I was initially nervous since there were not many reviews to look over, but from the photos and him having all the right answers to support the quality of his work and materials I decided to take a chance and give him a shot. I am extremely content with my decision, Vimal was able to get my repair done quickly, was able to work around my schedule for drop of and pick up times and communicated with me every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond, after cleaning off the area he noticed a few additional small scratches that were disguised by all the dirt and salt and took care of them free of charge! The one downside I will say as a young woman, the area the shop is in felt a little sketchy walking to at night, so if traveling by train like I was maybe spend a few bucks on an uber for the last stretch. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about the entire service beginning to end. He was able to help me make the best of a bad situation and I will certainly be recommending him to others and using him if I ever need service in the future.
