My husband and I are doing two bathroom remodels and was referred by a friend to Deborah at this specific location. We have several pacific sales closer to us but was told Deborah was the best in the business. In all honesty, we went in with skepticism thinking Pacific Sales would have very high prices and would probably rip us off. When we first met Deborah, she was super kind and extremely helpful. It was the first bathroom remodel we've ever done being younger homeowners and she helped us narrow down the fixtures based on our price range. She suggested various options and let us look around on our own time. Not once was she ever pushy for sales. We didn't purchase on the spot but Deborah sent us home with a list of her best prices for all the fixtures we would need. My husband and I did a ton of research comparing prices across various online retailers and to our surprise, she beat almost every single price! We went back and forth several times via email to price match and then ultimately change brands for all our fixtures. For the amount of times we changed our minds, Deborah was so patient and helped us through all the price matching and narrowing down. Truly appreciate her help and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the job! We had one hiccup with our hydro rail not coming in time but again, she was very accommodating and refunded us completely and was very apologetic.
