She was incredibly helpful, apologized profusely, and immediately took care of the situation. She went the extra mile and had a member of the Campisi's staff personally deliver our food to our hotel. And the food was really good! There was plenty of it, everything was delicious, and we were very pleased with our meal. Mistakes happen, but it's how a business handles them that makes a lasting impression. Natalie and the Campisi's team turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
