We ordered takeout near Christmas in order to take a break from cooking. We've been here before, but it's been quite a while. I ordered pork potstickers, veggie egg rolls and chicken lettuce wraps. My husband ordered orange chicken with white rice via Google. He picked up the order around 8:30 and when he arrived home, we realized we were missing items from our order. Specifically, we were missing the protein for my husband's dinner and my lettuce wraps, but we did have the protein for that dish. We called them, and we although we are less than 10 minutes away the person he spoke to would rather refund the money than fix the issue. I was pretty disappointed at the response of a corporate restaurant who could afford to be open 10 minutes past close so a guy could grab food and support the local staff. It was literally my birthday dinner. We went into Benihana's first but they didn't have AC, so we decided to come to P.F. Chang's instead. What a terrible decision that was. First the host had 0 energy. Now let's talk about the service. I give props to our original server. I forgot his name. From what i can witness I knew he was ether over worked or had more then one task other then severing. He was nice & considerate. I guess it was another person who shared the same birthday as me, but she was allergic to the deserts option for your birthday, so he gave it to me, on top of my desert for my birthday. Which i thought was cool. But sadly when one of my friends bite into their sushi he almost choked on a mysterious plastic material. We are all instantly turned off. Especially when we brought it to our servers attention he couldn't even put his words together. He asked if we wanted another appetizer instead, or if he wanted to take the charge off our bill. We felt like the server should have got the manager involved immediately. PF Changs used to be a high end, high quality place to get good Chinese food. Last couple of times have really taken a slide. For $40 ordered won ton soup and shrimp fried rice. Fried rice was just okay, nothing to say then that. Not sure what the won ton soup was, usually more of a chicken broth base. What I got was more of either a burnt chicken broth or a beef broth (dark). Just couldn't eat it. I would say you have a better chance ordering from Panda Express! read more

After waiting almost 15 minutes .we also ordered water that was never received until the third request food was just okay at best. Attitude of staff not pleasant. We put our order in and we've been sitting here for 47 minutes. No apologies nothing. We still haven't gotten our food. So Update: so we waited a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes after already placing our order. My mother in law and husband both ordered ramen. My mother in law said the shrimp was over cooked and BOTH of the ramen was super salty. It was also supposed to be spicy but there was no such thing. My food was fine but theirs was horrible. I had to share my food with both of them. They refused to replace their food. We got stuck with the bill and left still hungry. And even though mine was a to-go order, the restaurant floor was sticky and slippery. It had been awhile since I had Asian food and was really looking forward to sinking my teeth into my order but was thoroughly disappointed when I bit into it. There are many chain restaurants people rave about that I've never been to: Houstons, Outback Steakhouse, Cheesecake Factory - and PF Changs. We were in Beachwood and this place was not far from our hotel. We decided to give it a go. I wish we hadn't. While the service was great (until it wasn't) the food was horrible. We had a shrimp dish - and the shrimp were so undercooked that I think it will be a long time before I order shrimp anywhere. I would have complained, but once our food was delivered we disappeared and the service, which had been gratuitous suddenly vanished. The only way to get any attention would have been to get up and approach a server. We didn't bother. Our appetizers were delivered very soon after we ordered. The green beans were tasty - but the "famous" lettuce wraps were a big disappointment. Chili's used to do lettuce wraps - I loved that dish and was really sad when they took it off the menu. I was sure the ones from PF Changs would be even better. They were not. Our main dishes arrived about 5 minutes after our appetizers. The server apologized but there was nothing to be done about it. After that, we didn't see our server for a long time. No one checked on us - and when we were done we sat there for 30 minutes before we could get someone's attention and get our check. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL Chinese restaurant. This place is too expensive and the quality of the food is poor. We decided to try P.F. Chang's tonight after finding out Stir Crazy has closed. I have found others to say pretty good things overall about this restaurant, so we figured why not. We went around 4:30 pm and there was no wait at that time on a Saturday evening. We were welcomed when we got there and they accommodated us to a booth that was not quite ready since I had a little one with me. Our server was very nice and courteous. We were able to place our order fairly quickly. We ordered the chicken egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were very good. My 11 year old was also with me and he enjoyed these as well. My 3 year old didn't eat from their menu, although they did have a kids menu available. For our meal, I got the spicy chicken and my son got the sweat and sour chicken. Both were very good. Our order did take a while to get to us, I guess we got caught behind a large to go order. Our server ended up coming out to us and apologizing the the delay. The chef had asked him to give us an order of the spring rolls on the house for the delay which I found to be a very nice gesture. Those were also very good. Both my older son and myself enjoyed our meal and have leftovers for tomorrow, so we were very happy with that. read more

This is my first time eating at pf chang's and i had a horrible experience. i ordered the california roll as an appetizer and i almost chocked on a piece of plastic. i advised my server about it and all he said is i don't know what is that and only offered to take off the sushi of the bill and took the sushi back with no replacement. very disappointing because i ordered a good amount of food and i felt like he didnt believe me first and last time coming to this location. read more

Came here on Sunday 12/09 with my niece, it was her first time here, my first time at this location but not the chain in general. Our server was Trevon/Treyvon not sure how to spell it, he was very friendly, honest about suggestions on the menu and attentive. We got the lettuce wraps to share as an appetizer and each got an entree. I got the Szechuan Chicken and just fyi it says spicy, but it is SPICY, almost some bites overwhelming. The rice comes "family style" and is enough for 4 people. Our appetizer was forgot to be rang in so we did get it late after our meals were already out, but the manager took care of it off of our bill, wasn't necessary but appreciated! It's been a few years since I've eaten at this establishment. So, on 5-17-2022 I decided to give it a shot and placed a to-go order. What a waste of money!! We had the Mongolian Beef with white rice and the shrimp Kung Pao with noodles. The beef was tender but salty and the rice was not done, it was hard. The shrimp was also salty and the noodles overcooked. I will not go back, especially if I have to pay for it. And I will not recommend it. read more

we had a reservation at 7:15. they told us they needed to clear a few tables and they would have us seated. it was 8:20 before we got a table and 8:40 by the time we got drinks. the food didn't arrive until 9:30 the food was fine but nothing impressive. slow to come out for sure. our appetizer didn't get to us until after our main course. it was 10 pm by the time we left and all was said and done for a reservation we had at 7:15. on top of the covid restrictions are clearly not something of concern in this establishment. tables are stacked on top of each other, we were eating within arms reach of strangers, the wait area was an absolute mess, and staff was not wearing their mask properly. overall a disappointing experience read more

Ok I am not a fan of chain restaurants in all honesty, we visited due to the fact we could walk here from our hotel. If you have been before you know the layout and decorations of this place. The hostess was pleasant and sat us, but as others have said they are a little slow to do clean up. We ordered no booze but our bill was $50 for Lettuce Wraps and two entrees and two soft drinks. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Always wanted to try this restaurant . Had gift card, so finally this was my time . Ordered the sweet and sour chicken , orange chicken , vegetable fried rice, egg rolls , spring rolls , and ribs. Everything was delicious except for the ribs which had a terrible flavor . If I lived closer to restaurant, I would have asked for refund for ribs. My only wish is fried rice be a selection with entrees instead of just white or brown rice . Maybe one day I may visit restaurant again , but to me the food is overpriced for quality . ..the fast food Chinese restaurants are just as good for a lower price for what I normally order . Chicken lettuce wraps were really disappointing this time, it's usually highlight if the night. 2 main courses (honey chicken and pepper chicken) were ok, nothing special (charging a dollar up-charge to change from rice to noodlea is little ridiculous. I don't care about the dollar, I just don't think it should be done). Also, taking flourless cake off the menu? I know it didn't 'pass' the gluten-free certification test, so don't call it gluten-free, but leave it on! Really disappointed by that decision. There were 4 of us, each person's food came out 10 minutes apart, I had to literally beg for a knife, the egg rolls were so cold they felt like they were taken straight out of the refrigerator & plated. We weren't told fried rice is extra. Would have ordered it anyway but would have been nice to know. When my friend mentioned that the lettuce pieces weren't really large enough to use as wraps the manager said corporate told them they had to save lettuce. Ordered Pad Thai, stir fry eggplant, kids' fried rice. Only edible part of the meal was the fortune cookies. The pad Thai noodles were like cardboard, no sauce or flavor, chicken overcooked and dried out. Kid 's meal was supposed to have streamed carrots but they were unwashed, un peeled slices of cold limpness. They had the texture of rubber and our kid who loves carrots cried at how bad these were. The waiter refused to use our cards and handle the check like all other restaurants. Instead he told us that his manager only allows customers to pay by cell phone or cash.
