We walked in, was greeted, and promptly seated. Our waitress Christy was fantastic. She was very pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and all that paired well with the soft lighting. So many different options to choose food and drinks. We got the Wisconsin grilled cheese and the pastrami reuben. Definitely going to try their Mac and cheese skillets next time!

This is one of my family's favorite restaurants to go to. The staff is always great, the food is always delicious, and they have a fun little store you can shop at while you're waiting to be seated or after you're done with your meal. It's a cozy little spot and they have so many great menu options, even the picky eaters will be able to find something!

I've eaten here a few times prior - In full transparency - with mixed reviews. On this particular occasion, best experience hands down. What I initially assumed would be a party of 4 quickly became a party of 10. Not a problem at all, the team adapted and accommodated (we were seated outside). The group ordered a mixture of brunch/southern comfort/pub food. Our food was outstanding (added a tad bit of salt). Was it the server's suggestion or should I attribute it to the company. Either way it was an enjoyable experience. I ordered (based upon the server's suggestion) salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli mix. My family member- fish and chips. My biggest gripe would be the salmon portion, and again, needed a tad bit of salt. Overall, a beyond solid meal. Price is a bit beyond what would be expected- but a good meal nonetheless. A great restaurant for comfort food! I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my husband for lunch. It was crowded with almost every table taken, but luckily there was a high top near the bar available that the host led us to. The server greeted us and took our drink order immediately. I was extremely pleased reading the menu. They had a ton of appetizing options, so it was almost difficult to pick something. A good problem to have! I landed on sharing the Fried Brussels Sprouts as an appetizer with my husband and The Mediterranean (with a side salad) for my meal. The Brussels Sprouts were addicting. The Mediterranean was a delicious grilled cheese stuffed with pesto, provolone, feta, avocado, & spinach on wheat. Relish is located in a shopping center with other shops and restaurants attached. Parking is plentiful. I highly recommend if you're in the Raleigh area!

In looking at another location, the name Relish caught my eye. I got on the waiting list just in case. When we got there outside seating was available so we were seated fairly quick on a Friday night. The ambiance is dark and bourbon bar like with bar seating, a dining area with tables and booths and outside tables. There is a section inside which sells sauces, candles, jewelry, etc. The menu is fairly extensive with many options. The Bourbon list was even more extensive. The staff were friendly and service very good. I got the Popper sandwich, which was like a jalenpeno popper on sour dough. Not quite as cheesy as I thought, I'm a cheese nut, but was delicious!. I loved rhe side of creamy cheese grits as my side. Hubs got a side salad, which was quite large, and the bacon jam burger. The bacon jam was the best I've had thus far. Great burger. I highly recommend upgrading your fries to these fries with bacon. It was the best spend of $1.50. They had bottle of wine specials. With every red purchase, the winery donates to help keep the ocean clean. It is a little pricey, but I feel worth the money. We will be back to take another family member for the Bourbon.

Visited with my family of 7 for my daughters birthday. The online join list allowed for a short wait time. The dining area is cute and able to seat our group. Hostess and waiter were good. Service wasn't special but solid from start to finish. Their menu was amazing! Lots of great choices. So many that two of us placed multiple orders, because we couldn't decide. The food was really good. My favorite app was the pimento cheese fritters. My daughter got a complimentary order of donuts for her birthday, which was a nice gesture. We live on the opposite side of Raleigh, but we'll certainly return.

On my most recent visit, the service was great. Our server was really helpful with recommendations. The food seemed like a Rush job. The Brussels needed a glaze. They weren't seasoned and the cheese wasn't melted all the way. The blackened tacos came loaded so it was hard to pick up and eat on that corn tortilla. My friends fried shrimp was better than my dish. My friends enjoyed their bbq nachos, Cajun mac, a chess pie (ask for it served warm), and banana pudding.

I had dinner here with my friends on a Friday evening and the whole experience was pretty average. Food, service, and atmosphere were all fine but unremarkable. Nothing was bad by any means but at the same time, nothing really stood out or blew me away.

Loved our time here! Was a nice date, great southern food and had a romantic feel with the lights on each table. We ordered the fried green tomatoes with cheese on top (no feta) and they were delightful. I had the county fried steak platter and partner had the southern Mac and cheese bowl. All was 10/10! We can't wait to come back. Oh! And the sweet tea? Amazing!!!

I came here for lunch with my parents on a Sunday and the food was amazing! This is a great place to have southern food. I got the Santa Fe Burger and it was cooked perfectly medium rare and full of flavor. My dad got the BBQ Nachos as his entree and while we didn't like the green salsa that came with it, the nachos were tasty as is. My mom got the Black and Blue Chicken Sandwich and she enjoyed it with her side salad. We were sat at a table near the bar and I enjoyed the decor and vibes. Service was fine. I can't wait to come back and try something different!

The food looked as good as it tasted. The pastry was fresh, warm, and balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. It paired perfectly with the wine. The wine list was wonderful. There were plenty of options, and it felt well chosen, not overwhelming. The rosé we had was crisp and light, which worked great for lunch. Service stayed attentive without rushing anything. Overall, this spot works well for a laid back but elevated girls lunch.

We came for lunch on a Tuesday at noon, expecting to miss any crowds or waits. There were about 5ish tables seated, so we were confused why the kitchen was so backed up. We both ordered a salad....and waited over an hour and 15 minutes. At this point I could have went to the store to make it myself. Unfortunately the quality was bad on top of the wait times and that's why I am writing this review. I'm disappointed that I brought my family here from out of town, we wanted to enjoy lunch and eat together, but it resorted in her eating cold chicken 20 minutes before me, and me eating lettuce drenched in dressing out of the plastic to-go container, which I didn't ask for They made it right by comping my salad and offering a free cookie, but due to the experience I don't want to give them a second shot. Very disappointed

Perhaps the counter attendant is related to the owners, based on the confidence with which she displayed her disdain for communicating with a customer. As I read other yelp past reviews especially the WiFi one, I can picture the non- working WiFi scene vividly. The woman I worked with today must be the same employee that was so apathetic with the messed up WiFi. One entering a great little cafe like this one as a respite, deserves better treatment than I witnessed. I love the food at Hereghty. But not so much it's worth the bad taste the mistreatment left in my head.

My client recommended Hereghty Heavenly Delicious for their pan au chocolate, laptop-friendly space, and great drinks. Unfortunately, they were out of pan au chocolate (a bummer, but not a dealbreaker), so I ordered a sugar-free vanilla matcha with oat milk for $8.21 (tip included). Before ordering, I mentioned to the barista that I was there specifically to work from my laptop. She knew the internet wasn't working but didn't mention it--so I bought my drink, got settled, and then discovered I couldn't connect. When I asked her fi the internet was working she just said, "Nope," like it wasn't a big deal. Definitely not what I wanted to hear after planning to spend the afternoon there. Hoping for a solution, I asked another staff member (maybe the owner?), who told me the WiFi was working fine for them in the back. When I explained it wasn't working for me and what I had tried, she just kind of shrugged. I totally get that they're not tech support, but a little effort to help or at least acknowledge the situation would have been nice. At that point, I packed up and found another coffee shop 20 minutes away that ended up being amazing--great vibe, solid internet, and a menu that had me wishing I had come there first. But then, in true "one of those days" fashion, I realized I left my computer charger at Hereghty (are you kidding me!), so back I went before giving up on staying in Raleigh and heading home. That said, Hereghty does have some good things going for it: A nice selection of pastries A normal café drink and food menu A quiet, cozy atmosphere Plenty of seating inside and out A convenient location with lots of parking Maybe it was just an off day for all of us, but the lack of communication about the WiFi and the indifferent response left me a little disappointed. If you're just popping in for a pastry and a drink, it's probably a nice spot! But if you need WiFi, I'd double-check before settling in.

After getting to know many of the staff over the years of frequenting there, anything to make every staff member walk out at the same time has to be big enough to leave a sour taste in your mouth.
