This was our worst experience at PF Chang's. The service was slow and spotty. It took a long time in between each approach to our table. The menus were never even removed from our table. We were served our food without silverware and it was not provided for more than 5 minutes so by the time we were able to eat some of the food was cold. We had issues with our water refilled too. Multiple tables asked to talk to the manager so it was not just our table. It was not that they were overly busy either. We were very disappointed tonight and will not be back to this location. read more

One of the better chain Chinese restaurants. Food is always good along with service. The Ahi tuna salads is most wonderful and of course the warm Saki is good too. We had the Salt &Pepper Calimari not your typical deep fried greasy rings of nastiness this has lightly dusted strips of tender yummo! We suggest you try it. read more

My favorite restaurant never disappoints! The service is always great, the one and only thing I would change would be the drinks, I wish they had better options. I always order the dinner for two, with the Spicy Chicken and Mongolian beef. The chicken isn't spicy at all, it reminds me of the Pei Wei Spicy entree, which I love, it's almost a tad bit sweet. The Mongolian beef is also a little bit sweet and it comes with green onions. What I order besides that is the fried rice, my goodness! It is so good! Comes with chicken, beef, pork and shrimp, and there's never a spoonful that contains just rice. The two persons dinner special comes with a dessert which I've noticed they change, so if they have the fried bananas with ice cream, try it! I highly recommend! read more

Were is not for having very limited selections good Oriental Cuisine in El Paso, I would probably just suggest that you skip PF Changs completely. As a large corporate chain, they do have consistency and well-funded decoration on their side. The restaurant is lovely and the food always tastes consistent. That said, there is very little about this restaurant that is truly authentic. There are certainly some dishes which are fairly tasty, and the food preparation is generally very well done. However, almost everything is overly sweetened and overly salted to cover up the delicacy of flavor that is required in actual Asian food that has inspired most of these dishes. Perhaps it is better to blame the failure of the American pilot to ever mature, but it seems as though the only flavors Americans enjoy are sweet, salty, and hot. On a positive note, service tends to be respectable and wait times are quite short on most days. If you truly enjoy Asian Cuisine, you are much better off travelling to the Northeast with someone who knows those neighborhoods and enjoying the small locally owned hole in the walls from our Asian American Community here in El Paso. read more

5 Stars to our server Heather, she was great, very friendly, attentive, and she was busy too so hats off to her. My Dad and I came in on a Wednesday night, an hour before closing...I know most servers are not to crazy to take tables a hour before closing, I get it I work in the restaurant industry too, but Heather was awesome. On a side note when we walked in the Host gave us this death stare, she was a cutie tho, tan petite hispanic girl brown wavy hair. Basically could totally read her body language and hour before closing we get it the host's personal thoughts in her brain were probably saying "Really coming in an hour before closing to eat...GTFO of here." Other than our first interaction with the host, service and food was awesome. I ordered the Korean BBQ Chicken Stir Fry, my dad got a noodles street dish, and we also had an app the Calamari. I'll definitely be back, was worth the trip. read more

The place is great i loved the food. however, the service .. not so much. I got served by a waitress names jiobanna. She had the worst service I have ever seen in my life. She didn't know what was going on half of the time and must i say that I was having an extremely hard time understanding a word she was saying. she had a horrible accent. I think that they should have competent waitresses that at least know the basics of the English language and that are able to communicate properly. I will go back because of the great food but I do hope I get lucky and not get her or anyone like her as a server. it's a shame that such a good restaurant has servers such as herself read more

What the hell has happened here? Prices up and quality down. This used to be my favorite chain in the 915. Glorified Pei Wei is all this place is now. Both proteins in our main dishes were dry and over cooked. To be honest, it seemed like it was cooked hours before and the vegetables were added only to make you think it was fresh and recently prepared. One of our dishes looked so dry that, with out us saying a word, the server brought us more sauce saying, "the chicken looks a little dry." Really? The server could see this and that's how it was handled? $15 each for an inferior quality Chinese entree. There are 100 Asian places in El Paso that are doing oriental cuisine SO MUCH BETTER. Lastly, almost $10 for a slice of chocolate cake? I don't mind paying elevated prices but the quality should match. This place has taken a huge dive and the lack of people in the restaurant shows the popularity has vanished. My 18-year-old daughter and I visited my 92-year-old grandfather in El Paso and arrived from Phoenix at about 5 p.m. He is blind and likes PF Chang's because he knows the menu. He also likes the booths in back. In fact, any time anyone in our family visits him, that's where we go for dinner. I called to reserve a table and was told we could not make a reservation less than 2 hours ahead, so I reserved a booth for 7:15. But we were hungry, so I called back and asked for the manager. Josh was very helpful, told us to come in at any time and he would put us in a booth. He stopped by our table, brought us a complimentary appetizer and gave us a complimentary dessert. We were all very impressed and look forward to our next visit and dinner at PF Chang's. read more

Very nice Chinese Restraunt as far as the decor, but portions are small for what you pay and service is slow. Food is just ok, I had the Kung pao, but it was missing a lot of vegetables that I usually get with Kung Pao. Trust Me across the Street is Grand china Buffet with lots of variety for the same price you pay here. read more

We came here for a nice Easter meal and everything was bad. The service could not have been slower. The waiter said the kitchen was slammed, but had he taken our order when we told him we were ready, it wouldn't have been a problem since the place was slow. I had the Ahi tuna salad, since previously has been great but the fish tasted fake and once I got home, I had to run to the bathroom. The calamari was also questionable, had a odd texture. I swore we wouldn't go back after the last time we went and got a rubber band in the egg drop soup. But everyone wanted to go. The manager is terrible and does not check on tables or address concerns. The previous manager, Shawn, was great! I'm not going back ever. read more

Very good. The food was excellent, but presentation was nothing extravagant. Seated at the raised booth behind our table was an obese woman wearing a skirt, which gave my guest an eyeful - I dared not look. The booth tables didn't have table cloths so the fat lady was open the world and it was not a pleasant sight. The desserts were interesting, but not really unique, because it seems to be a trend - take a look at Chili's dessert shooters. Service was outstanding. My ex-father-in-law was an executive chef who took Chinese cuisine to another level and ever since meeting him, my perception of typical Chinese food found everywhere hasn't been the same. So I really scrutinize Chinese food, knowing what real Chinese food is. I occasionally eat at Chinese-American restaurants when I have a craving for General Tso's chicken - but that's not the reason why he's no longer my father-in-law. Just keep in mind - real Chinese restaurants will serve you sliced oranges at the conclusion of the meal - not fortune cookies. read more

Used to be a 4 star but last night was the lowest of the low for them and I may not go back. We went for the pad Thai, let me start out by stating this, so we got seated, ordered drinks, waitress served our drinks, then took our order. She was writing this down ( I thought) we ordered chicken lettuce wraps as an app. Then pad Thai, crispy honey shrimp and crispy green beans, (I know they're an app but I wanted them with our meal and I stated such). Well she brought out the wraps 'and the beans' and only 5-6 had the breading the rest were clean, she should have asked for a redo. I was shocked but I wasn't in the mood to argue, I was hungry. So then here comes our meal, by another waitress, she says crispy honey chicken, we said shrimp and she said it would take a bit but she would make another one, I as stated was hungry and said I'll take the chicken, and forget the shrimp,she leaves it and goes away. 3 minutes later our waitress comes back and says sorry, she misunderstood my order, and she has a shrimp dish coming, we said no but she said too late, its already coming, we can eat tomorrow for lunch, we said ok. So here we our waiting for the pad Thai so we can start eating, but I don't see our waitress anywhere. So we start, about 10 minutes pass, I'm kinda done at this point, I know the pad thai isn't coming, so we eat what we got and here comes the waitress, " can I get you more tea?" I decline and mention the pad Thai, she's shocked, she doesn't remember my ordering it, im furious by now, so I ask for the bill, I'm curious how much it's gonna come to. Got charged for the wraps, beans, teas, and chicken. And shrimp never showed, I asked and she said" we told her nevermind" this Sucked. read more

I had some high and lows visiting this place. We were told a 20 minute wait, and waited 10 minutes. The waiter showed up almost 10 minutes after we sat down, but that gave the mr. And i plenty of time to decide what we want. He was very nice and professional. We got the deal where you eat for two for $40. They mr and i have different tastes in food. He loves hot and spicy, and i dont, haha! He helped us mix out sauce for our appetizers. Mr. got the hot and sour soup and i got the egg drop soup. We loved it! We got the crab rangoon stuff and went crazy over it! The entree was the low point though. I got the chicken lo mein. Noodles were small, thin and the dried on sauce was hard to chew, but still pulled off a pleasant flavor. Mr's gen tso's chicken was fine except it seemed like it sat too long too. The waiter seemed to wait until our glasses were completely empty before refilling them. In all, it was a great experience despite those issues!!!! read more
