Typically have a great experience - however my most recent was probably my last. Waitress gave little to no attention to my table and guests. At the end when we received our bill, I brought up the current online "dine-in promotion." Waitress said I was not a rewards member and could not honor the promotion. Had the promotion in hand which made no mention of being "rewards member" but she refused to honor it. Poor service and attitude of one employee is enough that I won't be returning. read more

Good food and service. I have been to this location a couple of times and the food has been consistent.

Simple, straightforward. Walked in, sat down at the bar, waited 10 minutes, no one stopped by, asked if I wanted a drink, dinner, nothing. Bartender walked by at least four times. Never said a word . Unloaded the dishwasher, loaded it again, walked away, What's wrong with these people. I just walked out. Not sure if the bartender knew I was there, much less that I left. Oh well. We went here for Mothers's day and the food was the pits. My dish was chicken and broccoli with a brown sauce. The broccoli was not even cooked. Several others from our party of 16 had broccoli and it was raw for all of us. The dish my son got had no sauce or anything on it. So he was served raw broccoli and steamed chicken with 0 seasoning or sauce or anything. We had to ask them to bring him some sauce for flavoring the bland hospital type food. I would not recommend this place for anyone that likes cooked food with flavor. read more

This is one of my favorite chains and it didn't disappoint. Sat at the bar and had one of the lunch specials. The hot and sour soup was especially delicious. My only complaint was that my entree was warm not hot (temperature wise). But i devoured it and enjoyed. read more

You can't go wrong with P.F. Chang's! My family and I go there often and love their food and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere! Their lettuce wraps and egg rolls make great appetizers and my favorite meals there are the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts, Chang's Spicy Chicken and the Orange Peel Shrimp. YUM! read more

My server, Garrik was very polite and efficient. He was so nice and he was very accommodating. We told him we were in a bit of a rush and he did everything he could to make our visit pleasurable. We got our food in an incredible amount of time and our order was perfect. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be back and asking for Garrik. The food was amazing. read more

The food is good, but the portions have gotton smaller unless of course you want to fill up on rice. It is a great place of you are gluten free but be prepared to buy two entrées at $16/ea. I don't feel like it's a good value. Not sure if we will choose to come here again anytime soon. read more

Sister took me there for lunch today. Is started out promising. The appetizer crab rangoon was very good. The Wanton soup was Very bland. The Soup had shrimp and mushrooms in it which was very odd. I have to admit that the Lettuce Wraps were very good but other than that I was completely bored with this dinner. I had a very standard meal, Changs Spicy Chicken, and it was just plain bad- the chicken was dry and chewy and the sauce was definitely not spicy. I think my plate of food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The rice was overcooked. I tasted another meal at our table and had the same thought- 'meh'. We were on a time table and didn't want to wait so we chose to eat in the bar. We had calamari that was rubber & sushi that was okay. At least the avocado was fresh on the sushi. Then we started our wait for our main courses. They took so long, we had to ask for them to be put in to go containers. I ordered the honey chicken but I am unsure what they actually gave me. (Maybe it's their version of General Tso's chicken or maybe orange chicken? ) Regardless of what it is supposed to be it is really dry. The other members of my party said their entrees were okay. Are group had a reservation so we were seated quickly. The atmosphere was very good and it appeared this would be a good place for someone to take a date. The staff was friendly and quick to take our order. I had the beef and broccoli (about $13) and requested to hold the ginger. The food came and the serving size appeared to be smaller than expected. The brown rice that came with the meal was stiff and felt about room temperature. The sauce was pretty good but I couldn't help thinking that there was still ginger in there. Food was really good, first time my husband has been to a pf Chang, he loved it. Their liquor shelves are stocked with the good stuff too! Very friendly staff. We drove an hour to try it out and was well worth the trip. The only downfall is they have nice outside dining, but because it is attached to summit mall, the outside tables are smack up against the mall parking lot. read more

This is a very good one for this chain. The servers were kid friendly and quick with drinks and appetizers. We had the Changs spicy chicken which is a good version of General TSO's. I would highly recommend the Honey chicken or the Honey shrimp. It is a very busy restaurant so reservations are highly encouraged for dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was not as glowing as everyone else's listed here. We had a party of three. We ordered the crab Rangoon for an app that came under cooked (dough was still soft). For our main meals, I was sharing with my nephew. I asked the waiter about the spiciness of what we were ordering. He stated it was not spicy at all. It arrived with red hot peppers sliced on top--so he was not able to eat it. Our sodas never came, yet they were on our bill. Overall, not positive with food or service. We won't be back! read more

I called to order take out. You actually do not talk to the restaurant, you talk to a call center in another state who takes your order. My food was horrible, and it was actually burnt. How do you burn peanuts to look like black peas, and not notice, and let the food get served??? We tossed all of the food in the garbage, called the restaurant within minutes of getting home and they offered to give us a gift card. OK! I thought that was great- when the card came in the mail it was for 20.00, half of what we spent on the nasty food we threw away. I gave the gift card away, we will never be back. read more

I had the pleasure of eating at P.F. Chang's restaurant in Fairlawn, Oh. I must say this was the best Chinese food I ever ate. It was perfectly cook by Chef Kris. Best egg rolls ever. Usually one of our favorite places. Tonight must have been an off night or something. Made a 7pm reservation, arrived 20min early - but yet they had to seat all the 6:30 tables first? In a half empty restaurant?? Dirty table (rice between crack), dirty napkins on floor that hostess just walked over while seating us. Waiter forgot half the order. It's great when your appetizers come after your meal comes. When the waiter disappears and has to apologize cause "he's busy" with so many tables - not good. Just a bad experience all around. read more

I think this pf changs is rated a little too low. On a Monday night (and probably every week night) the bar is packed with folks traveling for work. My server David, was an angel.
