As much as I love Chinese food and PF Changs, your food has gotten very pricey. We used to order take out- dinner- for a family of 4 and with tip the bill came in around $65. We ate "lunch" there 5/17 for my daughter's high school graduation lunch and the bill for 7 people came to $226 without tip eating at a table. All we had were several appetizers, pop, a coffee and 7 lunches. I was honestly expecting a bill about $145. Really great food but wow it's really expensive. read more

This evening we decided to come to this location for a quiet Holiday meal. Boy, we were so glad we did! We were seated promptly greeted and seated at a booth. Let the feast begin! Tonight my other half decided to go with his gut and try the Surf and Turf. Turned out to be a fantastic idea! I enjoyed a pot of Hot Tea served in a wonderful metal pot. It was peach and ginger and so fragrant and soothing. I love the patio area! Tonight of course it was snowing but the view was pleasing and drinks and conversation made it feel kinda like being at a lodge. Food was served quickly and oh my! My choice was the spring rolls and Buddah's Delight,my favorite. Next time I will try the Lo Mein. I can tell you we usually have a bit of conversation but tonight my guy was busy thoroughly enjoying his dish. It's been a number of years since he's had Surf and Turf and he loved the beef and the seafood. His side of the table was quiet, which means he was pleased. This dish has Filet Mignon that is sliced and according to my other half it was cooked to perfection. His favorite was the lobster then the beef. This time we ordered dessert, Great Wall of Chocolate. Its huge! It's no wonder our food server told us Good Luck, LOL. We brought most of it home. Used to count on great service...sorry, full staff not available on Memorial day, so had to crowd into one (noisy) part of the dining area. Used to count on delicious hot'n'sour soup with accompanying sauces. Sauces no longer offered. Mongolian Beef? Dry (no sauce), hard to chew, lacking original flavor. Wife's sesame chicken? No flavor any more (no sauces). Certainly no longer worth $72 for a lunch of below average quality. PF Changs offers quality Chinese food. It is constantly busy so reservations are definitely recommended. I ordered take out and the online system was easy to use. The only thing I had to call about was how to use a gift card as that is not possible with the ordering system (applied at restaurant). At the restaurant Caileigh was friendly and helpful and let me know my order would be ready in a few minutes (I arrived early so it was made by the time I specified online) The spicy soup is my favorite with chicken, tomatoes, cilantro and pin rice noodles (which I never see in other dishes but are delicious) The to go containers were high quality and can be recycled/reused (with the exception of the rice containers that are like most Chinese restaurants) The spicy eggplant definitely has some kick and the pieces were a little bigger than bite size but easy enough to cut with a fork. read more

Have not been to P.F. Chang's for almost two years. Typically patron the location in Colorado Springs and when visiting Las Vegas, the location in Las Vegas, Blvd. The location in Lone Tree could use some good dusting/cleaning. The bar chandelier is covered in dusts and so are the bar shelves - you can see the thickness of the dusts. However, if you're looking for a nice, clean, sit-down meal to some appetizers, steamed rice and stir fry, then come here. I'll admit that it's overpriced but I've never had a bad meal here because I know what to expect. The fried vegetable spring rolls are piping hot, crispy and awesome. The brown rice is plump, tender and soft. The crispy honey chicken is fried, all white meat and tossed in this wonderful sweet and spicy sauce. Should have listened to the other reviews. Unfortunately I though I'd give it a shot. I ordered delivery through door dash and the food was mediocre. I payed $70 (without top) for something worth maybe $30. I would have preferred food from our local take out place. Do yourself a favor and go over to John hollys or order from a different place. I ordered the Mongolian beef which was over cooked and not fresh tasting not okay for a $20 meal. The portion was also small. Server was nice the atmosphere was nice but for what I ordered I was severely over charged ... 25$ for Mongolian beef which came dry and bit chewy. Went here for a friends birthday dinner. They have updated their menu have have a lot more options. We ordered the salmon, chicken and brocoli dish and chicken lo mein. Everything was good-not great. I would consider PF Chang's like the Applebee's of Chinese food. They do have sushi options but I didn't see a sushi bar area and didn't want to risk it. I ordered the Salmon which was delish. My table mate also ordered the salmon but they only brought one bowl of brown rice which I thought was weird. The server probably assumed we were all together which we were not. The server should've asked to make it less awkward. Service was fine-they were super busy which I'm glad I made ressies but they were able to seat us sooner which was great. This is the worst place ever!!! My family once again ordered from the park meadows mall location on March 27, and once again I regret it. I ordered my food on grub hub, arrived early and pulled into the takeout parking spot. I called the number On the takeout parking spot and it went to vm due to the team not answering the phone. I called the front desk and informed them of what happened. I provided my name and car description and the lady was very friendly. I expected for my food to come out almost immediately after this happened. Nope, I sat in the spot for 25 mins. I called the number again and someone answered. I provided them with my info and they said they didn't have my name on any order. I was livid! I informed them of my info and added that it was a Grubhub pickup, personal pickup. She said oh, it's been waiting for you. Why didn't they have my name in front of them? Why is it so hard to have my name with the rest of the customers pick up order? I was informed the grub hub pick up is separate from the restaurants takeout. The lady finally brought out my food, and didn't apologize. She informed me that grub hub orders are normally picked up by a driver. We used to enjoy coming here for family birthdays, but never again. This past Saturday, I had a reservation for 6 people for my husband's birthday. After arriving on time, they said it would be another 15-20 minutes for our table - the hostess blamed the customers that were at our table for lingering. However, there were several parties waiting for their tables. My husband walked over to Seasons 52 to see if they could seat us, and they said in about 15 minutes. After waiting for our PF Changs table for 30 minutes, they told us it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. We walked out and went to Seasons 52 and had a delicious meal with great service. read more

They finally were seated and then walked out informing us that they were told by their server it would be over an hour wait for food once ordered. We left as well. The lettuce wraps were savory and scrumptious, the lettuce almost supernaturally cool and crisp. Let me qualify my 3 star review to say, PF Changs is really a 3.5 star place, but compared to other PF Changs it earns a bit more. Clear as mud? OK ;) Here is the thing, my hubby and I go here for the gluten free menu. It is their main selling point for us. However, on a recent lunch trip I have to say I way more impressed with the overall feel and service at this location over others. Our waitress seemed genuinely helpful with menu items, suggest things and was prompt about bringing refills and food. This seems amazing compared to other PFC's. The food and service was awful. We ordered five appetizers and shared it between the three of us. Everything that came out was either over cooked or cold. The server tried her best but she had at least five tables and could not keep up. Our son ordered chicken fingers and when the food came out we asked for a ketchup from the server that delivered it. An organizational void. We have tried with this location numerous times and whether we dine with friends or just as a couple we never seem to have that 5 (or even 4) star experience we hope for. 2.5 stars if I could, but I don't want to mislead people here with another so just 2 here. The decor is nice, the restaurant well laid out, and heck, there's even pretty nice outdoor seating. Despite all that, I'm sad to say the food is only alright. Anything I've tried veggie based is pretty bland, not typical for this type of food. Especially if you're using fresh veggies. Then there's the fact that there are far too few plant based options anyway. Other dishes are overly salty (their famous lettuce wraps of all things), or overly saucy. I think it's fair to note that for the price, there's not a lot of actual food. The serving size is somewhat skimpy comparative to price. Service is hit and miss too. On some visits it's spot on, while there have been others where it can be a chore getting a waiters attention. More than once I've felt that special tension of a waiter/waitress who had one too many tables to wait on. On our last visit we had ordered our meal and drinks and still had not received food after 30 minutes. When the manager finally appeared to tell us that our food had been thrown out in the kitchen, we were understandably irritated. They had to re-start our meal for us. It seems it sat too long in the kitchen, so they had to start over he explained. Well gee, that's nice, but at the 30 minute mark hearing this, I'm kinda thinking I'd just as soon leave and head elsewhere. It would be another 15 minutes before we could eat and since I doubted we'd do better if we left, we waited. Goodie. My Budda's Feast was eh, alright. Bland. James' shrimp was laughably light on the shrimp. About what I'd come to expect I guess. The manager comped our meal and while comped food is nice, eating when you're hungry is nicer. We all have our bad days and maybe I sound a bit harsh. For this last visit I probably am (they did comp the meal after all). Really though, this place should be better. 4 or 5 stars is achievable, it just has seems to me (over the course of numerous visits): they don't want it bad enough. What can I say, it is chain oriented Chinese food served to the mass-market. However, they do an excellent job and the food is fresh made from natural ingredients, and served with a smile. We stop by P.F. Chang's semi-regularly. My gf dislikes most Asian food; however, enjoys of the options available at PFC. Crowd pleasers like Dynamite Shrimp, BBQ Spare Ribs and Lettuce Wraps are always available. I go for dishes, like Hokkien Street Noodles, a rice noodle dish with a curry sauce. Service is excellent, always prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The only downside is this outlet can be pretty busy, with long wait times. read more

Sunday called for Asian food. Kids wanted orange chicken, but they were sold out! So we pivoted and tried the honey chicken. And, drum roll, THE KIDS LOVED IT! Honey chicken great option for the kids. Sushi is always solid. I tried the sweet and sour chicken and it was very tasty. I like to try more exotic family owned restaurants but I always get out voted by the family. Regardless, the food at P.F. Chang's was good and the preparation/presentation was very high quality.
