This was delivered yesterday along with a few other entrees. Mongolian Beef entrée with a side of white rice. $20 and I can see the bottom of the pkg! $20!!! One tiny scoop of rice and less Mongolian Beef. The other entrees were packaged in tubs. We dumped $95 into this place on our order. My last time with a once great place to eat. Very disappointed. So disappointed. Ordered take out and everything seemed perfect. Received what we ordered, all sauces and cutlery requests were included. Thought we were off to a good start! The disappointment fully lies in the quality of food. Save for the house chow mein (okay, not great!), everything we ordered was NOT good. The orange chicken and dynamite shrimp were so heavily breaded, there was hardly ANY chicken or shrimp to be found. The fried rice was...not fried rice. I'm not even sure what we got. Rice with a few pieces of carrot splashed with a little soy sauce, maybe? I definitely recommend just going to your local Chinese food joint. You'll absolutely get better quality for half the price. Ordered to go today and I will say they were friendly and pretty quick but that's the only positive. The food is panda express quality or worse for about 3x the price. The honey shrimp is almost a duplicate of pandas but worse quality. Their fried rice is super dry. Egg drop soup tastes off and not like egg drop soup. Shrimp tempura roll was actually disgusting, tasted unfresh and maybe almost rotten. The mongolian beef was pretty decent but definitely not worth $20. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone to go here when there's way better cuisine around. read more

My husband & I did our first take out order from Pf Chang's..ordered Chang's chicken extra spicy & there was no spice at all! Ordered 4 of the special sauce which includes the hot mustard, chili paste & oil. We got 2 packets of soy sauce! We also asked for chopsticks & also did not receive them. Wish I could give this place a negative 5. We came to dinner to Celebrate a birthday. Party of five and we were sat at a table for 4. One person being forced to eat at an angle. The pictures below are of when we order a California roll, then we had to have it remade which took another 25 minutes. We also ordered the Kung Pao roll which had an overload of sauce. Which took over 30 minutes for them to remake. The rest of the food was okay (7/10), everyone's portion size seemed small. The customer service was terrible. When we had issues with the food and server and asked to see a manager, one never came, our server just told us we weren't being charged for the two sushi rolls that were made incorrectly. They also forgot it was someone birthday. This was just an overall terrible experience. We will never be returning to this location. Definitely not worth the TIME. HASSLE. Or MONEY. read more

I dropped into PF Chang's for a quick and reliable bite to eat. I was dining alone, so went to the bar and ordered the gluten free chicken wraps and an Arnold Palmer. I made a quick call to my husband who is home in Washington State. I updated him on my day, which was hard, as I am in Goodyear to help my parents as my dad's health declines. Today was a challenging and emotional day. I assume the staff overheard my discussion, because when I asked to "cash out" the lovely bartender, Nicolette, appeared with a dessert and let me know that not only would they be giving me a free dessert, they would also be picking up my appetizer. When I asked why, she said "it seems like you had a tough day and we just wanted to treat you". Of course, this kindness was touching....and I can admit made me tear up a little bit. I am always impressed with the kindness of the waitstaff at PF Chang's. We go there nearly every time we visit Goodyear, because we don't have one in our town any more. I am grateful for this generous effort and I thoroughly enjoyed the wraps, which are light, but also reliably filling. THANK YOU PF Changs. read more

3.5 stars. I do like PF Changs, it's just that it is a chain restaurant and usually you don't get unforgettable with that. I love the atmosphere and decor and we always get good service. We ordered as a group and just passed the plates around to share. Appetizers: crab wontons, lettuce wraps, ribs. Out of all of these I say lettuce wraps all the way! Main Entrees: honey chicken, sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, Pepper beef, beef and broccoli, honey crisply shrimp, noodles, fried rice. I would say all were yummy but I didn't care much for the sesame chicken. They honey crispy shrimp was wonderful. Overall we will always go to PF Changs since the family likes it. First time I ever had PF Chang's, I fell in love. That was a LONG time ago, though, and since then, I've had it a few times and its just been ok. I got a gift card for a reduced price ($37.00 for a $50.00 gift card) so we decided to come down here for lunch last Saturday. What I liked - Service! Friendly host and we had a really good waitress. - Lettuce Wraps. We usually get these as an appetizer, and they are always pretty solid. What I didn't like - Portion size. We ordered lettuce wraps, orange chicken, Mongolian beef and some chicken lo mein. There were only 2 of us, and we pretty much ate all of the food, except a bit of the lo mein. I swear portions used to be larger, and now they are just average, even small! - Taste of the food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I had remembered, either. The Mongolian beef was a tad rubbery and had way too many green onions on the plate. The orange chicken could have been a bit more crisp (I know they just dust it in flour, but it would taste better if it had a thicker crunchy coating on it). The lo mein was actually pretty good. Lots of noodles and chicken and minimum veggies. - Price. Almost crapped my pants when I saw the prices for entrees. Our bill after tax and tip came out to $80.00! That is STEEP for a lunch between 2 people (no alcohol). With my reduced price gift card, it took it down a little bit ($67.00), but still....way too pricey for the portion size and quality of food. Sadly, I'm probably never coming back. Service was great, atmosphere was cool, but the food was just meh, and the price made my wallet sad...very, very sad :-(. read more

First time eating at any PF chang's and it was a good over all experience. I made a reservation for two and after some troubles I called back twice to change times and with no hesitation they changed around the times for me. Over all customer service and out waiter was prompt( forgot name). Food wise it was 100% ordered a lettuce wrap to start off with then we ordered low mein noodles and a 3x spicy chicken with white rice and they hit the 3x spicy on the money. It was delicious. OMG! Where do I start. Hostess looked scared, couldn't hear what was coming out of her mouth. Our waiter and thing young man didn't know what he was doing. We had to go find him if we needed anything. But he was always in the front having a good time with other employees the same age range, chating,, goofing around. Etc.. Food was terrible, I used to love this place and the only thing good was the appetizers. They did substitute one of the most terrible plates for another with out an issue. This location must store previous orders under a phone number because i placed a pick up order today and i ordered a similar order to my usual and todays order is just a combination of what i wanted vs what i didn't. It's like whomever took my order order the phone just reordered a previous order instead of imputing what i actually asked for over the phone. When i arrived everyone at the front cash wrap was rude and seemed to have no idea what was going on. I ordered a drink and for some reason they didn't even place half a beverage in the cup. I was told because it was a peach boba they won't give me a full up- so i pay 8 dollars for half a beverage and ice!? Just whyyy.. not to mention all the extra food in this order that wasn't ordered! We go to PF Chang's every year for my brother birthday and this year it was definitely a step down in its quality. Food was okay but didn't taste very fresh and my stepdad ordered the donuts which did come out fresh but they were just odd. Tasted like someone took instant biscuits and fried them to death. Not sweet at all and very oily tasting. Won't be getting those again. Over all we were very underwhelmed by this location. Our server was friendly enough and was very attentive when it came to refilling our drinks. I will say they put a hand written birthday card on the table for my brother and the entire staff signed it which was an amazing touch and was super thoughtful. read more

This is a solid Chang's store. The service is consistent. The food is slightly over priced but consistently good. They did just change the menu and add mini bites as apps. We started with egg drop soup which is a bargain if younger the bowl. I had multi color sushi roll and it was a nice flavor combination. My mom loves the ribs on the appetizer menu and I agree since the bbq sauce is unique. The pad Thai was good with plenty of shrimp. I like it with a bit more sauce. I'm sure my rock star of a server would have made it happen if I asked. Dessert was two raspberry chocolate wontons the were fantastic. Sorry the pictures are after I we ate stuff. Killer happy hour. Everything is $6 or less. Even a chang job in the bathroom. I kid. We got three apps to share. The Chang's Lettuce Cups are always good. It's hard to leaf them alone. We tried the kung pao street tacos, which were small but very unique and flavorful: they have peanuts, cucumbers, peppers, and the tortilla is actually jicama. We would get those two apps again. However, two of the chicken satay sticks were a little undercooked... ask for it well done, or just double up on the cups or tacos. read more

We ordered for take out last night and I have to say it was incredibly disappointing. I gave two stars only because the people greeting were great and the hostess doing the to go orders was quick and nice. Also the rice was plentiful and soft. This is my first time getting a to go order from this location. I have done it at several locations before and never had an issue. It said our order would be done in about 45 minutes. By the time I was taken care of I was maybe at the 50-55 minute mark. This would lead me to believe that our food should be pretty hot and fresh. It was barely luke warm. The portions were also a fraction of what they normally give. Between the temperature, the portion size and the fact that it had barely any sauce, therefore a lack of flavor, I would have been much better off going to Panda Express. It would have been less than half the price, more filling and possibly would have tasted better. That's how underwhelming it was. read more

My husband and I went there for lunch to celebrate our anniversary. The hostess who sat us was not friendly. She laid two papers on the table without saying anything. We looked at the papers and it was for drinks only. Our waiter came to table and we asked about menu. He acted like we should have known to scan the code on drink menu. Very strange. Why give written drink menu, but have to use phone to scan code. I ordered my meal without mushrooms and it came with mushrooms. The waiter saw mushrooms pushed to the side and didn't comment on it. We had a reservation for dinner and arrived 30 minutes early so we decided to sit at the bar instead and order dinner and watch NCAA College bball. We ordered the Signature Sampler and our drinks and then Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Kung Pao Sushi. Booked a reservation online for our wedding anniversary. We requested a booth and we're excited to enjoy a nice dinner out. Got there and was greeted by a " less than friendly" hostess. Got to a table in the middle of the restaurant and asked " oh we asked for a booth if possible" she said.. "oh we don't have one" and walked away. The server was awkward, but nice I suppose. I ordered sushi and there was plastic in it. Sushi also came " smoked" and it tasted horrible. My husband got fried rice that tasted dry and flavorless. AKA-- Yummy Salty Chang's Not a place for authentic Chinese food, but they don't purport it and the food is tasty. Made the unfortunate mistake of looking up the nutritional info from the menu and dear Salt Gods is this place is good for some mighty dessication! Many of the platters are a step away from just reading "salt lick with rice and brown sauce". That said, salt is indeed tasty. Their dessert sampler is one of the best options out there for variety and serving sizes, sharing, and giving your youngling their own. I do miss the banana lumpia option, though. Service is usually good. Generally keep the place dark for some reason. Children's menu is okay. They do keep the place very clean. They have become rather pricey, which is the only consistent knock I have on the chain. read more

Amazing food! They're great on the social distancing guidelines. Food was delivered, fresh, hot and in restaurant sealed bags. It was a great experience and I'll definitely order delivery again. Only one thing- they didn't include soy sauce and chili sauce- and I didn't see where I could add it to my order on the website(I could have missed it though).
