food was always great, great service and there was little noise to worry about. The new location is very, very loud. Not sure if they built it understanding that the noise would echo off the space. The wait for a table can be long and I really miss the personalized wait staff that the old location had. Same good food (Plan 9 wings are great) yet since we have two young kids we rarely go due to the above. read more

I was looking for a place for my parents to meet my future in laws and this place had a ton of positive reviews, which were rightly so. The sandwiches are in nice, decent portions and all delicious. Both fries and homestyle chips were fantastic, which should be eaten with ranch (they have good ranch, y'all!). The 6 of us ordered reuben, the club, the french dip, and another corned beef sammy (I can't remember the exact names but they were awesome). While we were wrapping up, the GM came to say hey to us, found out that we were new customers, and brought some desserts for the table to try. Farmers Market Saturday! What a find. We visited on a Saturday after kayaking. Beautiful local foods purchases by the manager, Will. The farmers market sandwich was perfect- plenty of avocado.
