We went there for our anniversary celebration. Start with sashimi appetizer and sesame beef/shrimp snow peas for main. Freshest fish in town with no doubt and the sesame beef is just right. Shrimp looks big and comes in white sauce, snow peas is well cooked but never too soft. Price is reasonable, we will be back for sure. read more

I have been a longtime customer of both locations and order delivery and onsite. Ordered a dish that did not come correctly. Spicy Tsoa chicken. Received something that tasted like orange chicken. Called to let them know. They told me bell peppers counted for spicy. They even called me back to say I never ordered this from them before so I was just wrong. . Just admit there was a mistake. Avoid! The food is terrible. We tried their seafood special with scallops (undercooked), shrimp (overcooked), and crab ( in shell with no utensils to remove). The dish included vegetables in white sauce. There was absolutely no taste to the food. It was either steamed to death or the white sauce was deliberately bland. Chef Ramsey's rule to taste everything served was not followed. No salad, no soup, and wait staff too scarce. When thru finally asked how the food is, we said it was tasteless. They smiled and said ok. We reiterated it had no taste, and left. No suggestion. No I'm sorry. Nothing. The male owner manager kept pushing his customers to eat, and by his actions to leave. We paid and left. It is terrible. We wished we had read these reviews before wasting our time and money. Go next door to Publix and by a Chinese meal to cook at home. While I can't rate this place based on dine-in experience, their incompetent delivery process is enough to drive me to hang up the phone mid-sentence. First it was a nearly two hour wait for them to deliver 2 items when I live a mere five miles from their location. And tonight - the last straw - I was faced with an incompetent woman who obviously had difficulty locating my address in their database. She then proceeds to hand the phone to another (presumably younger) employee. "...address?" Yup. Just like that, no pleasantries. After painfully making it to the part where I order, she bluntly informs me in a tiresome, muffled voice "not enough for delivery." Ok, would you care to tell me the minimum purchase for delivery? No, I suppose that would require them to form an actual sentence. How about indicating it on your website? Again, too much effort. I'd be willing to tolerate this petty hostility, but not for mediocre food. As another review said, this place is wasted potential. I am a regular here for the past seven years. Consistent food quality. Good service. Come in on Sunday and get Mae as your server--she rocks! Sanitation score over 90. No hokey Chinese music drowning in the background. Try the Curries--my guests like the Massaman, I prefer the Panang. I also love the Mango Tofu--fresh, and it changed my mind about tofu! It's Yummy in this dish! Sushi is discounted Sunday thru Thursday. read more

Great Sushi, Chinese and Thai. Eat here weekly, have tried it all, great food and atmosphere! Always wonderful service and cuisine. Funny how some people criticize an experience after not expressing their concerns to the establishment. I was hopeful the food might be better than some of the reviews. Sadly my husband and I were wrong. Out panang curry was reheated and part of it still cold (and had not been mixed in during microwaving.) The sauce was like a thick gravy and there was zero difference between my mild curry and my husband's medium. Been coming here since 2007, they always remember us when we arrive. Food has been consistent every time we come. I get take out often, one time they forgot an order of crab roll, not the end of the world. Next time I was there for lunch the young man told his mother that my order was wrong last time. I did NOT CALL OR TELL THEM THERE WAS A MISTAKE. They owned up to it! Sent me home with what I was missing plus more. This happened at the Bethelview Pacific Spice. I too have been a regular since they opened. I don't know if or where their cameras are I only know they told me they had videotape and they looked at it and I didn't leave the phone there. Here is the thing - track my phone actually works. We tracked it back to the store. I had them on the phone as We pulled up. Called that phone from another phone as I walked in and it rang and was in drawer at front check out. Employee insisted still with his hands on it that it was not there. Owners should get rid of that employee. If he lies that blatantly about a phone ringing in his hands what else is he lying about in regards to our food prep? Sorry loyal peeps. This is real. It will stay to protect someone else who may be tired and leave their phone too. Honesty is the best policy. read more

I've tried the sushi, and various Thai and Chinese dishes at Pacific Spice, and so far have been most impressed by the Thai dishes. The Thai Spring Rolls are some of the best I've ever had, and the Massaman Curry has become my go to dish. The sushi was good, not great and the Chinese dishes I've tried have been pretty standard. I've only had take-out from here, so I cannot comment on the service, other than the take-out transactions have always been timely and pleasant. read more

I am very careful when I order my sushi because I am allergic to shellfish. I make sure when I place my order I double check with them that what I selected from the menu is correct and does not have shellfish. They confirmed no shellfish. I took my first bite and immediately I tasted crab. When I brought it to their attention they told me it is what I ordered!!! After showing them on menu it does not list crab and they had also originally confirmed it did not..they then flat out lied and said I ordered something else. They were very rude and did not care that I was about to have an allergic reaction. If you are allergic to shellfish...beware, no matter how careful you are..you could be served it. Felt like chinese food on July 4th and picked up general tso chicken, absolutely delicious. Some of the best i had.

Immediately upon entering the restaurant, we smelled a very strong musty/stale odor. I think that the smell came from the water wall placed at the front door. It smelled like it badly needed to be cleaned and/or the filter changed. It certainly did nothing for our appetites. To make things worse, neither of our dishes tasted fresh and the crab angels were almost cold. We told our waitress about the crab angels and she replaced the three that had been eaten with three hot ones. I'm guessing that she nuked them and put them back on a plate. My complaint was answered with "we'll bring out a dish of hot sauce for you" After asking for the bill they upped their game and said they will recook the dish. Had dinner the other night at this place. I love the fact that it has Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine all in one. I ordered sushi and it was pretty good. I also had the shrimp pad thai which is my favorite. It is packed with all the right flavors and it was a party in my mouth. He did not even say hello or acknowledged us. We were drawn to this place because they are celebrating their 6th year anniversary. Sushi rolls 1/2 off. One star is being kind and 0 stars was not an option. My first and definitely my LAST time ever dining here. I asked the waiter what was good and he didn't even know anything on the menu and I never saw him again after I ordered my drink and food. So I ordered two rolls so I could try a couple things. I had the Sunshine roll (13.95) and the other was dragon roll (16.95). Several pieces of the roll fell apart each time I picked it up. I normally never speak up at restaurants about food but I decided to say something. I didn't even eat one piece. I was hoping to get another roll or them just take off the one that wasn't good. Some woman came over with an attitude and began arguing with me that they are still going to charge me it. I reminded her I didn't even eat it. No, we made it so we're charging you is what she said. She also insulted me and mentioned I don't know to eat sushi and began showing me how to eat it. In all my years dining out I have never gotten that response nor distasteful service. I then stood my ground and said you take it off. I'm not paying for something I didn't eat. There was 3 men standing around our table backing this woman up. They were making a scene. I didn't care at this point. I just wanted out of that restaurant. The guy waiter finally gave me my check. On the door it says sushi 30% off and coupons 50% off. I handed him a 50% off coupon and my credit card. He came back didn't even use the coupon and I paid $40. $40 for food I didn't even eat. The one good roll was alright but nothing special. If you want to pay for horrible service, get insulted, and yelled at..then this is your place! Not to mention I had my child with me when this lady was rude he after we left he kept asking about the situation. The waitress made a mistake in one of our orders and was adament that was what he ordered. After several minutes of discussion about it and her telling him to "just eat it" (3 times), I asked for a manager. She said "no, he just eat it", "the ticket already made". So I told her to bring him what he ordered. She would not take the other meal off the table. When she brought the bill, I again asked for the manager and she finally got him telling him her story before coming to the table. He asked what we wanted and waited for me to finish. Then he immediately said "that is what he ordered" and said "he was standing behind us when he heard him order". He was actually standing behind the bar 20' away when we ordered. So rather than admit the mistake and fix it, they made us pay for something we didn't order and basically called all 3 of us liars. I typically do TO GO (which BTW, is never wrong) but decided it might be nice to eat out for a change. Perhaps it has something to do with using the 20% off coupon. Regardless, the waitress and manager were both extremely rude and lying. That $10.25 mistake they made and would not admit and made us pay for, cost them our $50-$65 per week TOGO orders.
