If they give you a quote better get it in writing because the story will change when you get there.

I live in Grand Canyon National Park and was refereed to Flagstaff Auto Outlet by a co-worker after…read moreshe had purchased a vehicle from them. At the time I was talking with Drive Time, Auto Express and all the other Arizona dealerships that work with "bad credit" and was approaching sheer frustration. If you're in this boat you know what I'm talking about, you read "$500 and a job drives you off the lot". Only to find that there are only 2 or 3 vehicles that meet that criteria and then you're stuck making payments every 2 weeks at their high interest rates. When I finally called Craig and told him I only had $800 to put down, I figured I'd get the same run around. NOT THE CASE.... He ran my credit over the phone and told me the interest would be high but if I came in with the $800 that he'd have me driving home today. So I did and it was a decision I've never regretted and the basis why a year later I purchased another vehicle from them after I hit an Elk and totaled the first car. To this date 5 of my co-workers here in The National Park have purchased vehicles from Craig, Jesus and The Auto Outlet Sales team and we all have the same view of the experience. That Craig will go out of his way to make sure he's given you an honest deal. That being said, you can expect to pay high Kelley Blue for your vehicle but here's why. They send the vehicles to 2 or 3 different shops and do an 180 point vehicle inspection before they sell it and in most cases offer a 3000 mile / 90 day Warranty on major mechanical. Basically, you're covered for your first oil change. Granted, it's not a golden parachute but it's a comforting peace of mind to have and on top of that Craig will often times offer to use their shop mechanic and get your car fixed for much cheaper than any shop will do after the warranty expires just because he values your business. Sure you might find a private seller who's selling the same car for $1200 less but does he offer that? Can he get you financed? Will he stand behind his sale when something minor breaks during the first week of ownership? I'm here to tell you that I ran into problems during the first month on both of my vehicles. Minor problems, like the throttle body cable on the cruise control broke, a CV- Axle, a vibration caused by the heat shield on the muffler, a transmission flush and Craig even got me a new muffler after I decided the after market muffler on the first car was annoying. All relatively simple breaks that didn't effect me driving the vehicle but take that to a shop and you're at almost $2000.00, cost I paid $000.00........ The financing options were what most impressed me. For the first vehicle I came in with $800 and the second $600. In both cases they offered me an extended down payment option, they basically gave me a month to come up with about $1500 before the loan even started. The loan papers were signed but that was a month were I would have been walking if they wouldn't have went out on a limb for me. Now would he do that for everyone, not sure but I think that based upon my income as a server and bartender and the fact that I've been in my job for 3 years, it was a safe call for him. For the first loan my credit was about 510 and they went with Honor Finance out of Las Vegas and my APR was 24%.... It wasn't ideal but I was comfortable making the payments so whatever. When I purchased the second vehicle Jesus told me over the phone that my credit had improved to 590 and that their working with this new creditor and he could get me approved with them and that I'm going to love the rate. Hearing that, I picked out a vehicle from the website and took the shuttle down from the Canyon. In my mind i was thinking 18% maybe 12% if I'm lucky. When I got to the dealership I seen a sharp looking 2010 Honda Civic and when I walked in the door Jesus asked what I wanted to drive. I mentioned that I liked the Civic but that it was probably out of my price range. He replied "no it's not". So I said, If you can get me in that for less that $350 a month I'll buy it - Barring anything bad on the test drive and he said "shouldn't be an issue". When I finished the test drive he had the paperwork ready and showed me what he had worked out with the bank, 4.5% APR. I'm a grown man and I almost cried when I saw it. I said, "are you sure you ran the right persons credit", he said positive.... All and all, I couldn't be happier. I had to take the car in twice within the first month for some minor repairs and both times I dreaded doing it but once I was there, the guys were great. No pressure or guilt, they just fixed the car and didn't charge me anything... In the end, I've just taken a few minutes out of day to tell you that I would do business with them again in a heartbeat and would urge you to consider Flagstaff Auto Outlet in your next automotive purchase.

**Review for Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff**…read more I purchased a Tundra and have been consistently using Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for all my service appointments because I prefer to have all work done at the dealer because there is more consistency and accountability. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for their exceptional service and friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for all my vehicle needs!

I had a very poor experience with the service department at this Planet Dodge/Jeep dealership…read more I brought my vehicle in with one clear complaint: the engine, ABS, and traction control lights were on after a wheel speed sensor was replaced. I was told a multi-point inspection is $175, and if I agreed to the recommended service, they would waive that fee. But on the receipt, I was charged $175 twice for 935 CJ. They did not communicate much, but I was rather rushed to the cashier's counter to pay for their service. A Multi-point inspection was performed, and the report indicated 53 items passed. But also stated the vehicle was leaking both hydraulic motor mounts, and there is fluid leaking from the front differential. After agreeing to the recommended repairs, the dealership kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks. Ultimately, they only repaired the sensor issue and the motor mounts. When I picked up my Jeep: The vehicle was not washed The radio/stereo/Bluetooth had no sound. The vehicle made a loud crunching noise when coming to a complete stop, a noise that did not exist when I dropped it off. I contacted the same service advisor, Shane Alcon. I was told these were "entirely different issues" and that I would need to schedule another appointment and pay an additional $175 inspection fee, even though the problems appeared immediately after the dealership took possession of my vehicle. I didn't want to pay additional fees, but later I discovered that: The fuses were not properly reinstalled. Screws were missing from the cross-member bracket. Even after replacing the missing hardware, the loud noise when stopping still persists. Given the $199 hourly labor rate, the quality of workmanship and the final inspection are unacceptable. Additionally, the invoice contains incorrect information: it states "Customer states fluid leaking at rear differential," which they recommended after the inspection. This raises further concerns about the accuracy of documentation and communication. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service, attention to detail, and customer communication. I do not recommend the Planet Dodge service department.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I worked with Dalton, and not once did I feel like I was being "sold" a car or pressured to make a purchase. I fully understand that this is a business and dealerships exist to make money--but every dealership in the world could learn something from how Dalton and Planet Jeep treat their customers. My daughter has been with me for my past several car purchases, and she has often said she never wants to deal with salespeople because of the typical experience. Dalton proved that not every dealership or salesperson fits that stereotype. Dalton didn't just help me purchase my Jeep, he helped me find a dealership and a salesperson I feel 100% confident returning to in the future. I also want to recognize Dominic in financing. It was an honor to work with him as well, and that's the key word here: we worked together. Dominic didn't try to sell me everything under the sun or push unnecessary add-ons. He was professional, personable, and secured me a great financing deal. I feel very fortunate to have found a dealership representing a brand I've been loyal to for decades--one that doesn't treat customers like a paycheck or an assembly line. Instead, they treat you like family: fair, honest, and respectful. I never thought I'd say this about a car dealership, but Planet Jeep is truly trustworthy. If you're reading this review and decide to visit Planet Jeep, make sure to ask for Dalton--and bring him a Mountain Dew. Thank you, Dalton and Dominic!

BUYER BEWARE I…read morepurchased a vehicle from Troy & Bryce at Flagstaff Autoexchange. I am saddened to say that exactly one day later (on a road trip) my car stopped accelerating in the middle of the hwy going 65-70 mph. This contintued frequently several times and my engine even shut off. It was in the shop twice for a week each time for several different reasons. After taking my car to Findlay Toyota, I have recieced a long list of cautionary problems to be worried about. At this point I have not only bought a car with payments, I have bought a dysfunctional problematic vehicle that will always have issues. While this car shopping could have been a wonderful experience, sadly is has become my worst nightmare. Troy & Bryce have been unprofessional since they were questioned about such issues. Basically they were glad to have passed the problem onto their customer with no ownership on their part to help. These issues put my lIfe and others in danger, with not even an apology for the high anxiety it had caused. After filing a complaint with the BBB, they retaliated against me for that reason & would not return phone calls or make contact with me. I was basically yelled (& spit) at by Troy simply just bringing this to his attention and thus this created a very hostile environment for me and my family. I have heard from several people at auto shops & Findlay Toyota that they constantly are fixing cars from them. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. Do your research.
