In the rare instance someone did pick up, it was "the weekend guy" who only was there to take appointments and had no information on my vehicle. I had to get a friend to physically drive me to the shop so I could talk to someone about my car. They refused to fix the seatbelt when it was brought up that they damaged the front passenger seatbelt while having moved it aside to get access to and work on the air intake. Refused outright to consider the fact that they had damaged it while conducting their work. I thought these people were trustworthy and reasonable, but if you don't want your vehicle damaged in other ways while undergoing repairs here, steer clear.
