We recently used Pacific Coast Copper Repipe for a whole house repipe based on a referral from a co-worker. We obtained several quotes and they were the cheapest and the most flexible (the other companies said I had little say on how my house was repiped). They also had the best reputation based on what I could find online. The salesman/estimator was great and very helpful. When the crew arrived, they immediately began protecting my house (laying out dropclothes and putting up plastic walls to control the dust); I was very happy and impressed. They asked us before changing the plan and kept us in the loop on the progress. They finished on time and did a great job. Their drywall repair crew is phenomenal; you cannot even find the cuts after painting. The real test came when the hot water took too long at the kitchen sink, they came out, at no charge, and re-routed the line more directly. I recently had a four unit apartment building repiped. I am a general contractor and am very knowledgable about his type of work and I am very picky. The bulk of the repipe work was completed in about 7 hours. The work passed all of the city inspections. I was impressed with quality of the work, the staff was friendly and worked together on a difficult building flawlessly. They accommodated every request I had for the building. Considering how difficult this type of work is, the dust was minimal, the work was excellent and I am happy. We had a slab leak and then figured we may as well repipe. We chose to go copper and while its a bit more expensive it was completed in one day! Inspector came out next day and all was good. The patchers did a great job too. We planned on getting a recirculater pump but since we wanted a particular one we changed our minds and found to our surprise that we didnt really need it as they had so efficiently piped the house that our hot water comes instantly in a matter of seconds! Doug was very patient with all our needs and I like that when he came to give an estimate he didnt try to up sell or act like a pushy salesman--he acted as he was-an owner of a well run company and crew! read more

I called to get an estimate reference my water main Repipe. I spoke with the owner Dale who seemed to want my business. After I explained I only needed the water main pipes replaced he stated his company only completes full residential Repipe jobs. He stated it appeared I may need someone to inspect under my house, but then said he would have pull one of crewmen from another job to complete this. During this entire conversation Dale gave the impression he did not want my business. I said I could call another company for a quote and he agrees and hung up. Very Very poor customer service. Any business is good business, unless you are Dale from Pacific Coast!!! read more

Just got done having our house repiped. These folks are a class act. From the initial contact with Doug thru the repipe crew showing up on time and being very professional to the patching crew, I could not have asked for a better experience. Even the City inspector was impressed with the work pointing out some nice touches such as minimizing pipe rattle thru the use of special devices. Had slab leak. Larger older home. Pacific Coast Copper Repipe Inc. out of Anaheim exceeded our expectations in everything. Job proposal was professional, and at fair price (Doug) . The team of 5 men in total, (foreman was Jesse) worked their tails off to complete the plumbing. Complicated job because of kitchen center island. Quality and trust worthy people. Fully trusted them to be in the house. Were considerate of our stuff. Went with Pex. The hot water now comes out of the faucets hotter, and quicker. Building inspector also said the work as very well done. Patchwork guys (Romero) had big job to complete.They did an amazing job. We have done many renovations and this patchwork and the texturing, including outside stucco was absolutely perfect. Again, the patchwork team were quality people that we felt very comfortable with having the run of our home. Lastly, Barbara in the office was always very responsive to our calls. After seven slab leaks (!), we considered the pipe epoxy, but with teh water in South OC being basically toxic to copper pipes, and a slew of plumbers over the years giving us varied service, we thought it best to replace the mish-mash of pipes in our poor house. It basically took 3 days of workers in the house - one for the plumbing and two for the wall repair. The teams were great, and it's so nice to have new plumbing and not have to worry about leak #8. Doug was great in explaining the process to us - he didn't slam epoxy but explained pros and cons. Jesse was our plumbing foreman and he was awesome. PCCR performed a complete repipe on my Mom's house this week. My Mom lives in Huntington Landmark which is a 55+ community of about 1200 homes. Her's is a single story condo unit attached to 3 other units. Her unit is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She had a slab leak on an outside wall which is a problem that is somewhat frequent in this neighborhood. PCCR is the contractor of choice in the neighborhood and highly recommended by the HOA. Our experience with them was great. The Repiping crew was on-time, clean, friendly, respectful, efficient and I would highly recommend them. They were in at 8:00am and out by 4:00pm, including removal and replacement of a 40-gallon gas water heater. The next day the inspection was performed by the City and it passed with no problem. The next morning the drywall patch crew showed up. Again they were on-time, clean, friendly, respectful and they did a great job! The patches are smooth and ready for texture, primer and paint which will be performed by my painter. No hassles, no problems, everything works great! What more could you ask for? Doug came over and spent at least 1/2 hour looking over my home so he could provide me an estimate. He was nice and answered all of my questions. He told me he would have an estimate to me by the of the day or the following. After 2 days of not getting anything or hearing from him, I called for a status. I got an answering service. I left a message for a return call from Doug, but never heard back from him. Not sure why? Maybe the job was too big? 5 baths? Kitchen and washroom? 4 bibs. I ended up going with All American Repipe & Plumbing and I'm happy I did. They did a great job in 2 days. Great team. The plaster guys are working right now and their work looks great also...I can't tell there were holes on the ones they've fixed thus far. read more

I have had 7 slab leaks over the years, finally decided to re-pipe my home with Pex. Doug came out explained how the re-pipe would be done and provided a bid. Even though they were not the lowest bid I decided to contract with them. I'm I glad I did. They had a crew of 7 come out completed the re-pipe in one day. I had water back on by 5:30pm. (3500 sq. ft. 2 story house). They returned to patch the drywall and completed that in one day as well. You cannot even tell that I had the home re-piped. They took extra care to protect the floor and furniture in the house and cleaned up everything before leaving. The office manager Barbra is a real joy to work with as well and will help resolve any questions or concerns you have.
