This used to be my wife and my favorite spot, but that was over 15 years ago. We find ourselves going less and less often and after tonight's visit, this may be our last. The lettuce wraps are still decent, although we miss being able to mix our own sauce, but that's be gone for years in a cost cutting effort. My Mongolian Beef was very dry and tasted like some bagged frozen meat that was reheated, I would be surprised if it wasn't just reheated. My wife's crispy chicken had a strange taste to it that seems like something stale with the oil it was cooked in or the batter, but no way that chicken isn't some reheated frozen chicken either. It's too bad, but seems our favorite spot will soon be gone forever. read more

This was truly the worst dinner we've had in years. We should have left while walking to our table when we noticed the dirty floors and uncleared tables. Pleasantly surprised to be honest. It's been years since i've been to PF Chang's, but I recently dined at the Eastview Mall location while watching a movie nearby. I have to admit, the ambiance and interior decoration in PF Chang's is pretty nice. The replica clay soldier statues and Chinoiserie wallpaper works. While not exactly authentic, it still feels like great effort has been put forth to incorporate Asian decorations. Food-wise, it was okay. Their version of Mapo Tofu is way off from the original and is more of a broccoli dish. I do not recommend. Dishes that were good included the Lettuce Wraps and the Peppered Steak. Service was good. Lorenzo was attentive and quick, so props to him. I wouldn't go out of my way to dine at PF Chang's again, but I happen to be in the area or waiting to see a movie, I would return. read more

It was the food. It was the undercooked white rice, the boring beef with broccoli with overcooked beef and the sesame beef was Ho hum. The hot sour soup was unlike any I've had before and that's not a compliment, And all of it was expensive. Had lunch here today...very disappointed in the entres. Our servicer was ok, however the lunch crowd was light. Wife ordered from the lunch menu, and had the Beef and Broccoli stir fry with egg drop soup; I had the pork egg rolls and Shrimp fried rice. Wife notice that her dish was sweet tasting not savory as it had been in the past. I too noticed that my rice was also sweet tasting, did not have much of the egg and vegetables (to much onion) that normally mixed in, and the shrimp was over cooked (rubbery). We have eaten at several PF Chang's and the food never tasted like this before. Not sure if the recipes have changed...but it was not what was expected and as for appetizing, it was just mediocre. But the FOOD IS ABYSMAL We ordered to go while we were at the mall. Orange Chicken, Kung Pau Chicken and the Lettuce Wraps. No vegetables in the mains and kind of flavorless and the Kung Pau had no POW. Met my friend for lunch yesterday, hadn't been in a while, upscale Chinese/Asian restaurant at Eastview Mall. Host was great, seated right away, server very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind to us throughout meal. Menu is varied, plenty of options to choose from. We started with the Calamari which we both decided was a pass, very plain even with the Wasabi sauce, however our entree's of Beef with Broccoli, and Sesame Chicken were out of this world delicious. Compliments to the chef on those as they were fresh, hot, and scrumptious! Bill for 2 entree's with appetizer was around $56.00 so fair, will definitely be back when at Eastview Mall. I do not usually leave bad reviews but this was disappointing. PF Changs used to be a great place to eat, now I would say average to below average. Based on the other recent reviews this seems to be the norm. Food is just okay. Brown rice was undercooked. Was actually hard. Asked for more but was told no ....how about white rice? Horrible experience. Initially the server was not very friendly and when I asked for a clean plate, she snapped the dirty plate away without saying anything and came back and almost threw a clean plate in front of me. She might have been having a bad day and friendliness got better. The food was good. What really turned us off was how dirty the floor was. The entire restaurant floor was covered in scraps of food - I mean covered! Turns out when they are cleaning the tables they simply wipe the food onto the floor!! How hard would it be to wipe it onto a plate and throw it in the trash. Another customer even complained about it and they did a half hearted job of sweeping it up! read more

I never write reviews however I'm hoping upper management actually reads them and would like feedback. I met up with some friends recently to go out to lunch at Eastview Mall PF Chang's. I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken low Mein. The Chicken was so dried out I couldn't eat it. To me it seemed like the chicken had been refrigerated for several days or weeks and then thrown in. Really bad and not even close to being fresh. The vegetables had some fibery stalks vegies cut up in it and could not chew them. I had to literally pull them out of my mouth to prevent myself from choking. The shrimp was very small but ok. The noodles were the only thing that was good. Outstanding! I came here on Christmas Eve with my family and the food was amazing. We were seated immediately for our reservation. What really impressed me was how cautious and respectful my waitress was with handling my anaphylactic tree nut allergy. It is very difficult to find something on a menu with a tree nut allergy, and saying our waitress went above and beyond, is an understatement. She printed a personal menu for me (to keep) which I attached below, of everything on their current menu that does not include tree nuts. Read that again. If you have an allergy, you just know how uncommon that is. Personally I've never seen that at any other restaurant. She also ensured me that the chefs will take caution when preparing my meal. I've never been more impressed, or have felt safer eating out at a restaurant. This kind of service, that caters towards the minority with food restrictions, demonstrates volumes of how well the staff are trained, and the attention to detail PF Chang's puts into every customer. We were pretty impressed by our visit! Initially, we were upset because we had an 8:15 reservation, and ended up waiting until 8:40 for our table anyway. Once we got to our table, we were very impressed by the service! Our server was quick and extremely friendly. She stooped down to talk to my little brother and brought him multiple pairs of "kid friendly" chopsticks! I have no complaints about our service at all, and only have wonderful things to say about it. Thank you so much! Entrees and (most) apps were great! Only complaint is my edamame was a little dry, seemed old. Not very fresh. It was still good though! Calamari was 80% batter, which was a complaint of the table. Everyone was impressed with the sushi. Entrees were very fresh-tasting. We are all excited for the leftovers :) We ordered the desserts an hour before close. They were delicious-my souffle was missing the raspberry sauce though. I was promptly brought a ramekin of it! I was too full to finish it, but wish I wasn't. Again, I am very happy with the food and the service from our awesome server. Only complaints from this trip-long wait time despite a reservation, not very fresh edamame, and calamari being over-battered. Excited to go back next time I am home from school. read more

The only thing good was the waitress. We had crispy fried green beans that were drowned in oil on the plate, they tasted burnt. They also came in one giant clump. The Mongolian beef was over cooked and chewy. The Singapore street noodles tasted like they poured lime juice over the dish right before it was brought out. The Pad Thai was ok nothing special. My fourteen year old said it best, " the white rice was the best thing we had ". Pretty sad experience and we will not be back. The restaurant was clean but the tables were worn down and missing paint on them. Since posting this review, my wife sent an email with our issues to PF Changs. They called to discuss our issues and say they have started to attempt to fix many issues with this location. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The manager really didn't seem like she cared at all, we were mind blowing by the lack of responsibility and respect that these employees had. There are four of us here and it is my girlfriends birthday. I can not believe a chain restaurant would let this happen, I think the waiter forgot our order! There was glass in our food and glass everywhere. However there was no rush in any of the employees to get everything cleaned up. This was very embarrassing for us and not to mention it was my girlfriends birthday. They told us that they were making our food again, but after being there for 2 hours and being super embarrassed by the unfortunate series of events all we wanted was our check and to leave. Then they gave us our boxes, and 10 minutes after I had to ask for the manager to get our receipt. When the manager came out she had no idea about the messed up order, THE MANAGER THOUGHT THE SPILLING OF THE DRINK TRAY OF WATER WAS OUR FAULT!!!! I am definitely not a franchise-restaurant person, but I had a gift card for Chang's so I decided to stop by--and honestly, it really wasn't that bad. I expected worse. There was a bit of a wait, as it was Saturday night, so we went to get coffee in the mall. The wait was shorter than expected, and they allowed us to bring our coffee in, so that was nice. Our waitress was courteous as well. For appetizers, we got the ribs and the fried calamari. The ribs had a nice sauce on them, although they were not as thick or meaty as I would have liked. A couple of them were a bit too boney, with little to offer. The flavor was good, though. The fried calamari was what really surprised me. I honestly filled up on this, because it was that good! It was fried well, with a really nice, crisp texture, and the peppers that were fried along with it complemented it really well. The dipping sauce was also creamy and yummy. For my entree, I got the orange chicken, which was pretty average. Nothing special about it, other than it was served with slices of mandarin oranges. Sauce wasn't exceptional. The rice served alongside it was on the dry side. Overall, it was A-OK (as Yelp puts it). I probably wouldn't come back unless I had another gift card, though. read more

I think it's pretty safe to say that I will never eat at this Chang's again. Ever since Covid I've probably eaten food from there over a dozen times and I literally have not had a decent meal. Especially when it's takeout. I just got the miso salmon and the salmon was so dry I will probably throw it away. I could not taste the miso. The "house greens" advertised did not exist. There was not a single green leaf. There were a few pieces of broccoli, and what I think was Napa cabbage, and a scattering of cremini mushrooms. The sauce was so watery that it drowned the rice, and the only thing I could taste was ginger, it was otherwise flavorless. It looked like soup. My lunch today is going to be mostly plain white rice. It was takeout, and I am too busy to go back to return it. This is probably the third time I've gotten salmon from here since Covid and it's always been terrible - overcooked and flavorless. Nothing I've eaten there was as good as it was five years ago. I wish they could fix it because when the jack the prices up like they have and still allow the quality to suffer, it doesn't bode well for the future of this place. We had a gift card so we decided to venture out to PF Chang's! I hadn't been in many years and was very much looking forward to the good ol' lettuce wraps! The restaurant is decorated in Chinese themed decor, pretty fun to walk through and look at. There's also those familiar chinese melodies that my family used to also listen to playing in the restaurant. It was crowded for a week night too! Make a reservation, we were glad we did! Our server was nice and during COVID, they skipped tables and booths so we felt pretty safe eating inside. We started with the chicken lettuce wrap. This was different than what I remembered. The lettuce that came with it were not the butter lettuce I remember, but iceberg. I think this needs improvement. The iceberg wedge we got was torn... so you can't really make a wrap without it falling through the cracked lettuce. The chicken was more other things than chicken. The sauce is delish as always. The other thing that made this inconvenient to eat were those crunchy string noodle garnishes. I do love the texture it gave the dish, but they need to be shorter. I suggest crushing them a little to make them bite size, otherwise it was very awkward to eat. I got the tonkatsu ramen. This was a pretty solid ramen dish. The pork was I believe an add on, but I'd say worth price . It was soft and rich, very good. The ramen itself was cooked well, not mushy. The broth was rich but I must say it was definitely on the sweeter side. With the broth being both fatty and sweet, I got sick of it pretty quickly. Overall, PF Chang's flavors are more on the sweeter side, as seen in both the wrap and my ramen. We would definitely be back if we got more gift cards, but it seems the lettuce wraps I remember aren't the same. It was also a bit expensive as well for the portions. read more

I came to the P.F. Chang's in Eastview Mall to celebrate my friend's birthday and we had a larger party. Because we came at around 6:15 pm, the restaurant was on the busier side, but we made a reservation ahead of time so we were seated quickly. Since there was a dinner-time rush, it was a little hard to hear one another, but it wasn't to an uncomfortable point. I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli (which was delicious) and chose the side of white rice. We noticed that because multiple people ordered the side of white rice with their meals, they brought large bowls of rice to the tables so people could scoop out what they wanted for their plates, which left us with plenty of leftovers. I tried a bit of the mongolian beef dish as well as a bit of the pork fried rice from my friends and all around the food was delicious! For dessert, I tried a spoonful of a friend's chocolate souffle she ordered and that was tasty as well! The souffle itself tasted like dark chocolate and the ample raspberry drizzle was very flavorful and paired well with the icecream. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and would visit again! read more

I gave up on P.F. Chang's when I lived in Bellevue, WA, because the service and the food was just nothing exciting and at times quite obnoxious. And then we stopped at Eastview Mall in Victor and since we were hungry we stopped at the local P.F. Chang's and I am really glad we did. They were serving happy hour when we sat down, so we decided to try a bit of many things. We got a bowl of Hot and sour soup which was delicious. Not too spicy but full of flavor and thick with ingredients. We also ordered: Fried pork dumplings, sweet and tangy spareribs, chicken lettuce wraps and eggs rolls. Everything tasted delicious and fresh. Our sever was very attentive, refilling our drinks and checking upon us regularly, if we needed anything. I haven't been here in almost 10 years but I remember liking it otherwise I wouldn't have come back but after this past trip I don't plan on coming back. I ordered food for pick up in advance, it was 25 mins late. They were extremely wasteful in packaging, they would use 1 large container for 1 egg roll and they did this 3 times but for the sweet and sour chicken that was stuffed into a small container. I'll start by saying that our server was good. She was responsive and genuinely nice. Everything else was poor to say the least. We waited at least an hour before I asked our server to just package our food to go. We had waited too long and our 11 month old was more than ready to go. It took another 20 minutes after telling our server to just make it a to go order. She of course apologized , but it wasn't her fault. She alluded that the kitchen had prioritized take out orders over dine-in orders, which I found obviously unacceptable. Again, our server was great and none of this was her fault. When we finally got our food (to-go), it was thrown in to go containers and looked as if our entries were intentionally shaken. We didn't noticed this until we got home. Just disappointing. Really impressed with this PF Chang's! We had each of the seasonal items and they were delicious. Definitely recommend the Pecking Duck to stay on the house menu because my husband and I would come at least twice a month for it to be honest and I'm trying to stay away from meat!
