Made a reservation to eat here while traveling after both Charlotte locations had a 2+ hour wait. Staff were friendly when greeting us. While waiting for our table the hostess stood at the hostess booth, took out her brush and brushed her weave for a good 2 minutes. I thought it was rude, disgusting, and not the proper thing to do around customers... especially when there are tables very close by. The restaurant is social distancing due to COVID. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. I'm glad we did because our food took a very long time! Long enough for us to ask if our food was forgotten about as people who came in 15+ minutes after us had food and were eating. When I asked this I didn't get much of a response, an apology, or an explanation besides "it's coming." Our waitress didn't check on us and took a long time to come to our table. When I needed water or help with our check since the QR option to pay wasn't working, I had to stare at her from across the room before she would come. I didn't complain as I didn't know how many tables she had. Another waitress helped a couple times when she noticed we didn't have any drinks. The food was good. We came here with my family after my grandmother's funeral and it was the worse experience ive ever had. The service was lacking. The wait for food was long, and that is if they even had what you wanted. The waiter kept coming back saying that they were out of items to several of us. Not to mention not once getting a refill. To top of our evening the table in front of us got a smoky/spicy dish that made most of us cough and gasp for air. Not sure how I can articulate sufficiently how terrible the service has been here for three Christmas Eves running. The staff is extremely stupid as well as unqualified and unmotivated. Our waiter served three of our party of five their entrees after 30 minutes, and the remaining two after 90 minutes. (Of course, that was only after continued strong-arming.) We mentioned that we would be reversing the charges with American Express, and the manager said he could refund everything but the alcohol. We talked to Amex and determined otherwise. We will never come here again, in spite of the fact that the food is good. The service here makes eating at this restaurant a terrible and maddening experience. This was my 1st time going to this location. The food was delicious. My friend and I were very pleased. My waitress got my order wrong and gave me chicken instead of shrimp. If it wasnt for that, I would give 5 stars. But the way the manager named IM handled the discrepancy, was extremely professional and impeccable customer service. She treated me and my friend with such care, concern and the utmost respect. She sincerely apologized for the mishap and said she would have my shrimp prepared immediately and asked me if I would be ok eating the chicken in the meantime...which was fine and not a big deal. She literally went above and beyond to please us. She even came out and asked my friend how she wanted her carrots prepared for her dish which says a lot. Honey crispy chicken no stars I couldn't even finish it, waitress was very attentive and nice. I guess I'm spoiled from other authentic Thai restaurants, the sweet wasn't very bland, but definitely try the coconut cooler, best thing here and the appetizer which was firecracker shrimp. Been to P.F. Chang's multiple times, and it just keeps getting worst. The portions are slowing getting smaller and the prices are increasing. Tonight, probably the last by choice was decent. I ordered the salt and pepper prawns, which were obviously regular shrimp. And if they weren't, then our Dynamite Shrimp appetizers were prawns?! The flavor was good, but what happen to the sauce they use to mix at the table for you when you arrived? No hot sauce or anything was offered. My husband ordered the Singapore pepper chicken. Flavor was really good and everything was cooked perfectly, but the portion was so small.. these used to be shareable portions, but I could order a small plate of Chinese from a side street restaurant and feed a family of five fully. I took a lot of pics, but a new iPhone was delivered tonight and I can't get everything to work. If any of you have kids, maybe they could make things work-Apple couldn't online and I can't drive to store because I have had 2 surgeries in the past few weeks and not allowed to drive. That brings me to my oder tonight for delivery. I ordered on Uber eats because it was free delivery on order of $15 or more. Since I am not only alone and my Daughter is coming tomorrow afternoon, I ordered enough food to last us for dinner tomorrow. I am allergic to certain shellfish if it isn't fresh from ocean. I ordered NOTHING that had that in it and EVEN requested 1 meal that had shrimp in it to not be included. My food delivered smelled like old fish. I ordered a BOWL of Hot and Sour soup. (Daughter and I love that.) Also their "signature traditional chicken lettuce wraps." The last was the ramen noodles that I placed with chicken and removed shrimp. I also added some sauces, utensils and etc, like fortune cookies that were all free. Order arrives and not everything is there. Bowl of soup is a cup of soup-even though I paid double for the cup. No fried noodles or anything like at other restaurants-I don't know if menu even described them. The brownest HNS soup I have ever seen. I called restaurant to complain about fishy smell and was told 2 things out of 3 I couldn't eat that weren't described on the menu. Oyster broth in the chicken lettuce wraps and I believe shrimp broth in the ramen meal. Wrapped them up and put away for daughter to eat. Took 1 spoonful of soup and it was the worst I had ever tasted and the most expensive. It looks and tastes like mostly soy sauce. I will try tomorrow to see if I can add some broth to it or something or just throw it out. Man on phone said he would reimburse me for most of the meal, but could do NOTHING about the service fees, delivery fees and tip I paid to Delivery guy. This was my 1st experience eating at this location - SO disappointed. Not like I have $ to throw around. I expected better customer service than that. If he wanted me to return, he would have given me gift card or some incentive to return. I am still so mad that I had to pay $ to have nothing to eat. While in town last week my husband and I had to visit one of his favorite restaurants. Something familiar. We had the crispy honey chicken with fried rice, shrimp dumplings pan fried and we also tried something new. The Brussels Sprouts and they were amazing. Loved the browning on them and the spicy flavor. We'll get those for sure next time. We loved the location as it was in a nice shopping center surrounded by other great stores and eateries. Since when is Chinese food smoked? It was here and I don't like it. The lettuce wraps filling was smoked and it was so bad 4 of us out of 4 couldn't get past the first one. The ribs were ok but cold. The Pad Thai was good but everything needed salt, all 4 of us agreed that all of the food wasn't seasoned. The soy sauce on the table didn't help and I wonder if it was watered down Dumplings were hard and cold. The service was lack luster. I am absolutely obsessed with PF. Changs. Whether I am there for drinks and happy hour appetizers or dinner, I leave pleased. I always start off with the veggie lettuce wraps. This is a MUST order! Always spot on. I also have enjoyed the spring rolls. My go-to dish is the fried eggplant, which is perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The portions are huge of course, so there's leftovers for later! They offer a great drink menu! I loved their red lantern cocktail with a little light-up lantern thrown on top as well as their pear martini! Always pleased when I come here. PF Changs has really changed in Greensboro. Food was quality seem to have gone down, yet the price is high for what little you get. When we arrived, the Hostess was nowhere to be found. The place was not crowded. Maybe 5 tables had people sitting there eating. After waiting about 20 mins for the Hostess, we asked a waitress if we could just sit at one of her tables. She said yes. It had great flavor but it was not what I thought it would be having had it in authentic Korean restaurants. It was chunks of beef Instead of thinly cut pieces but again, it wasn't terrible. My Mai Tai was entirely too sweet which was disappointing because I was looking forward to having a fun cocktail. I went to the Take Out Station to place an order. No one was there, but I could hear them talking very loudly in back. I called for help, but no one came. I heard the employees using a lot of profanity, and yelling the "F" bomb at each other. I yelled at them to quit using profanity! They continued using profanity, and shouting, "Shut the "F" up!!!" at each other!! I stormed out of there, and told the hostess what had happened, while other customers stood in line, and heard the story!! The hostess had a "Deer in the headlights" look, but did not say a word to me. I left without ordering any food. I will never go back!! Facts. Last Wednesday the hostess who worked out front informing guests of their wait times was eating ...whatever it was, it was the size of a half sandwich. No one was speaking with her at the time but this was visible from my booth and clearly anyone walking into the restaurant. On last Saturday, a friend and I arrived about 8:30. We were taken to a table that had no setup...napkins, forks., saucers. After the staff's second trip to the table we asked for napkins. We were given a handful of the brown folding towels and cloth napkins. My side of the booth seat was dirty. I asked for a towel and was given a dry towel...no offer to do his job! I'm not making this up. When the food came, the waiter brought rice on a plate overflowing with rice and some spilled over into her chicken dish This was not corrected before he got back to our table. He sat our dishes /entrees on the edge of the table. Soup good, appetizer not hot and chicken dish not good at allllllll. This was once among my favorite restaurants but it has rapidly and severely diminished. My latest experience occurred on Mother's Day. We had reservations for 5:30. Our seating was delayed for over 15 minutes. Once we were seated, it took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered until the meal arrived. When it did arrive, my entre' was lukewarm at best. I understand it was a very busy day, but management should have been better prepared to handle the crowd. The waiter also left much to be desired. He didn't even offer us the dessert menu nor inquire as to whether we desired take out drinks. The menu has been greatly reduced but the quality has degraded despite fewer offerings. We had a GREAT experience today. This PF Chang's is a halfway point from the grandparents in Boone and us from Holly Springs, NC. it's been about 6 years or more since I ate at a PF but it was to celebrate my daughter's 17th bday so we gave it a try. I have no idea why it only has 3 stars. I hope it was due to prior poor management? Our server NATALIE was a pro - we are very short on good waitresses in the RTP area. She was seasoned, efficient, friendly and accurate. The hostess and all the servers were also attentive. The restaurant was sparkling clean and our seats were comfortable. We were not rushed and while they were busy, our food came out at reasonable intervals. We've spent nearly $200 for our party of 6 plenty of times and felt it was not worth it. Today, we were especially pleased. If I could scoop this whole place and bring them home with me I would. I am also really impressed with the the new items (new to me anyway) on the menu. I was happy to see that you can still get the DAN DAN noodles (my husband's favorite) if you ask for it. They were super sweet to give my daughter a free (very expensive) dessert. When they found out she was sensory sensitive they were happy to leave out the sparkler and they treated her with the utmost care and respect. Bravo. Hungry late night and decided to stop into P.F. Chang's. Haven't been in a while but was in the mood for some Asian cuisine. There was only about a 5 min wait then we were seated at our table. There were 2 tables that we passed on the way to ours that had been dirty for a while, and even the floor under our chairs had lots of dirty food on it. Ordered the spare ribs, crab wontons, Chang's Spicy Chicken, brown rice and shrimp fried rice. The spare ribs while tender, could have used more sauce and been a bit hotter. They were room temperature. Wontons were good but on the smaller side. The spicy chicken was chosen as the server said it was closest to General Tso chicken - did not remind me much of what I had in mind but still pretty good. The shrimp fried rice was very good and even though it was late night, didn't seem like it had been sitting out forever. The food came very quickly and our server was very nice. read more

Then to add insult we were set in a booth that had ants when we notified the Manager to inform them of the issues. The Manager replied that they were aware of the problem making matters worst. Upon walking in we were seated in a booth and I quickly noticed how clean and family oriented it was. The employees were all in sync and in a timely fashion. Our waitress was very helpful in making recommendations and also letting us know the special. We decided to go with one of her recommendations and let me just say it didn't disappoint! The prices during lunch time is excellent and moving into dinner they aren't bad very reasonable. Our lunch was to me the size of a dinner and we ended up getting to go boxes.
