It was our first time here and the wait was fine to sit us down. We sat down to eat and there we sat waiting for our food for over 40 minutes. I would have been ok with that however 5 other tables received their food before us that were sat after us. The orders are pretty much the same burgers, shakes, fries and hotdogs. Our waiter didn't seem to care. Heck we were lucky we got one refill while we waited and everyone else enjoyed their lunch! After we got up to leave all of sudden our food arrived! Went on a Tuesday night when they weren't busy. Had a small wait for someone to greet us/seat us. She took us to a table that was dirty. She stopped, said she "wasn't sure" what was on the table, walked us to another table. That table was even worse and she goes to still seat us. Came because of the great pictures and all the reviews however, the food was very average. From the start we did not have a good vibe. The place was so hot, not sure if the air was broken or something else but the fans were going only. We sat at a table that has seen better days, wobbly and unstable so we asked to move. We each ordered something different to test. The chicken was tough and overcooked, the burger was just average and the portables mushroom burger was very bland and fell apart. The shake looked amazing but it was the only good thing on the menu. The server was nice but service was slow, we were done with our food still waiting on the water. Overall this place is more of a gimmick than good food, the taste of average burger is enhanced by the numerous toppings to appeal to the customer. The bathrooms were not clean and the that is never a good sign in my opinion. I really wanted to like this place but this is the first and last time I will come here. First off, we walked in with 132 people, 100 of the being high school kids, they knew we were coming but didn't know exactly what time we would arrive. They were still open to the public and ran business as usual. We were all seated without problems, brought everyone's drinks and began to take orders. We were all being served and began eating within 30-45 minutes from when we walked in the door. Which as a restaurant owner myself i was pretty impressed with the speed, accuracy and over all great service we had. As I sat there I watched the other patrons that weren't in our group, they were all being served as well not putting all they're attention on us and leaving them to wait. Well, the experience was bad from start to finish. I've never tried this place before, but it had great reviews and I was craving a burger so I decided to give it a try. I called first to place my order, I was on hold for almost 5 mins. I called again and ask if there was something wrong because no one came back. I was put on hold again. I decided to drive over while on hold. It takes about 14 mins to get there. When I got there, I took a screenshot to show that I was still on hold for over 15 mins. I walked in and the hostess had the phone pinned to her chest. She saw me holding my phone while I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. When she went to the back, she must've hung up because as soon as she disappeared into the back the phone disconnected. Luckily I had the screenshot and showed it to the manager. The manager just looked at me and blamed it on "phone issues " and said "what do you want?". She sent me to the bar to make my to go order. No "I'm sorry", no "let me at least give you a discount for your troubles". No sympathy. Nothing. I placed my order and waited at the bar. The guy at the bar was obviously drunk and kept telling me that I was beautiful and that I should to take my *f***ing* mask off because no one else was wearing one. And he was right!! Not a single person, patron or worker, was wearing a mask! But I wasn't going to take my mask off. He continued to harass me and use foul language at me the whole time I waited. It was 30 mins later before I even received my food. I was so irritated by the time I left. The whole point of placing an order ahead of time is so that I wouldn't have to sit and wait for it. It would be ready by the time I get there. Also I wouldn't have to be harassed by strangers or be in a place full of people who don't wear masks. The burger itself tasted fine. But I don't see anything that made it extraordinary for the types of reviews it received. I asked for no tomato, pickles or raw onions, but that I wanted the onion rings that came on the burger. Instead, I received no onions or onion rings! I did receive tomato and pickle. It was my first and most likely my last visit. They have adult shakes, regular shakes, kids meals, and a whole selection of burgers, chicken sandwich, and 14" hot dog. They also have a vegetarian selection. The waffles were hardly cooked, my hamburger patties were also pre-cooked and luke warm. My son-in law can't eat bacon and he ordered the praline waffles & eggs. All their choices are over the top, but that doesn't always taste good. i am used to eating in some of the most expensive restaurants in the metro area, all the way down to Waffle House. I got the Holy Moly Dawg and sweet potato fries, and fam both got burgers with the seasoned fries. I tried a little bit of everything and it was all fantastic. The hot dog was huge!! It was 14" long and over an inch diameter thick. It had chili and cheese and onions and oh my gosh! The sweet potato fries were decent but I like them crispier normally - I'll have to ask them to double fry them next time. But the house fries were great - I was eating them off the fam's plates!
