We stop a couple of weeks andvutcwascs terrible experience. This young man on the front maybe host or the owner who knows. Zero customer service. He seats in in front of the register spitting on a trash can as people eating in front of him. Food was ok, soups were lukewarm. I don't think I will ever come back to this place. read more

So I'm kinda in between a 3 and 4 star rating on this. For the record I love anime and it was nice to walk in and see anime wall paper all over the place. Menu items looked good. What's lacking is the atmosphere. I walked in it was dead quite. Then music played for like 15min from a tiny speaker sounding. Then it stopped again. Most of my time there was listening to the people taking on the back. Hearing dishes being washed. And misc sounds. Granted we was the only one there at around lunch time. So it's not like other voices could be heard. Also looks like the couches are coming apart at the base. (See pic) Other oddity I want to throw in there. The person at the register just sat there. Took our order. Then sat almost the whole time on their phone. Like Lazer focused. Eventually checked up on us. But by then we was almost done and asking for the check. Food was good tho. Except the katsu was lacking in sauce. For my taste so just make sure to ask for extra curry on the side. Chashu bowl I would avoid. Very dry and not flavor. Just drizzled sauces of mayo. Can't say much about it Still got more to try out so let's see how the rest of the menu pans out. And let's see if this 1 worker will still be plastered to their phone when I come again. read more

Was craving ramen but didn't want to drive too far so we came here. Didn't have to wait at all & our orders came out super quick. We ordered the tiger roll & it was simple but also yummy & refreshing. We also ordered the Tonkatsu shoyu ramen, takoyako & chasu bowl. Although nothing really stood out for us, they were pretty good for the price. I will say the tonkastu shoyu was too salty for us. I also ordered a Thai tea which I don't recommend as it tasted like straight milk. Soru is a cozy little local ramen spot that has delicious, flavorful ramen amongst other dishes available at reasonable prices. The shoyu ramen is my favorite but the veggie ramen tastes very fresh too. The shell-less shrimp with yum sauce and sushi options are delicious as well. We had such a pleasant visit to Soru Ramen. We came for lunch on a Saturday with a group of 5 and didn't have to wait. We ordered a few items and everything was a super generous portion and an amazing price. Their most popular item is tonkatsu black garlic ramen and the broth was delicious and flavorful. The katsu chicken curry was very crispy and the curry flavorful. The pork chasu bowl- pork was tender and sauce was sweet and savory. I didn't have to wait long at all from the time I ordered my food to receiving it. My favorite was the bun! The meat was very soft and tender and the amount of sauce was perfect. We've eaten at Soru a few times now and it's been great every time! I had the shrimp tempura udon with shoyu base, which is delicious but has a slightly strong salty flavor. They put the shrimp on a tray over the bowl so it stays crispy - nice touch! It's a filling portion that includes egg, corn and bean sprouts. Their fried rice is one of my favorites. Came here with a group of friends after a hike and we were starving. Soru Ramen absolutely hit the spot! Two of us ordered the seafood ramen which was super fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. One of my friends got the spicy garlic edamame and it was packed with flavor (definitely a must-try). I came here for lunch with a friend. She has been here before but I hadn't. She said she got some ramen but since the weather hasn't been so welcoming I stayed away from hot soups. Someone brought us waters *with a lemon wedge already included! How thoughtful. They checked on us and asked how we were doing. Since we came at opening time there was just my party and another party. It felt very welcoming with all the anime comics along the wall. I know my kids would enjoy seeing everything. I settled on the unagi bowl and I'm glad I did. The flavor was really there and it was such a hearty size. About halfway through I wasn't even hungry anymore but I kept eating because it was so delicious. I did finally end up bringing the rest home and it was still such a good size for another meal. This place is around the corner where we live now. And since we are pretty new to the neighborhood I have noticed this place being packed most of the time. Located inside a plaza close to Taco Bell and next to 7eleven. Pretty easy to find with lots of parking spots. Place is decent with numbers of table but yes I can see this place having line wait from time to time. Service was pretty fast, get a greet & meet with the host and she gave us a pretty welding vibe. Food: Ramen was served in a pretty large bowl which was exciting. Lots of broth and I love their thin noodles. Black garlic ramen was absolutely tasty! I hate to say it but my ramen was not good. Being from Seattle, I enjoyed years of great Pho before we relocated to Las Vegas. There wasn't a lot ramen up there before we left but the ramen in Las Vegas is pretty fantastic. We have multiple places that we love here, with our favorite being Ramen Kobo on Durango. They were closed the night we ate at Soru and my wife had a cold and really wanted some soup. Since the search for good pho in this town has been fruitless thus far and this place is the closest Asian soup shop near our home, we decided to give it a shot. First the good. I had the Chicken Katsu Curry and I liked it. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it was solid and I like their presentation. The space was warm and inviting and the service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately, we were primarily there for the ramen and it wasn't very good. The flavors were off and not good. I can't speak to what my wife and daughter ordered but neither of them liked their food. I ordered the Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen with extra noodles. The extra loodles came in a side bowl soaking in what I assumed at the time was broth but after dumping it into my main bowl, I wonder if it was just water because my ramen broth was probably the most flavorless broth I've ever had and I've had a lot of ramen so that's a significant statement. What I could taste of it, I didn't like. My one complaint about the service is that I asked specifically what veggies were in it while ordering because I do not like mushrooms. They rattled off two veggies, neither of which were mushrooms but when it arrived, there were mushrooms that I had to pick out. I guess I'll say this is on me. Going forward, I will just say no mushrooms no matter what. None of my "going forward" will be at this place though because none of us liked it at all. Taste is subjective but fans of Asian soup who have consumed a lot of it have a pretty good baseline expectation of what they're getting and this fell very short read more

The place has a heavy Japanese/anime theme and is decorated thoroughly. The food is obviously not the highest premium quality but very much worth the price. ramen is great, the yakisoba is REALLY good and a big serving. The staff is super nice friendly, the food is made fast with good presentation. This is like the equivalent of the ramen spot that Naruto would go to, I always go here, it's always filling, always received well and haven't had issues with food like it being cold or anything like that. I've always wanted to try this place once I seen it opened at this location. Reviewing the menu they provide sushi, ramen, curry and boiling seafood. Everything in one place and appetizers. Parking is limited that's nearby, but if you don't mind walking go for it there's more parking down. Placed a phone order and said it'll take 15-20mins. I had gotten the tan tan ramen and 2 chicken Katsu curry (not pictured). Sides were volcano roll and another roll that had shrimp tempura on the inside topped with spicy ahi. Got there within almost the 20 mins but food wasn't ready and waited a good 20 mins in the restaurant. As much as I was hungry, I wasn't upset about the wait because I couldn't wait to try their food. Got home, ramen broth wasn't something I was familiar to compared to other ramen places. Sushi was great, my husband said Katsu was ok and portion wasn't as much. I do still wanna try the remaining options they have on the menu. And I know ramen is always better when dining in. So I will still want to come back and maybe dine in to get a better experience with the taste in food. Their black garlic tan tan is most popular so maybe I'll come back to try that instead. Brought my kids in here for some ramen and gyoza. Ramen broth was good. If you like it little spicy, go with "too hot", "hot" seemed a bit mild. Daughter loved the chicken ramen. 1/18/25...My son and his dad brought me and my mom to their ramen spot. Their food looked great but not mine. I ordered veggie miso soup base ramen. The bowl was huge but just that. Soup wasn't even warm, just room temperature.The soup was extreme salty so as my mom's , 4 tiny pieces tofu with very small amounts of veggies and noodles. I have to ordered extra noodles. It was nice, warm and chewy then i realized they over cooked my original order. Honestly, only dish looked good was my son's dad's chicken Katsu. I can't seem to find a meal that I like from their menu. I've given them 3 chances and the only thing I find somewhat acceptable are their small plates/ appetizers. Their ramen tastes like they use old chashu, not to mention their meat slices are very thin in comparison to other ramen spots near-by like Ramen Kobo. Their fried rice is oily, mushy, and flavorless (even the shrimp was mushy and it instantly made me lose my appetite). Their seafood boil is subpar compared to the more popular Boiling Crab or Hot and Juicy Crawfish. Wouldn't be my first choice in Asian food near the Blue Diamond/ Mountains area. read more

My wife checked in and showed the lady the coupon for a free Thai tea and to our surprise, she brought two out. That was nice. The bowls were really good and quite a lot of food for the price.
