He is the best at not doing thorough inspections and missing major items in "PLAIN SIGHT." Informed Francisco (broker) of issues and was told to call Marcos to have this figured out. This guy doesn't answer his phone nor return messages. He missed several MAJOR items on the home inspection (shows he did a half assed job, at best) -Claimed there is no exhaust tor dryer (there is, all he had to do was run the dryer and it would have been obvious) -Claimed that the upstairs loft areas were 100% (he never mentioned major holes in ventilation ducts in the lofts, or debris, or major repairs to walls in thr loft areas (again, had he checked them, would have been VERY obvious) -didn't notice a bit of thr foundation exterior to a sliding glass door was deteriorating (again, very obvious) Just a couple major items he never mentioned- straight up didn't look. and then DEMANDS cash on sight for inspection.
