We didn't have a reservation but barely waited for a table for four. It was a warm day so I got their seasonal peach tea with boba. Don't sleep on this, it was fruity and super refreshing. For food, we got the tofu lo mein (8.5/10), honey glazed salmon (8/10), and beef with broccoli (8.5/10). All solid, big portions, and exactly what you expect. I stopped in for an early dinner with my daughter. We sat towards the back around the corner from the bar. Unfortunately, this was not the place to sit. No one could see we were there so every waiter or waitress overlooked us. I had to go find somebody and ask if they were our waitress. Food was good though. We had lettuce wraps, Chang spareribs and crispy brussels sprouts. Those were outrageous! The food was tasty, but there is a real problem with service there. This location was very spacious and clean. Had a nice bar and drinks looked cool. Our waiter was great, but the food was lacking. Nothing stood out except the pork baos which were good. So, the food was good. Nothing wild, but hits the spot. However, the service was questionable. First, when you ask for a cup of hot water, be honest, typically what do you expect? A cup of hot water in like a tea cup or something right? Well, hold on to your pants, the "hot" water came out in a regular glass, typically used for cold beverages, and tasted like warm sink-tap water. In fact, it was warm water from the sink. Might as well just go to the bathroom with my cup and pour myself a warm cup of water. So, I ordered a tea for the Mrs. just to get an actual pot of hot water. However, when the "tea pot" came, lord behold, though the water was boiled this time, the pot had like two shot glasses of boiled water. But here is the kicker, I again asked for a glass of hot water for the tea pot to fill her up, what did we get?... boiled water, yes, but again, in a regular glass typicall used for cold drinks. On what planet do you think that is okay for obvious safety reason...especially if you have kids. But in any event, the stars are for the food, the lack of three stars is for ding, dong, and doh-doh. Went there for lunch on a Friday maybe 10 people in the entire place. The music was blasting so loud and it took the way to a long time to come over to see how our food was which was to say subpar. The egg roll was disgusting tasted like a grease ball in the luncheon specials were mediocre. What a shame in a mall that's supposedly high-end. The food choices are very slim and none. Came to Westchester mall on a weekend and wanted some PF chang's. Did not have much of an expectation bc last time we had PF chang's in another city, it wasn't that great. This one, however, was better than expected. It was pretty spacious, did not need reservation. It was very difficult to find though from inside the mall and took us awhile..but I'm sure it's easier to find from outside the mall. Our server was actually very good, efficient, knew the menu, got all of our orders correct, and was diligent to refill water and such. I heard that their ribs are good so decided to try it and it was definitely very good and it is something I would order again. The korean flavored cauliflower wasn't that great, but the pad thai that we got, peach boba, and orange chicken were all quite good. PF Chang food is very delicious. However, the portions vary if you eat in or get your food delivered. I order thru UBER and the portion size for a dinner order was small. I found it to be expensive for the price paid. I also ordered a red velvet cheese cake and I received a cup cake small size. What stands out as you walk in is the great setting/decor, chopsticks and forks in the napkins, and nice sized tables. The food was spectacular in taste but for the price the service was no where near where it should have been. Also there are many parents with 2-5 year old so not quite the date night spot I thought it would be. The calamari was spectacular! There is limited sushi options but they were fresh and tasty. The Mongolian Beef was amazing. The heat was on in the establishment plus the kitchen heat made it uncomfortably warm at the end. In town for a work trip for the night and needed something still open when I got here for a late dinner so my colleague and I decided to come here. Pros While the food was delicious! Cons The service was horrible. Once seated it took a while for our server to even acknowledge us. Once we received our food, our server disappeared. It took another server to get him to get our drink refilled. Then he disappeared again for almost 15 minutes while we waited for our check. Love this location. This is our first visit since the pandemic began and ny dh amputation. We noticed they've done some remodelling. This location is accesibke from the 2nd floor parking deck. So if you have strollers or have mobility issues, this is where you'll want to enter. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code for the menu I honestly don't think there's a "bad seat" in the place. I've been to PF Changs a million times. I'd have to say this was one of my better experiences. From the quality of the food to the service. This location is right in the Westchester Mall, so great to grab a bite after some shopping. I loved my meal and service. Ordered the pan fried pork dumplings and the Singapore noodles. The dumplings were perfectly pan seared and paired well with the sauce. The presentation was also really nice. Looked like they took their time putting it together. Not just dumplings tossed on a plate. Loved my Singapore noodles. Sooooo much great flavor in that dish. If you are questioning whether to try them, do it!! A reliable Chinese food chain restaurant located in the Westchester Mall. The food is delicious and the portions hearty. We made a reservation for 7pm and only waited minutes due to it being a crowded Saturday night. We shared everything and had the lettuce wraps and dumplings (pork) to start. Then the Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao chicken with white rice. Cheesecake for dessert. The food arrived promptly and without issues and our server was attentive and warm. I came to PF Chang to celebrate my little sister's 30th birthday. Due to CDC regulations we couldn't have inside dining in Brooklyn. I drove from Brooklyn to this PF Chang location and it took me 1.5 hours. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fairly rude security guard (so we thought) on his cell phone. We only asked where we could meet the hostess to check in for our 8PM reservations. He said, "In the front" we thought we were in the front. So I asked would you mind pointing to where that may be and he actually rolled his eyes and pointed to the other end of the restaurant. Now I'm always polite and would say Thank you, but this time I refused. My little sister agreed he wasn't polite for a PF Chang employee. Thank goodness the hostess was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful, polite and gracious. We were seated right away, in a back area near a neat line of windows. It was PERFECT! My sister is a nurse and fears being around unmasked people even if there is distance between us. Our waitress Aisha was so helpful. She helped with what is the favorites on the menu. She came back with our drinks within 10 mins and served our appetizers and dinner in a timely fashion. I had a coconut drink and she had a mojito. I was shocked there was just the right amount of alcohol and not a load of ice. The appetizer were SO GOOD that my sis was talking to me and I couldn't respond. It was Chang's chicken lettuce wrap. To my amazement I ordered one to go. I love Asian cuisine, but if you get to read my review please order this with a small serving of their fried rice and you will be full to the brim and happy you trusted me. The food and drinks, to go meal didn't go over $100. It was worth the long drive. Now on to the bathroom, we were the last group reservations so by the time we went to the restroom there was no toilet paper, but at least the restroom was clean. My sister laughed of course when I had to ask her to pass me a few sheets. (sorry TMI) but the point is they keep a clean restaurant and restroom.
