When I first moved to Kingston I would equally try all the local coffee places but Over the Moon is by far my favorite. The owner roasts the coffee they serve and she and other barista's are experts in crafting unique and delicious drinks. Great monthly specials, and great food options as well. One of my favorites is called the "Matchamallow" which is a matcha latte with marshmallow. Yummm. I've stopped by Over the Moon twice now, while waiting for the ferry. Each experience better than the last. Staff is super friendly, all while being very busy. I am a Kingston local and this is hands down my favorite place in all of Kingston maybe even Kitsap county. This is such a special little cafe. It's not only incredibly welcoming and cozy, they make delicious sammiches and their baristas make THE BEST DRINKS. EVER. Rel is a barista genius and every drink they've made me is pure joy in a cup. I literally don't know what I'd do without this sweet little piece of heaven in our small town. Additionally, Over The Moon carries local pastry favorites all while providing a welcoming vibe to chill and enjoy what our coffee snobs call the best coffee they've had! Over The Moon roasts it's own dark roast, medium roast, decaf and holiday specials onsite at the hands of one of the two owners who has become quite accomplished. Cute little coffee shop right near the Kingston ferry with AMAZING coffee! Seriously they have white coffee which I highly recommend if you've never had it, and they are great at giving recommendations on flavors.
