I went to this shop about 2 months ago as a recommendation from a couple friends. The refered me to Mao, the shop owner and he was the person I dealt with. He threw my car on the rack right away and took care of me. I was lowered but everything else was stock. He ligned my car up as best he could and gave me a couple recommendations on what to do with the car. You could tell he had been in the business for awhile and knew his way around a car. Just yeaterday, I came back with the same car. This time with more adjustable suspension and a new set of tires. Brandon helped me out this time and he did it in a pretty impressive amount of time. 4 new tires, mounted and balanced, and a fresh alignment. Got my car to damn near factory spec, and did it all within a hair over an hour and a half. Did I mention the price? Purchased some tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped here for mount and balance because they had great reviews, solid prices and a Road Force balancer. I got there for my appointment, they had the tires ready to go for me, and away we went. I have pricey wheels on my BMW and recently had the lips refinished, so I asked the techs to be very careful with the dismount and mount not to scratch them. They went above and beyond, and showed me each wheel before and after the tires were mounted so I could see they added no new scratches. I didn't expect them to be so careful, but they were great!! The tires balanced out wonderfully even at high speeds. They're a small shop tucked in by the car wash, but they invested in quality equipment. Ordered a camber kit last week and had an appointment on Friday Feb 12 process was smooth tech explained to me before that I would need two brand new tires because my tires weren't align straight and it was causing them to mess it up with the shaking. Took 3 hours and came out to $450 out the door for my 07 Acura Tl type s. I approached Pacific Alignment regarding a project that I intended to do in my garage by then worried about the scope and time. Mao had no problem using the parts I purchased. During the process he ran in to some other concerns that added to the cost of the repair. At Frist, I was a little worried I might be taken. But when I picked up my car Mao showed me all the defective parts we discussed and even didn't charge for a second alignment. The best is my car drives like new. I brought in my 2015 5.0 for an alignment. With these new body styles, they come with factory specs with a -1.2 camber with this damn IRS suspension and since I'm lowered with springs, it was at -2.5 and my tires were eating away within a couple months. I took my car in and Nish did the job and brought my camber to damn near 0 degrees. I'm impressed because I read a lot on Mustang forums that no one can get within the specs that Nish did for me. Went in for a four wheel alignment. Took a little while for them to get started. My appointment was at 12, didn't get put on the alignment rack till about 25 mins later but when it got on it took about 15 mins and the car felt good after driving it around. Price was decent. I could have gotten it cheaper at another shop but chose Pacific because they have good reviews so I was willing to shell out the extra $$ to ensure good work. I would recommend this place, they seem to get cars in and out quick. It wasn't so in my case but the people that came in for smogs were in and out. read more

I got an alignment here once and after the alignment was done the guy told me what caused my car not to be aligned properly. I figured okay I'll get it fixed and get an alignment again since there's a 90 day warranty. Nope. The owner said any modifications void your warranty. So fixing my car voids my warranty? He told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it but said I would have to pay full price again because that voided the warranty. This doesn't make sense. Whats the point of the warranty if I can't fix what's wrong? Alignment is overpriced anyways. read more

I needed to get my brakes changed asap. Found this place via Yelp, and based on the reviews, I thought why not? It took some time to find this place, but it's located right behind Canepa's Lub & Oil. Anyway, the guy who helped me was very helpful in explaining to me what I needed and why. Waited about an hour which was great! Ended up charging me $350 for replacing both brakes and roters. Super happy about that because if i had gone to Jiffy lube, I'm sure they would have charged me waaay more than that (and being a poor college student, this helped me out so much). read more

Mao and his crew do great work. They just did the ball joints,hubs and shocks on my 2000 f250 diesel. Drove it home last night, felt something was not right. Took it back this morning and they went through everything and did another alignment using his own specs. What a difference, highly recommend this shop. I stop by Pacific Alignment and talk with Mel about try BMW X5 brakes I explained how I was told that it was the sensor. I also asked what would be the price of the sensor he quoted $75.00 each. He never quoted me a repair price. The next day I dropped my car off he said that he would call with a repair quote but he never called when I went to pick up my car he said both sensors were bad and said it's $200.00. When he gave me the receipt it was a flat rate of &200 he did not itemize parts and labor. So I called BMW parts department and they said the front sensor is$42.95 and the back is $36.90 so he charged me $115.00 labor. Be careful when you take your car to Pacific Alignment be sure you get a quote in writing. Now he is saying he quoted me $240. but the truth is he didn't. That's my first and last time there. I am responding to the owner you really don't know what you are talking about first of all I did not go there for electronic problems so get that straight yes I didn't have an appointment but I called two days and the first time I left a message and no one called back second day I called no answer. Also Mel thinks that just because he talks with a big smile I am supposed to believe what he is saying I never received a quote and he laid about the parts price so stop.
