Came here for mothers day, there were six of us and we were greeted quickly and politely. Our appetizer and drinks came within 15 minutes. I used to love pf changs because they had a decent gluten-free menu and nice portion size for the price. Not any more. Now I'm paying nearly twice as much for almost half the amount. But that's not my biggest complaint. No, it's the fact that they removed the only damned thing I ever ordered off the menu. When I go out to eat I want said item to be better than what I can fix for myself, otherwise what's the point? I ended up with the ginger chicken with broccoli. Meh. I can make better. What I WANTED was the crispy lemon chicken. I actually crave this damn dish of delightfulness. Now I have to figure it out for myself. It's bad enough that I can't have delicious gluten, now I can't even have the lemon chicken? Screw you PF Changs. I will not be returning. Well, I have been there several times. The service is very good, the food is also very good. i am not chinese so can't speak of authenticity- but the experience is very good. Have been to PF Changs in other states...this one by far is the best over-all experience. So I guess for Oriental food I would eat there especially if from out of town- you won't go wrong. read more

Let me start by saying I usually love PF Changs. Usually no complaints what so ever. So for me to write this surprises even me. Let me start with when we got there our wait time was relatively short for a Sunday night. Once we were seated it took 15 minutes for our waiter to bring us water and greet us once that was delivered we placed our order and let him know that we had a certain amount of time. He was like no problem I will get your drink order placed and place your food order. As we were sitting there another couple was seated next to us. They were greeted and waited on and had there meal and left within 30 minutes. So from the time we placed our order it was 20 minutes to get our drinks and then 20 minutes after that to get our food after being told numerous times that it would be out. By the time it came out we had 8 minutes to eat before we had to leave. So when our meal was delivered we asked for to go boxes which took 10 minutes to get which in turn made us late for our event by the time he packed everything up and paid our bill. And given the fact that he kept telling me that they "got slammed all at once". Again I'm a paying customer and do not want to hear that you are busy or the bar is backed up especially when the tables around us got served no problem. To say the least we were very disappointed in our service. They have reduced there plate size and there table side service no longer exists. When ordering lettuce wraps they used to mix your sauce for you and now nothing. Very very disappointed, not sure I will go back. read more

Haven't been to to this chain in a while, but it has really gone down hill. Plastic menus, so so food. Sat at the bar, had to ask for it to be whipped down as there was rice all over the place. Crab wontons were cold and lacked any real flavor except for the sauce. Spicy chicken was ok, but I have had much better. On the plus side, the guy at the bar made a good drink. read more

P.F. Changs Love this restaurant in most other cities, and this one is just OK. Food is mostly good and service is mostly bad! I have gone to "Changs" on more than 20 outings and they have allways been consistant on slow service, mostly drinks. read more

Aaah good ole American Chinese food. I won't go on a long rant about Americanized Asian food as I did on the Thai Bamboo review. It is what it is. P.F. Chang. Does the P.F. stand for Pretentious Food? Again, not to flog a horse to death I will keep this short as possible. Chang's is one of those chain restaurants that seem to know what their guests like. And they put a lot of money in creating a rather impressive menu with an equally inspiring dining atmosphere. The company execs and investors know what their doing. I was last there this past summer. I ate outside in the open area and had a good view of the intersection in front of the River Park Square. The food I ordered was safe and simple and the beer was just a beer to wash it all down. The waiter was pleasant and helpful about the menu. I walked away happy and went about my business that day. It was just Chinese food. read more

My husband and I walked in at noon on a Sunday only to notice 1 person at the bar, 1 table in the restaurant and 4 tables on the patio seated. Now we know why, hostess seated us at an open patio table where we waited for 15 minutes, literally , and a server never even glanced at us, the manager on duty looked at us and decided we weren't worth their time as he walked passed us ignoring us and then still no one came to serve us. We decided to gather our things and leave and only then did anyone ask if there was a problem, we told them the issue and they just shrugged as if it was common practice, I would urge everyone not to spend their money on this establishment! read more

Went here for happy hour and highly recommend it. The lettuce wrap was awesome and the prices were fine sharing with another person. Definitely consider being there at happy hour since prices are so much better, including drinks. The spicy blackberry martini was good, but not very strong. I have been a steady take out patron since it's my 10 year old son's favorite place for food to go and take out service is pretty cool. They will bring it out to you curbside if you want or they have a separate waiting area inside. They also store your previous orders based on your phone number so it's as easy as saying "what I got last time". Favorites are the Mongolian Beef, Shaking Beef and PF Chang's Fried Rice. Had a few other dishes and overall been happy with the food. Finally, had a dine in experience the other night and if this review was based solely on that, it would be borderline three starts. The food was still good. I have seen this place busy when picking up food, the night I was there was not one of them. I would say service was friendly but severely inattentive. I have never dined in at this location but seemed like service was slow for a table of two. I can't imagine on a busy night but then again, I would probably be a little more understanding. So I will probably stick with the take out for now unless I have a extra time to burn before a movie or waiting while others are shopping. read more

On this visit the food review is mixed. My food was promptly delivered along with one of my companions. However, our last member of the trio sat without her entre long enough for me to get to my fill. Her food was delivered without apology for its delay. We felt that the timing of preparation was sorely lacking. My food was delicious, though. I had the Pad Thai. The late arriving salmon was tasty, but the vegetable accompanying it was tough. We finally had had Enough and ate the food that was wrongfully given to us and we were all clearly finished eating and waited about 10 minutes before asking for a check. Boooo! We used to like PFC but haven't for a number of years. They have taken off the plates that we loved (the lamb and black bean chicken) and the food now is no better than Panda Express (except for the price). Seriously, how can anyone screw up crab wontons? Cream cheese, crab, onion all deep fried. PFC did. And what the heck is up with the 12 Oz draft beers. Who the Frick does that. I never post on yelp unless the place is off the charts bad or over the top good. We have visited PFC for the last time. read more

My husband and I went to PF Changs for his birthday dinner on a Saturday night and our experience was amazing. Our server was very friendly and very prompt to take our order. The lettuce wraps were very good and but would recommend they serve a better head of lettuce with this dish, the lettuce leaves that we received were very small and hard to open so that we could put the chicken inside. We both chose the Kung Pao shrimp which is amazing and very spicy. The portions where huge ! I have never been to a restaurant and spokane that gives that much shrimp. We literally counted the shrimp on our plate and I had a total of 25 shrimp on my plate and my husband had 30 on his. For the price we paid the portions we're great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only downfall is that their drinks are way too expensive. I had a margarita and my husband had a long island ice tea which were nothing special and they were both 10 dollars to me that's a rip-off next time I'll stick to water. read more

Expensive and Chinese are two words that should never go together. I truly hate this place and all it stands for! Taking food that is produced somewhere else then heated on sight. The waiters wouldn't ever leave us alone for 30 seconds without asking if we needed something, I guess they already know their food is unfulfilling and want to know if we need more. I am utterly disappointed with the food here. Last week I ordered the prawn lo mein and it was just not good. I the noodles seemed a bit thin and the whole dish was flavorless. I thought this might have been an off night for them so I called for a to-go again tonight. I ordered some crab wontons, pork dumplings and I thought I had ordered pork fried rice. When I got home I opened the bag and realized I had received the dumplings and the wontons, but instead of the rice I got some sort of lo mein. No pork, no chicken, no prawns were in this dish. The noodles were so gelatinous that they stuck together in a huge glob that came out in one whole piece. No flavor, there wasn't even any vegetables with the noodles. Disgusting and inedible. Both of the sauces that came with the dumplings and the wontons had spilled out of the to-go ramekin that they were placed in. The wontons were flavorless and burned to a crisp and the dumplings were gooey. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the girl at the door was very pleasant and polite. If you cannot provide consistency with your take-away food as you do with the food that you serve in your dining room...maybe you should not serve take out at all. read more

Very disappointed. . We were seated an hour after our reservation. Service was terrible. Water came out with dinner not when we sat down. The waitress dumped a whole tray of drinks in my lap. The manager gave me a $25 gift card. I did get my meal for free but I still had to pay for my drink. I used my gift card I just received but the waitress came back & said it was a one time use card & I'd be wasting more than half my card, would I like to pay a different way & use my gift card later.
