Cadger B.

The guys who did the plumbing part were great, completed the job in a day and cleaned up well after they finished. 5 stars for that part. Romero (yes, just one guy) came to patch and texture 65 holes. He was supposed to arrive between 8am and 8:30am but was knocking on my door by 7:30am! He was a very hard worker but it took him 2 days of working 12 or 13-hour shifts. The reason for the 3 stars is the texturing. It is awful! Nowhere did it match the existing texture--especially on the ceiling where it just looks "patched." The attached photos show the poor texture matching.

Pipe burst, lots of water

$39,800 complete copper re-pipe done in 2005 for an apartment building. Had it done all "K" just to be sure. After the job was done I told the foreman I will be checking under the crawlspace for proper installation (he didn't think I would actually do it and said he double and triple checked it. Went under and found at least 15 areas where there was no tape around the pipes where the steel strap pipe hangers are and other places where they touched cast iron drain pipes. Fast forward today, I hear a hissing sound under the building. My nightmare was true, one of the NEW copper pipes burst a serious leak (see picture). This was the exact reason why I re-piped the building. Constant burst pipes and clamping of them. What the true irony is that I had to now do the same thing as I hated so much. And the true crazy part is I took the clamp off an old abandon copper pipe next to where the leaking one was! Well at least I had one because I didn't have any clamps with me. I was able to clamp it after several attempts as it was in the elbow fitting. While I was down there, I looked around again and notice several pipes that I missed the first time where there was a steel strap and not tape used around the pipe. I guess I missed it when I inspected the work and found all the other issues. I also see lots of green crusty stuff which is oxidation when they don't wipe the flux off the pipe after soldering. VERY FRUSTRATING... they did give me a ten year warranty that's true. But pipes are supposed to last the lifetime of the building. After the job was done I found out that there are companies out there that actually give a lifetime warranty. Just poor workmanship all around, and although they don't do copper these days I would question any work they do.

Drywall instead of stucco mesh wire.

After calling several other companies in the area, I found their pricing to be competitive. At the time of writing, they charged $850 to hydrojet both the main line and kitchen line. I also appreciated how fair they were with pricing. They realized that upon arrival the kitchen line clean out was inside the house, and noted that this would normally cost more due to the additional setup and cleaning involved. Despite this, they honored the original quote and did not increase the price. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Logan showed me the camera footage and confirmed the main line was actually in good condition and that he did not anticipate any significant work needed. Their honesty, professionalism, fair pricing, and respect for our home were much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.

I spoke with David last night, and he was able to get me on the books with someone first thing this morning. Christian arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to educate me on the problem I was dealing with, the causes for it, and the solutions I had available. Luckily I was able to take advantage of the $99 Yelp special they offered, so this went from being a major headache to a minor inconvenience. After the service was complete, Christian took the extra time to check for any other leaks and to make sure things were looking good across the rest of the house, which I greatly appreciated. Overall I had a fantastic experience with Done-Rite and plan to work with them on some future projects. I can't recommend them enough for any of your plumbing needs!

We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from…read moreother companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. Thanks again!!
