We had a Galentines outing here, and they were able to accommodate a party of 15+. Even with such a large party, service was consistent, the waiters were kind, they had no issues splitting the checks, and the food was great! We ordered several items to share: orange chicken, lo mein, rice, sushi, etc. There was nothing that wasn't satisfactory. The food was fresh, warm and plentiful. I will definitely return for a lunch or friend outing.

Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

The location is nice and the general appearance was open and inviting. Our server was pleasant, professional and attentive. Everything tasted great! The lettuce wraps are a constant 5/5 however, the spicy chicken tasted very different to the standard I am used to. The Mongolian beef made up for the chicken shortfall. We also enjoyed the beef and broccoli.

Imagine your diet is suddenly super limited due to a medical condition and you decide to eat at a restaurant you know has safe options only to be ignored by your waitress, served food with a hair on it, and to watch your party eat their meals while you just sit waiting for the waitress to pay attention... that is PF Changs.

Overall, the 1 star rating is due to the following factors: 1- Poor service from management 2- Slow service (despite the restaurant having very few customers 3- Poor quality This dish had an off scent, and taste. It was far more 'soupy', and this was one of the worst tasting dishes I've had from an asian themed restaurant. The prices that they're charging are outrageous. Furthermore, I tried redeeming a $20 off coupon that was emailed which had deceptive terms and conditions (stating $20 off dine-in or $40 for pickup orders) which the waiter claimed to have brought to management and they stated they wouldn't honor their own deal. With that in mind, I stated I wouldn't return. It isn't a good business practice to not honor your own promotions, or try to work with a customer. All in all, I wouldn't recommend...

I think I've been to PF Changs once before but I came because I had a birthday reward. The food is pretty expensive and in my opinion not that great. You can find better quality at non chain restaurants. The ambiance is nice and the service is great and quick and the waiters are friendly, but, I got the cauliflower dish which said it just has cauliflower, peppers and onions and I got it with ko sauce and sweet and sour on the side. There was some sort of meat in the dish, so I asked what the fried things were and the waiter checked and said it was onion. I know for sure ot wasn't onion as there was onion in the dish I could see and had my friend eat it and he said it tasted like chicken so I picked it all out since I don't eat meat and just gave it to him. I still don't like that I don't know what was actually in it or how something else got in the dish. But the taste wasn't as good as other local Asian restaurants so I wouldn't come back again.

I love the Vegetable Dumplings, Hot Dry Noodles, General Tao's Tofu, Salt & Pepper Eggplant, and Sichuan String Beans. The menu is pretty large with plenty of options for vegetarians.

We started with the wonton soup, which was visually beautiful. The broth had a rich, inviting color and the wontons themselves were excellent -- thin, delicate wrappers with a very flavorful filling. Unfortunately, the broth itself was a bit underwhelming and lacked depth. A touch of hot mustard helped bring it to life, but it needed more natural flavor on its own. The standout dish of the meal was the Mu Shu Pork. Absolutely fantastic. The portion was generous and the flavor reminded us of classic Mu Shu from WoHop in NYC's Chinatown -- high praise. The pancakes were incredibly thin, almost paper-like and nearly translucent, yet soft and perfect for wrapping. This dish alone makes us want to come back. The Bang Bang noodles were another dish that looked beautiful when served, but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. The sauce seemed watered down and there was quite a bit of liquid in the bowl, which muted the overall taste. It felt very close to being great, just not fully there yet. Overall, this was a mixed but promising first visit. There's clearly real skill in the kitchen, and when the flavors hit, they hit well. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying more dishes -- and we'll happily update this review after our next visit.

We recently visited and were honestly really impressed. First off, a little over $1 for a soda…read morethese days is almost unheard of, so we were excited about the prices right away. My husband and I shared the dumplings and both loved them. The texture was perfect and the flavor was really good. The portions overall felt like a great size and everything tasted freshly made. I ordered the pork fried rice and really enjoyed dipping it into the house made dumpling sauce, which honestly made the meal even better. Our waitress was very pleasant, and made sure we had what we needed. The vibe inside was very quiet, cozy, and romantic, making it a really nice spot for a relaxed date night. The restaurant was also extremely clean, which we always appreciate, and there was plenty of easy parking. We'll definitely be back once they add the ramen noodles to the menu!

That said, the vegetable fried rice and dumplings were both a 5 out of 5. The dumpling dipping sauce was honestly one of the best I have ever had and really stood out. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The space is on the smaller side, which was fine since we went during a slower time. We were not able to choose our table, which would have been nice, and while you are not right on top of other people, the tables are close enough that it can be hard to have a private conversation. There were a couple things that held it back. I was served a drink that was close to eight months expired. I did not make a big deal about it and still drank it, but that is something they definitely need to stay on top of. Also, the menu said Pepsi products but only Coke was available. With better inventory checks and a more updated menu, this place could easily be a five star spot. It is just not quite there yet.
