I have been going here for years and have always had great services from everyone we have dealt with. The most recent good experience was today February 14, 2026 with Carol Cooper, Jaqueline Hermann, and especially Robert Veloz! Carol helped us selected 2 Toto Nexus toilets that were on sale for a good price. She went through the products in detail include hand drawn the measurements making sure it is 12" from the wall to the bolts. We came back a few days later to make the purchase, Jacqueline helped writing down the details order. Great teamwork between Carol and Jacqueline to make sure the order was perfectly executed. The best part of the experience was Robert Veloz! He went above and beyond by taking his valuable time and knowledge to show my husband how to install with care and passion. Best SalesTeam Ever When my husband and I decided to remodel our home, the first question we asked our friends is where did you get your appliances. So when our trusted friends recommended Pacific Sales in Irvine, we did not hesitate. Upon the first visit to the showroom in February 2024 we were warmly greeted and asked right away if we had any questions to please reach out. This is when our journey began with Ivy Stracener. Ivy walked the showroom with us and took notes on what appliances for which we were looking. After walking the showroom, we sat at her desk and compiled the list of our wishes. Upon knowing we wanted a double oven, Ivy lead us to the Wolf range selection and began to discuss the differences in this appliance vs. others. Ivy's knowledge of each appliance was an integral part to fulfill our needs for the new kitchen. Along with the knowledge of each appliance, Ivy gave us all the information on the various perks upon purchase. ie. Extended warranties, money back options, etc. We found it extremely helpful and we made certain to optimize the rebates. In working with Ivy, we were then introduced to Hector Mora our project manager. Hector made several visits to our home for measurements and to survey the upcoming construction areas. Hector was always available for questions and he would follow up to check on the progress of the remodel. Toward the arrival date of the installation, Hector came to inspect to verify that all of the connections such as water lines, electrical outlets and gas pipe line were in place per the appliance manufacture guidelines. This would ensure a smooth delivery and installation for our appliances. As our construction approached the point to have the appliances delivered, Hector put us in touch with Sun Coast Appliance Delivery service. We worked with Jesus and Hector with Sun Coast for a very smooth delivery of our appliances. The entire team was efficient and professional. They took extra precaution to assure there were no scratches or dings made to neither the appliance nor the new floors and cabinets. Jesus spent extra time with us to go over how the complex range functioned and what features were at our fingertips. Ivy is amazing. She was knowledgeable and more than helpful as we worked through the decision of what appliance to go with. We purchased a fridge and range. Minus 1 star because after our order the delivery team missed our delivery date and ended up pushing back our installation team for our fridge. The delivery consultant was not helpful telling us that they just forgot to load the appliances. Told them that this costed is money because we had to reschedule our installation team. Mind you for a warranty we needed to install with a specific installation company. The delivery consultant did not offer any apology or even a fix. We even told them our installers could pick up the appliances so they didn't have to deliver it and they said no. After back and forth we got no where. We decided to call Ivy and she was all over it. She got in contact with everyone including our installers and just addressed it for us. Without Ivy we would not have had the issue resolved without a bunch of effort. Salesperson was fine but price was a lot higher than their competitors. We were told the GE has set prices so we ordered a new refrigerator anyway. When the installers showed up, they said there was water underneath the fridge and that there was a water leak so they would not do the installation. They asked my wife how many pieces were there to which she responded. You're the installers. You should know she had no idea Then they told my wife that it was going to be a five hour installation and they didn't have time. They left without even pulling the fridge out. When I got home, the water was due to my wife emptying the freezer and some ice cubes melted. So I called Pacific sales back and said I need the refrigerator installed by the weekend as we had coolers full of food waiting for the new refrigerator and we had a dinner party the following night. They said the next nearest date they had Was in two weeks and I said if I can't get the installation by the weekend to cancel the order. They said they could not do anything for me to which I responded. Your installers were mistaken, and never pulled the refrigerator out to see that there was not a water leak. The young lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do and refunded me in full. I was amazed that due to an installer error. They were going to lose out on the sale. I then went to Howard's appliances and the same refrigerator was $3000 cheaper. I will never shop at Pacific Sales again, since they were bought out by Best Buy, the customer service has suffered tremendously. read more

Our existing builtin KitchenAid refrigerator has been randomly shutting down after 18 years, so we went looking at Pacific Sales for a replacement. Phil Hyland did a great job of explaining the choices we had, within the existing space. We decided to go with the Sub-Zero model, as it was an exact fit. Phil also informed us of the $1,000 rebate available from Sub-Zero for a limited time. The refrigerator was available immediately, so we scheduled the delivery a couple days ahead. The install team did a great job and we are thrilled with the new refrigerator.
