Chargrilled Ribeye Steak Caesar salad- look at that steak! And got $14.99??? Wow

We were in Westborough for a night on business, and after we arrived we decided to go to Owen O' Leary's for lunch based on Yelp reviews. They were a bit mixed but the menu had so many options we wanted to go. One of the specials of the day was Ribeye Steak Caesar Salad $14.95. I ordered that and OMG - the steak was HUGE. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and covered the entire salad. By the time I finished most of the steak, I couldn't even eat the salad, lol. It was delicious, you could taste the grill and I really enjoyed the flavor. My BF got the Loaded Nachos: Tortilla chips piled high with chili, lettuce, tomato, black olives, jalapenos, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with salsa and sour cream. $15.99. They were delicious - lots of chili, lots of cheese almost every tortilla chip had cheese and the other ingredients. These were some of the best Nachos we have had in quite a while! Usually there are lots of chips that are dry and not enough cheese or chili. Everything was very fresh - crunchy lettuce, fresh tomatoes and a very tasty chili. I wish we lived close to here, but we are moving to Florida so that won't happen again. But I definitely recommend the 2 dishes we had. Server was quick and pleasant.

Dang, this place is amazing. Ambiance is nice and cozy, staff is very friendly, you get a real Irish vibe coming here. Took our order quick. Plus they got the Red Sox game going. The food is mid. But the buffalo wings are fire. Highly recommend this place

I went here twice the week I was staying in the area. The service was great on both nights. I enjoyed everything I had. My favorite was the Haddock.

First time in ! Got there around 11pm on a Saturday, pretty slow . Service was immaculate and food was good! Wait time short. Vibes were chill.

Corned Beef Sandwich - pretty good

3.5 Star Visited for lunch with a guest As we walked in an approached the host stand and stood waiting, there is an odor I can only describe as a hotel's pool smell - yuk My guest ordered the battered chicken fingers with fries - they liked the Chicken and not the battered part I ordered a Corned beef sandwich sandwich with fries- I was pleasantly surprised to find they actually served corned beef and not the processed stuff you buy at the deli. My sandwich was good

We come here regularly - I actually like it slightly better than the other location, just feels more like a restaurant than some kind of college bar pub thing Definitely go for the 50c wings on Monday if you can

My favorite bar/restaurant in Westborough, I've made shelter at their second location while I've been on the road. I live across the country but the entire staff at this establishment were great, some of the nicest working people that I've experienced and they were quite welcoming. I became a temporary regular and have consumed a fair amount of their pub fare, not even 50 percent, but a good variety. I think my favorites included their stuffed quahogs, ribs (when available), and their fried caramel banana cheesecake. The food comes out at a decent time especially during their busy hours, there's a good amount of parking here, but yes beware of their peak times, The atmosphere is very laid back, a bunch of TVs which are great for sports, even the locals that come here or those who aren't locals are kind as well. I would come back here again if I got sent back to this area.

It had lots of fresh mashed potatoes on top, ground beef and corn. I was surprised by the corn's presence and absence of peas and carrots. It was still really tasty, just a bit unexpected. My friend got an omelette with 3 pancakes. The pancakes had a bit of a tough texture on one side, but still good. We got an order of fried shrimp that was excellent with some delicious cocktail sauce. Service from Mary was very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. While the building is dated, it is authentic and was a joy to visit. My friend was well prepared with cash as it is a cash-only establishment.

Upon walking inside, you'll immediately feel like you've gone back in time. It gives off a very classic, old-fashioned diner feel, with booth seating and red stools along the counter. Important to note that this place is cash only. Lobster and other seafoods are advertised as their specialty both online and within the restaurant. I never had a lobster roll before, and unfortunately, this place made me think lobster rolls were mediocre and overrated (and then I had my life changed by lobster rolls from other places). FOOD: Lobster Roll (6 oz.) (2.75/5) - I opted for mine to be served warm with butter. It came with a side of slaw and very generous portion of onion rings and fries. The lobster roll itself was lukewarm and the melted butter came on the side in a small plastic cup. (I was expecting for the butter to be more incorporated.) The lobster sat on a small bed of cut lettuce. The lettuce wasn't of the freshest quality as some pieces tasted strangely bitter. The lobster was a tad rubbery, and everything was overall bland to me. I found myself reaching for the salt shaker more than would have wanted to. SERVICE: I believe a new hire was getting trained during my visit, so it was a bit clumsy. However, I found it rather charming. They are all very warm people, and you can tell that this is a family owned establishment, which is why I really wanted to like this place. TLDR// Unfortunately, did not have the greatest first lobster roll experience here. Hopefully, I went on an off day or I was better off ordering something else.
