Damage to couch
Mike D.

So I'm kinda in between a 3 and 4 star rating on this. For the record I love anime and it was nice to walk in and see anime wall paper all over the place. Menu items looked good. What's lacking is the atmosphere. I walked in it was dead quite. Then music played for like 15min from a tiny speaker sounding. Then it stopped again. Most of my time there was listening to the people taking on the back. Hearing dishes being washed. And misc sounds. Granted we was the only one there at around lunch time. So it's not like other voices could be heard. Also looks like the couches are coming apart at the base. (See pic) Other oddity I want to throw in there. The person at the register just sat there. Took our order. Then sat almost the whole time on their phone. Like Lazer focused. Eventually checked up on us. But by then we was almost done and asking for the check. Food was good tho. Except the katsu was lacking in sauce. For my taste so just make sure to ask for extra curry on the side. Chashu bowl I would avoid. Very dry and not flavor. Just drizzled sauces of mayo. Can't say much about it Still got more to try out so let's see how the rest of the menu pans out. And let's see if this 1 worker will still be plastered to their phone when I come again.

Great prices!

This is the spot to go for reasonable prices and delicious food! We ordered 3 rolls and the beef ramen. The sushi was nice and refreshing and the beef ramen hit the spot. I ordered the ramen at a level 1 spice and it was perfect! Just enough spice to be pleasant and not at all overwhelming to the rest of the dish. The prices were great and we definitely want to come back to try their seafood boil. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant, restaurant was clean, and the decor is perfect for any anime lover!

Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Tiger Roll

Was craving ramen but didn't want to drive too far so we came here. Didn't have to wait at all & our orders came out super quick. We ordered the tiger roll & it was simple but also yummy & refreshing. We also ordered the Tonkatsu shoyu ramen, takoyako & chasu bowl. Although nothing really stood out for us, they were pretty good for the price. I will say the tonkastu shoyu was too salty for us. I also ordered a Thai tea which I don't recommend as it tasted like straight milk. So the food was meh, but the prices aren't bad & the portions make it worth it if you're looking for a quick place to grab a casual lunch.

We had such a pleasant visit to Soru Ramen. We came for lunch on a Saturday with a group of 5 and didn't have to wait. We ordered a few items and everything was a super generous portion and an amazing price. Their most popular item is tonkatsu black garlic ramen and the broth was delicious and flavorful. The katsu chicken curry was very crispy and the curry flavorful. The pork chasu bowl- pork was tender and sauce was sweet and savory. I really love supporting small business and this one is at the top of my list! I will be back soon!

Miso ramen with corn

Love the anime theme and food is always solid at a super reasonable price point. Consistent and yummy with a good variety of food options. Great neighborhood spot, we love coming here!

Ordered to-go. At first, I was impressed with the variety .. but then realized that's not always a good thing. The black garlic Tonkotsu was good. But the sushi?! Honestly. I've had similar quality fish and rolls at the grocery store. I wonder if it cause we got uber'd? The cream cheese ragoon was super dry. And the karage was so dry. I put pics in. I wanted to like this place.

We was in the area and felt like eating ramen. I was told of this place and wanted to check it out. I had the tonkotsu Ramen and chicken Katsu as a side dish. My partner had the seafood ramen which she said was delicious. The food was excellent and the ambience was pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Soru Ramen, Las Vegas - where the flavors will knock your socks off! SERVICE *** seems family owned and they care! Spicy Tuna - Fresh and flavorful with the perfect spice. Absolutely flawless. 5/5 Spicy Edamame - Hubby says it's 105/5 because he can't get enough of the heat! Beef Short Ribs - Tasty, but a bit too chewy for me. Sent them back and went for wings instead. 2.5/5 Seafood Stir-fry - Shrimp, mussels, crab, and everything good. 5/5 Seafood Ramen - Miso black garlic broth heaven. 5/5 Wings - Crunchy, maybe a little too much batter, but still worth it. 4/5 AMBIANCE *** did I not say owned by family?! . Mom & pops and happy to support family owned and local! 5/5 Overall Average: 4.75/5 - We're definitely coming back for more!

Located in the Southwest area off Blue Diamond inside the shopping center next to 7-11 and Wings stop. Been here MANY times, and I always have great service whether dining in or taking out! This anime vibe spot has the best owners who always make sure their customers are satisfied. Menu items are conveniently priced. They have boba drinks on the menu, too!

Royal California

FAVORITE SPOT 5 Stars !!! Amazing flavor. Great price friendly staff. Everything you could want in a hidden gem! Food is always consistent in its quality, we come here regularly. Cool interior and a relaxed atmosphere. They have a great selection of food, depending on what you're craving and you can tell they prepare things in-house to order. Our favorites are the Royal California, Yakisoba, the fried rice (especially kimchi) and the katsu!

This was my first time ordering from here! I got my order to go, but I think if I come back, I'd love to eat inside. The graphics and art add a nice and fun look to the inside of the restaurant. I didn't have to wait long at all from the time I ordered my food to receiving it. My favorite was the bun! The meat was very soft and tender and the amount of sauce was perfect. I wish I ordered more. The ramen was also good. The broth had so much flavor and it had a nice hint of peanut taste to it. The shrimp tempura sushi was ok. It's your typical tempura roll. However, the rice was very mushy on some of the pieces in my roll, but other than that, it was pretty good.

If you're looking for a spot that delivers both flavor and fantastic service, look no further than Soru Ramen Sushi Seafood! We started with the Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll, and it was fresh, flavorful, and had just the right kick of heat. Next up were the Baked Mussels--perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Kimchi Fried Rice, which had a great balance of tangy and savory notes, and the Fried Pork Katsu, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside. Not only was the food incredible, but the staff was so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're a sushi lover or just craving some hearty comfort food, this place has something for everyone. We'll definitely be back for more!

Great service and a cool experience. The anime on the wall is awesome! They have a nice selection of food and it's very tasty. The ramen was great and so was that Japanese curry. It's close to our new house so great for an indecisive food stop that won't break the bank.

The takoyaki had a nice crisp to it; they seem on the smaller side, and there could've been a little more filling. I got the tonkatsu shoyu, and it was okay. I had already…read moreeaten dinner, so I didn't get to try the food or drinks, but everyone in my group really enjoyed their meals. During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

The service was great and the food was tasty. We got the mushroom ramen with pork added to it since I was also eyeing the pork ramen, Iberico pork, and spicy chicken sando with a side of rice. I was on the fence for a while between the mushroom and pork ramen because I love mushrooms but prefer a pork broth. I ended up getting the mushroom ramen and added pork belly, and it was honestly really good. The mushrooms were great and there was a nice variety of textures and flavors, and the broth was pretty tasty and even better than some pork broths I've had before. The Iberico pork was really flavorful and tender, and I liked the sauce a lot. It had a steep price so because of that, I thought it was nice to try once but not sure if I'll get it again. I tried a little bit of the spicy chicken sando and it had a great crunch factor to it. Overall a great experience here and would want to come again for some more ramen!
