The menu is different every night!

I love their happy hour options. It gives us a chance to try a lot of new items. Tonight we had yummy cocktails and started with crab cake for the Hubbs and a Caesar salad for me. We also got the mozzarella/tomato appetizer. We shared a small plate of burnt end, the Hubbs got the Cowboy burger and I opted for the Spicy Hawaiian. It was as advertised - very spicy but yummy. I liked the sausage patty with habanero cheese and pineapple. But the mouth was on fire. Great service and live music. Another great evening.

Walked in on a Wednesday with a party of 5. No reservation needed, two small tables with families and a few people at the bar area. The food was decent, definitely NOT Hawaiian.

Our server to wonderful care of us. There's plenty of seating inside as well as at the bar. I love the ambience of the building as well. The food was amazing and had so much flavor. I hope to come back during my visit to Tilamook. I got the tri tip and shrimp, the chimichuri on the steak tasted super cilantro-y, which I absolutely loved. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and so were my sides. Extremely pleased with my visit here.

Husband really liked the fish and chips, very crisp and well seasoned. Shrimp scampi was cooked well but very very buttery. It was overpowering and had no other flavor notes. The decor was different, it didn't really feel like it flowed or made sense with the food genre. Staff was nice and efficient.

Absolutely wonderful happy hour. The fish and chips were tasty. Tempura was light and not greasy. The asparagus, beet, spinach salad is in a class of its own- top notch all the way. Partner had hamburger that not only was fabulous but an incredible deal. Get there a little before 5 (when it opens) to get a spot. Wait staff friendly, attentive, and kind. Great place!

The salmon was delicious, not fishy and one of the best preparations. The crab ravioli was like creamy crack.

I have gotten the breakfast burrito when having breakfast and would characterize it as large, yet underwhelming in taste. None of the beers that i have tried are particularly memorable, but they are very drinkable. The service is courteous and they strive to keep the tables clean. The ordering here is done at the counter and I have found this to be a great way of taking orders in a casual establishment. This allows one to peruse the menu at a table at one's own speed, then walk up to the counter to ask any questions about the menu and then place the order. My experiences have been that the employee at the register has always been patient, informative and respectful. They bring your order to your table when it is ready. My experience is that they give you a conservative estimate of the time for preparing and the real time has been shorter. Note that I think they do a good job with turnaround times given how many customers are in the restaurant combined with their apparent significant take-out business. My dinner experiences have been very satisfying and that is what one would expect from a meat purveyor. However, they do not fumble the ball on the execution. Casual food, but tasty. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating: plenty of both. Part of the outside seating is heated and covered during much of the year. I have never been there when you could not choose a table. I think a great casual stop, and a unique one, when visiting the Tillamook area.

We were the first ones there so we chose an outside table. Nice space with the fire table. It's a little off the street so everyone isn't in your business The drinks from the bar were not very good. Also the server was not very knowledgeable of the food or the drinks. We got some duck tacos on special. They were amazing. Ok. Things are looking up. Then the showstopper was the meat and cheese board. So beautiful and well explained and lots of handmade wares on. One of the best, if not the best, board I've had. Top notch. So why the bad reviews. We got to chat with the proprietor and we definitely caught them at a bad time. They are having some transitions in staff so if you're willing to be patient, it's worth a shot

For outside dining; walk inside Garibaldi's Portside Bistro, procure a menu, make your selections, go back inside - order and pay at the counter. Your meal will be delivered expeditiously. Lovely aesthetic with views overlooking the peaceful harbor with birds swooping in and around. The interior is clean, welcoming and comfortable. I am not a big burger girl but let me tell you this; we (both) ordered the PBJ Marionberry Burger and it's the best burger that Mr. Wonderful and I have EVER had! (*HE eats a lot of burgers!) I tried to get a good cross-section photo, but I'm not a professional (like John). Anyway, they give you a bunch of wet wipes with this meal because - *YES! The only snafu we experienced was - ordered 1 IPA and 1 blonde and ended up with two IPAs - Mr. Wonderful & IPA = no bueno but he's too nice. Even after I double checked with Tami (who was wonderful) he stuck with their error. Would we return? 100% most definitely!

Took a quick Labor Day trip up to Oregon, and Tidal Raves was a place that I was told a must try…read more From the moment we walked in, everything impressed me: the service, the food, and especially the view. Parking is a little limited, but there's plenty of roadside parking nearby, so it's easy enough to make it work. The dining room opens up to a panoramic sweep of the ocean, and we happened to be there right at sunset. The sky was glowing, the waves catching the light in that shimmering way only the Oregon coast can pull off. It's the kind of view that makes you slow down, sip your drink, and just take it all in. We started with beers. I ordered the Heater Allen Pilsner, and my boyfriend went with the Ayinger Brauweisse. Both were incredibly smooth going down, the kind of beers that feel crisp, clean, and easy without losing flavor. Perfect start to the evening. I went with the Herb Crusted Lingcod, served with creamy mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts over a lemon caper cream sauce. The lingcod was cooked beautifully. It was tender, flaky, and seasoned just right. The mashed potatoes were absolutely yummy, and the brussels sprouts were a hit. Everything on the plate worked together. My boyfriend ordered the Teres Major, which came with an 8 oz Wagyu steak, truffle mashed potatoes, green beans, all resting on a peppercorn cream sauce. Side note: the menu says asparagus, but he ended up with green beans. Luckily they were crisp and delicious. The steak itself was juicy and cooked perfectly, and you can never go wrong with truffle mashed potatoes. We wrapped up the night with tiramisu. Flavor‑wise, it was spot on. Rich espresso, creamy mascarpone, though the ladyfingers were very soaked and softer than expected. Still tasty, just a different texture. Final Thoughts Tidal Raves is absolutely worth the stop. Great food, smooth drinks, attentive service, and a sunset view that feels like a postcard. I'll definitely be back again.
