The service really stood out as our waitress was super attentive and even brought us extra fortune cookies at the end when she found out we were heading to the movies right after. Not calling her out by name, but she was a real one. The food was great, the drinks hit, and overall it was a great and efficient experience. Only note: the Chef's Feast menu is a bit misleading. It reads like each person gets their own appetizer, but in reality you choose one appetizer to share, while everyone gets their own soup or salad and entrée. I ordered takeout last night and spent about $40 for one person, so I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The $17 crab rangoons were honestly terrible. The filling had a strange cheese texture -- almost like ricotta -- and the bell peppers felt completely out of place. On top of that, they had almost no flavor. They tasted bland on their own, and the sauce that came with them didn't help or complement the flavor at all. My entrée was just as disappointing. It tasted like the kind of "Chinese food" you make at home when you're trying to recreate takeout....bland and lacking the flavors you expect from a restaurant at this price point. I've had much cheaper Chinese takeout that was significantly better. For the prices they charge, I expected quality and flavor, but this experience was not worth it. I don't order a lot of Uber eats, but I just have to say how impressed I was on this order from P.F. Chang's. First off, it came in a sealed bag. So not only do you know your food could not be tampered with, but nothing can fall out on the drive over, it also kept everything nice and hot. It was also prepared very quickly. I was very surprised when I received the text saying that my driver had picked it up and was on his way. It arrived lickety split and was very well packaged in nice sturdy containers. I ordered Kung Pow beef with fried rice and edamame. My food was hot and delicious. The beef was just the right amount of spice, the veggies were crispy and delicious, and the fried rice was super tasty. Did you know that P.F. Chang's has good vegan options? Well I sure didn't or else i'd have tried them sooner. They have 2 vegan entrees, 2 vegan apps, and 1 vegan side on the menu which is quite impressive for a chain. To drink I got the pomegranate lemonade. It was refreshing, not as sweet as I was hoping, and I couldn't taste the mint it claimed to have in it. To eat we got the veggie lettuce wraps, buddha's feast, and ma po tofu. Each dish was flavorful. My favorite was the Buddhas feast - the sauce was so savory. It reminded me of chicken broth flavors. I loved all the different veg in it too. The ma po tofu was not like others that i've had but it was still good. It had a little kick to it and was very saucy. The tofu lettuce wraps were just as good as the famous OG. I always forget to take a picture so you will have to take my word for it. There were four of us so we had the chefs feast for 4. Salads, two appetizers and an entree for each of us. Had the house salad which is similar to those Asian salad kits you can buy at the store but fresher and crisper. Next up we chose crispy green beans and pork dumplings(6). There was a huge serving of green beans with a yummy sauce to dip it in. Honestly, next time I would probably just order the dumpling for my entree, they were delicious! I ordered the crispy honey chicken with lo mein and crispy noodles and took half of it home. Was very good. We sat at the bar and came at Happy Hour time. Bartender was not busy at 3:30 pm. Slow service, didn't check on us I had to go get her at other end of bar to order food and another drink. Pork egg rolls tasted old. Partner ordered Mongolian beef and broccoli, and broccoli was close to spoiled. So dissatisfied. We brought another couple with us and told them how good prior experience was, and this was so disappointing. Not fresh food at all. Went for a work lunch on Thursday and got there just before noon and just before the rush. The server was polite and helpful with suggestions on a few different dishes. The place itself offers a variety of seating options and is very spacious; lots of bar seating or can accommodate groups Big or small. The food was excellent I ordered the shrimp pad Thai and asked for some extra heat though my tolerance is high so it tasted very regular but the flavor was fantastic with a delicious flavor in every bite and a healthy portion size. Also our group started with the pot stickers and dynamite shrimp. Both the starters were solid and a table favorite though I was the odd man out on not overly enthusiastic with the fried shrimp seemed a little too much coating for me personally. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well, most went with the lunch special with a slightly smaller portion dish and your own personal side and a drink. We all got the infused lemonades which were very refreshing and tasty. The pomegranate lemonade I got a second because it was so good. So we made sure to choose our meal quickly so as not to drag this on and out of respect for those there. Today's review is for my dad's birthday lunch. I made a reservation a couple of days ago for our party of ten and they accommodated to us very nicely in a nice long table. Our waitress was very kind, attentive, and paid a lot of attention to our needs. This is my dad's favorite place to come for a celebration like we came here for my parent's anniversary and this time for his birthday as his favorite thing is the Great Wall of Chocolate cake. Everyone enjoyed the occasion and the ginormous chocolate cake. I had the soufflé (GF) had to take the vanilla ice cream off and it was really good. Food wise: I loved the Singapore noodles (GF - I've had it twice now) and my parent's enjoy eating the miso glazed salmon dish. My dad tried the Kung Pao Shrimp and said it was okay- He preferred the salmon. I've lived in GR for 6 years now and am just getting to the local PF Changs! We popped in for lunch on a Sunday (right around 12:15/12:30) and had 0 wait time. (More folks came in closer to 1:30/2p.) Our waitress was attentive and polite. The food came out quickly. A staple in our fam is the lettuce wraps with chicken - so good! And it didn't disappoint - lettuce was fresh and crisp, meat was plentiful, and we were satisfied/pleased. The orange chicken was a great portion, the meat wasn't skimpy, wasn't dry, and it had great flavor. The Korean Glass Noodle dish had a wonderful amount of veggies & meat (I added the beef to it). The beef wasn't dry, there was a good amount of it, and it had great flavor. The atmosphere here to me is an American view of Little China of like San Francisco. It does at least have a sophisticated feel to it. I ordered the Hand Folded Crab Wontons (6 for $13), Chang Spicy Chicken Bowl ($13.50), and the Great Wall of Chocolate ($12). The Wontons have Creamy crab filling, bell pepper, green onion, spicy plum sauce. To me they were a big disappointment. Bland and very ehh. Plus very overpriced. The Chang's Spicy Chicken has Signature sweet-spicy chili sauce and green onions over rice. This I found very good. I was worried it would be too spicy, however it wa just enough to feel. The portion size felt perfect. The Wall of Chocolate is Six layers of chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, semi-sweet chocolate chips. It is very very Rich, but very good and a very good size slice. The person I was with ordered the Ginger Chicken Bowl (13.5) which has Ginger-garlic aromatics, green onion, steamed broccoli over rice. This was declared to be excellent. The also got the Great Wall of Chocolate and enjoyed it. The service was good, especially being short staffed on a Saturday. Overall a 4 1/2 star review. However since I need to round it becomes a very strong 4. Would I return? Absolutely, to me this felt like an upscaled version of Chinese food. Maybe slightly overpriced, but acceptable. read more

It's probably been over 5 years since I'd last eaten here. The last time I went for lunch with co-workers for sushi. It was fine, but far from the best sushi I've ever had. When I think of PF Chang's I think I have a pretty common opinion: the only thing I like on the menu are the lettuce wraps. I've yet to order any lettuce wraps that come close to being as good as PF Chang's. However, my husband and I wanted something different for dinner and happened to have multiple errands at Knapp's Corner. We decided to give them a try since it had been so long. While I generally prefer eating local rather than at national chains, I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Buddha Bowl (takeout) which is mostly veggies and tofu, but also comes with a generous side of rice. You can select white, brown, or fried rice. The sauce was a little on the bland side, but I enjoy VERY spicy. There was also a good amount of sauce, so none of the veggies or tofu were too dry. The rice is in a divided section of the container, so it doesn't get saturated with the sauce. It was a good size portion for the price as well. I didn't even finish half of it for dinner, and am looking forward to the leftovers, which I will add some red pepper flakes to for some much needed heat. My husband ordered the Mandarin Crunch Salad with chicken. He said the chicken was cooked pretty much perfectly, and it really hit the spot. Love the lettuce wraps, we also got sesame chicken which is a solid 6/10 and the Singapore noodles which just seemed off in taste, it had way too much going on and we're very saucy (other Singapore noodles I've had have been more dry which I like).
