Went here a couple of weeks ago and was sooo excited to try our favorites. We ordered our usual, the chang's spicy chicken and Mongolian beef. To our surprise, the chicken was DIFFERENT and NOT good at all. I asked our waitress if it was different and she confirmed they changed the recipe! Why change something that is a fan favorite and staple?! She said they had new ownership and they were making a lot of changes to their menu.. some good, some not so good. I am not sure we will be back since they got rid of something we came here for.. and there was no mention of it being different on the menu. Bummed we wasted our money on it. We also didn't get our appetizer before our food... it came AFTER our entrees arrived and was cold. Our waitress was nice but the entire experience was not what we are used to from past experiences. First time in a P.F. Chang's . We just ordered two sakes and the shrimp app. The shrimp was tasty nothing really else called our name.

Salt and pepper shrimp was extremely salty. Forgot to serve the shrimp dim sum and dumpling soup. Food has no flavor.

The food is always excellent - flavorful, nicely served. Today I want to compliment the excellent service on my take-out order. In the very short time I was waiting for my food, no fewer than four servers PLUS the manager checked to make sure I was being taken care of. Other servers walked by with friendly smiles on their faces. It's nice to have great, welcoming customer service like this. read more

Waiter Tony was great, thank you! Sangria was pretty sweet, had too much ice, and not enough sangria. Tony said they measure it out. For approximately $13 dollars, I would served a good glass of wine to enjoy with dinner. Food was great. We had the chicken lettuce wraps (the sauce had too much wasabi in it by the way), egg rolls and spicy chicken. Would definitely go back. Did not give five star due to sangria delivery. read more

It's PF Chang's... I mean, this place has created its own version of Asian food that is very tasty. We actually do more takeout and than dine-in these days. I'm a fan and we always know what to expect when we eat here. I remove one star for this place just being a nut-house when we dine-in. The service falls apart and you're treated like a number when they get busy. We just don't care for waiting 30+ minutes for a table and then being brushed off by the waitstaff. This is one of our fav places but hadn't been here in awhile. Ordered my standard-- Orange Peel Chicken! But where's the Orange Peel???? It appeared they'd dumped a bunch of canned mandarin orange slices on top of the chicken. Not at all the same dish! Not at all the same texture and flavor. Then adding insult to injury, 3 of the pieces of chicken were spongy, rubbery, filled with gristle! Had to spit them out. My hubby's Sesame Chicken was similar. A dish he's ordered many times but instead of sesame infused batter, a bunch of I toasted sesame seeds over the top. Disappointing to say the least! read more

I don't usually expect much from chain restaurants, and PF Changs is no exception. I've eaten at several locations and they're all standard and mediocre. Tonight was extremely frustrating- although the calamari was good as always, the Kung Pao chicken and fried rice had a very odd taste to them. I left the dishes practically untouched, and waited for our waitress to check in- unfortunately, when Lindsey came over and said 'everything good?', she rushed away before we could get a word in. Then when we ordered sake and dessert, she again rushed away before we could explain why the dish was still sitting there untouched. She offered us boxes and as I said 'no thank you, it was-' the rest of my sentence seemed unimportant as she once again walked away, this time with the full dishes. The soufflé and check were dropped off in record time, and for the first time ever, I felt the need to give a low tip. Food was 50/50- app and dessert were good, entrees were gross. Dinner consisted of Singapore black pepper chicken, Sesame chicken, Crab cheese wantons, and Northern-Style Spare Ribs. Great place to go eat. It's been a long time since eating here. We had a fabulous time. We sat in the bar area and Cody was right on top of things. We ordered three appetizers (fabulous lettuce wraps, crab wontons, and spring rolls) all delicious. We loved that Cody was attentive to letting us finish our appetizers before firing our main course. Both of the bartenders waited on us and were amazing. We even stayed longer for an extra drink and a dessert! Thank you. read more

Angry, passive-aggresive hostesses who gossip and sneer about guests (within earshot of other customers), chronicallly over-quote waits, and obsessively jab at their cell phones instead of working. I came here a few weeks ago for a friend's birthday party and let's just say none of us will be back. We called ahead to see about a waitlist for 5 and was given a wait of 10-15 minute wait. We go in and the waitress says that we never called ahead and that it would now be a 40 minute wait. We sit and wait, and while the waiter was decent - the plates given to the party were dirty. We order, and a lot of what we wanted was not being served due to a shortage in staff which is understandable. To be honest, the food was alright but the way we were greeted by the front desk staff was ridiculous. There were plenty of micro-aggressions and it was clear that the staff was talking about our party to each other. Highly unprofessional and aggressive. read more

I'm only rating the service at the front because I didn't get a chance to actually eat. I made reservations for a party of 6 and finally left after almost an hour of waiting. We asked the hostess three times if we were next and every time she said they would seat us in 5 minutes and they were just waiting for a table to leave who had paid their check. Meanwhile they seated several parties that arrived well after us. What is the point of a reservation if you have to wait for an hour when you get there. I will never go here again. It's been years since I was here before and the food was mediocre at best. I'm sure it's not worth an hour wait.....with reservations. read more

We had a great dinner at PF Chang's! The atmosphere is fun, food is delicious, and we had a great view of sunset over the mountains. But the best part was our server, Isaiah. He was absolutely polite in every interaction. He was efficient and checked back regularly to keep us posted on our order, as it was a busy Saturday night during prom season. Early on, I accidentally knocked over my Prosecco glass, which broke. I was so embarrassed and was trying to clean everything up with my napkin. Isaiah rushed over, insisting that he do all the clean-up so I didn't cut myself, and even replaced my glass of Prosecco. He absolutely epitomized great customer service and we had a wonderful evening. I hope management sees this review, because you have an incredible employee in Isaiah who tries to make your guests feel like royalty! read more

At P F Chang's with a friend. Nice view to the West. Ordered shrimp with walnuts and honeydew melon (seemed expensive at $18, but must admit it was a very generous portion and I enjoyed it. My friend had orange peel shrimp (I had a sample...also tasty). We both came to the conclusion there must be a lot of sweetening with who knows what added to these dishes, not to mention what kind of fats/oils they use (we're both health conscious for the most part)---Lol not that the thought kept us from enjoying it! One odd thing...I ordered Brown rice and she ordered white, and both were brought to the table in the same bowl somewhat mixed together. It didn't really concern us personally because it was kind of a tossup as to whuch kind to get anyway, but someone else might not appreciate it. read more

The waiter was great with a wonderful attitude. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. The orange chicken was not what I expected. The breading was too thick and looked like large pieces of chicken but it was mainly just the breading. When I bit into the piece of chicken, it was upsetting because I was expecting a large chunk of meat, not batter. Otherwise, everything was great. 3 stars. read more

Ate dinner here tonight again and have eaten here a couple of times since last review a couple of years ago. Still a top notch restaurant with great service, great food, great selection of food, fair/reasonable prices, and wonderful view of the front range mountains. Tonight they had live music as well. This guy was really good... When in town, I will continue to make a point of coming by to eat. Lots of great local food in the area, but this PFC is so consistent that I make it a point to come to a chain restaurant, which isn't typical for me. read more

Picked up three meals, all horrible! Beef and broccoli so tough we threw it out. Sweet and sour chicken was covered in slimy breading. Both came with fried rice that had no veggies and no eggs... just sticky. Pad Thai was a bowl of really mushy noodles with old, yellow cilantro, no sprouts and smothered in peanuts to cover disaster. Unfortunately, Chiles Rellenos are a far cry from Chicken Lo-Mein! I would have given it 2 stars if it weren't for the "so-called" shrimp that were microscopically non-existent in my Vietnamese Salad. And while menial, they didn't send any chopsticks! We don't do a lot of chain restaurants but this is one we will go to. It's my sons favorite and they have an extensive gluten free menu for my daughter - that's not always easy with Chinese food. This last visit we noticed they have added sushi to the menu which really made 2 of our family members happy. If your looking for some Asian food and ok with a chain this may be the place! Oh and they did put lettuce wraps on the map that are very yummy so don't skip those. read more

I've been here several times. I have celiac disease and they have a great gluten free menu. Everyone is very knowledgeable with gluten free and I love it. The wait was an hour but it was a Friday night so it's understandable. not many places I can eat so I waited. The front desk ask me if I wanted a gluten free menu before I even had to ask. My travel buddy and I hit PFs for a late lunch. We were given our choice of tables and took one inside as it was blowing a bit outside. Maddison was our server and she was great. Very attentive but not pushing or rushing us. The lunch menu was spot on, and we each ordered a bowl as well as the spicy garlic green beans. Always my favorite! The lunch bowls were more than enough to eat and delicious to boot. Then the green beans just added to a great experience. There was nothing left except 2 full and happy dudes. PF Changs has jsut gone down hill. Average food at best and average service at best. The Surf and Turf was a tough piece of meat and very little Surf. At the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. The Lettuce Wraps were even a disappointment, they didnt even give all the sauces and the lettuce was old. I wont be returning to this location. read more

I used to love PF Changs. The food is still great, the service fantastic, but the portions keep shrinking. I reviewed another PF Chang and their sister, Pei Wei (which i have stopped patronizing) and find they keep shrinking the portions. Had a lunch with a client and even though we ordered the Edamame and lettuce wraps as an appetizer, felt the amount of food was embarrassing for $10 on the lunch. The food has always and remains delicious, but when you have to order the appetizers on top of the entree to get full, that is a horrible indicator. read more

Back in the early 2000s, the food at P.F. Chang's was good. Now it's equivalent to any typical chain restaurant. It's not very good or anything to brag about. In addition, the seating was terrible. They sat us near a busy door with a lot of foot traffic. We didn't know it was going to be busy near the door until about 30 minutes into dinner. Given the poor quality food and the seating arrangements, the entire experience was underwhelming. If you want good, authentic Chinese food, go to Hoong's Palace!!! read more

This is a GREAT date spot! The bar area is very fun and the bartenders are quite attentive to you when your blind date is late! :) The drinks are reasonably priced and they make them in pretty glasses... I know guys don't care about that.. but ladies like the pretty. The atmosphere is cool, kind of chrome, glass and stone. The views of the sunsets through those huge windows are absolutely spectacular. I love pretty much everything I've ever ordered here.. The lettuce wraps, cashew chicken, I usually get something the waiter suggests and it's always good. I like mixing your own dipping sauces... I like things spicy! Don't waste your money. Literally stood at the host stand and watched 2 people come up and not make eye contact or talk to us. Finally a manager addresses us and has someone seat us. On the way to the table 2 employees stop right in front of us and start talking . At this point we should have turned around and walked back out the door Calamari app that was suggested was horrible and came with 5 French fries. Service was standard nothing great. Got honey shrimp and combo lo mail. It was all bland. Than they over charged ya on our wine. Will not be back ever. Over priced. I don't care if it's a chain, I love P.F. Chang's. This one has the added bonus of a wonderful patio and glorious view, but has the downside of being in the Park Meadows parking lot. Why is that a downside? Because now that it's the Christmas shopping season I may crave some of their tasty lettuce wraps, but I'm not even going to consider it! Of course if you already have to fight the crowds then this is a much better place to eat than most spots in the mall. I usually come here to fill up on tasty apps, like those lettuce wraps, dumplings and flaming red wontons - yum! Recently I've been in the mood for something new and just discovered a love for their Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. Yummy! They also make a pretty mean cocktail if you're so inclined, which I often am. Portions can be big, but what's better than leftover Chinese food, right? read more
