I don't frequent this restaurant too often. I had a little extra money and decided to give it a try on December 1st 2021 at approx 630pm. I looked for other restaurants but lines were out the door. I saw there was not a line at this restaurant and decided to go in. I was alone and took a seat at the bar. Once I sat down I could see a problem with the bar area service. There appeared to be a woman server in training and the woman bar tender. UNPROFESSIONAL. The head bartender was completely unprofessional. She acted like she was overwhelmed but the restaurant was only half full. She acted she was busy but had time in between to talk loudly barking orders to staff when I thought she could have done the tasks herself. The trainee was completely pleasant and calm the entire time. An older couple came in and sat down next to me. While the calm server was taking their order, the bar tender started to loudly ask her a question. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. PF Changs should ask the head bartender on this day to resign. If she trains anyone else, they are not going to stay. Treated like poop, I wouldn't stay either. I've never had a bad experience with PF Chang's, but tonight I called in my order and picked it up. While picking up the food was fine, the food was horrible. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice and chicken lettuce wraps. I am not sure who they have cooking in the kitchen, but whoever it was burned the oil for the food. The only thing I tasted was a burned/smoky taste. And the food smells burned. You can even see in the fried rice where there was egg that was burned. I had to throw it all out because it tasted horrible. And that is $35 gone down the drain. I didn't even call the restaurant because I like 30 min away from this location. I was in the area and decided to get food from here, but not anymore. I have decided to provide this info to PF Changs on the site and we'll see if anyone reaches out to me. read more

The service from Gino is amazing!! His personality was so happy and helpful. He made us smile and laugh all night. What a great person. He is very helpful with menu suggestions. The food portions may not have been what they used to do. Scottsdale's PF chang portions are larger by far, but it was delicious. The ambiance and lighting was perfect. Not too bright and not too dark. The banana slices desert was amazing. Cheesecake needed more glaze, little too dry, but the awesome service made it it a very fun night. read more

I had to drop it down to 2 stars. The food was the same quality, but they do not bring out big bowls of white and brown rice anymore. They brought out 5 small bowls of rice when there are 7 of us. Are we suppose to share or have our individual bowls? We had our usuals: 2 chicken fried rice - ok 2 mongolian beef - good 2 chicken chow mein - good 2 crispy honey chicken - good 1 orange peel chicken - meh... 1 spicy chicken - too spicy for me, but the group said it was good Main reason for the 2 stars was the service SUCKED! We had to literally get our servers attention for anything (refills, more rice, togo boxes, etc.). We waited 15 mins for our server to pick up the check, he never showed! So we handed it off to other server and asked if she can help us. He came back to the table only the times we can grab he attention. We were always out of drinks. Our food was great but our dining experience was very stressful. A very unruly child across the restaurant screamed and treated the long booth bench as a trampoline. Running and jumping and screaming the entire time we were there. We complained to our server who informed us that the manager had been informed by several servers but manager did nothing. With tip we spent $100. Upon leaving we complained directly to the manager who only blankly stared at us. Not a word. I contacted P.F. Chang customer service. Very disappointed in PF Chang in Goodyear. I love the food but take out online is a nightmare. Today i ordered Kung Pao chicken with fried rice and got white rice instead. Called to let them know the problem, they agreed to replace my order, and only got a small order of fried rice to replace the white rice they gave me. They had the nerve to tell me the online ordering system did charge me extra but didn't specify why. The replacement rice was subpar at best. In reality, worst fried rice I've ever had. This is the third time the online order was incorrect, and they had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault because the order had white rice. The least they could have done was replace the entire order, especially at the prices they charge. I will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

Just had dinner and spent $360, and here is my review. Shining light of the night was our waiter Matthew. he was phenomenal and they were very busy. Shocked they can get away with charging what they do for what is most certainly very subpar food. The waiter knew the menu and was attentive accommodating and friendly. At some point I asked the manager for salt he barely looked at me and was dismissive. The rest of the staff in the entire restaurant was also extremely friendly and accommodating unfortunately they can't fix the menu and they are not in the back cooking the food. The lettuce wraps were good as always in the egg drop soup was very good. The Mongolian beef, lo mein, dumplings, edamame, and majority of the other entrées were pretty much inedible. The desserts were fine but certainly nothing I would ever order again. I have not been to this restaurant in a long time and I had read the reviews that the quality had gone downhill, now I know. This is a great lunch spot out in the West Valley. I was there today right at noon, thought it would be much busier given it's Thanksgiving week. P.F. Chang's is always consistent and this time was no different. Server checked in the right amount of times during the meal and the restaurant is well maintained and clean. The food came out fairly quick and was exactly what I expected. I recommend trying the trio of sauces to add extra spiciness to any dish, careful with the spicy mustard! Three of us went to this location Friday, November 11. My best friend had come to visit from Chicago. We both ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, lettuce wraps, and an order of egg rolls. Everything seemed fine, our server's name was Emmanuel, I think, and he was very nice. We couldn't finish our main course so our server wrapped it up. Our bill before tip was $77, nothing to throw away, everyone works hard for their money, right? So, the next night, we opened our leftovers to feast again, and were appalled to see green mold over large parts of the noodles, and on some of the shrimp. We have never had a bad experience at a PF Chang restaurant, either in Chicago or Las Vegas, but I don't think I'll go back to this one. My husband and I chose to have a late lunch at P.F. Chang's yesterday, May 21. It had a been awhile since we had visited the dining room because of COVID-19. (We often used curbside pickup.) Returning to the dining room was awesome. Our server Matthew was the very best! He was attentive from the start. His customer service skills were exceptional. I have memories of this chain from years ago when it was the fancy place to enjoy some pretty good Chinese food. That was before I discovered my favorite mom and pop restaurants. Obviously, it's been a while since I visited a P.F. Chang's and things have changed. It's unfortunate for me that I've enjoyed better experiences at their sister restaurant (Pei Wei), but that's still fortunate for the parent company. At Pei Wei, the price and quality are spot on. For what was paid for our most recent meal, the quality at P.F. Chang's needs to step it up. The atmosphere is still unique and sets a standard for everyone else. However, the food quality, particularly the plating and service, needs some work. And apparently, the definition of "Family Style" portions has changed. My Mongolian Beef was good but just barely. At least they were willing to add some heat to it. I've always believed this entree should be spicy. Still, I hate to compare the flavor of my dish to beef jerky, but my meal tasted like tender Teriyaki Jack Links. Coupled with some sloppy plating (see the photos) and the abrupt manner in which they were literally dropped off, I can't see myself visiting here again. read more
