Amazing! I had driven out from Leimert Park to get a tire replaced (needed to save money), and didn't realize another store required appointments. The guy at the front desk/phone was super nice and helpful- helped me find the size/etc that I needed and it was reasonably priced. Most places in the auto industry tend to take advantage like me (women in their 20s), no one here made me feel like that. Best. They had my tires that higher rated shops didn't have and gave me the option of having a slightly wider ties if I waited a day which I decided to do. I send my daugther with her 2021 Toyota corolla to fix a Nail stuck in her front tire. After removal and check from one of the guys she was told that she needed a new tire for some damaged occurred in the inside. After I faced time her I noticed not big damaged to it so I ask the clerck just to patch the tire or use a patch but he refused stating that as per his boss it he was not able to do it so and that we needed to buy a nee or used tire for 85dls or 135 new, so I knew that something was wrong. I asked the guy to place everything back so I can take it over to a different place. Right after I took it to UA tires and they said it was nothing wrong with the tire . Do not go here! They quoted me 4 different times and each time the price got higher and higher. I called the day before for balance and rotate all tires. Guy on the phone quoted me 45. The next day when i showed up the guy at the counter said 55. Not even 5 min later another guy said 65. I said ok and another guy comes and this time said a 100. My experience over at pacific tires was very unprofessional. They told me if i dont like the price go somewhere else lol and i did. Do yourself a favor and do not go to these professional scam artist. They will jack up the price. I went straight to Guadalajara tires in gardena, about 10 minutes away and they charged me 45 instead of the 100 pacific tires were goin to charge me for the same job. read more

I had a semi flat tire yesterday (Saturday). It was drivable... maybe a slow leak? I took it to America's tire depot because it was down the street from my house. They closed 30 minutes ago. But the guy was nice enough to put air in my tire to get me to a shop that was open. Pep boys was closing in an hour and a half. When I got there the guy said they were closing in 9 minutes because he was short staffed. Wow. Without any other choice, I went home hoping the air would last. This morning (Sunday) my tire was completely flat. AAA came to help me put the baby donut tire on so at least I wouldn't ruin my rims. He recommended Pacific Tire. I was like omggggggg I used to always go there before we moved!!! When I got there they were so friendly (and funny!) and patched up my tire in less than 10 minutes. I regret going to pacific tires because they scammed me. I went in for 2 flat tires on the driver side; however, they were working on the right side. I told them again that it was the other side, so they placed the flat tire from the left side to the right side. I saw them and told one of the guys if they placed the flat tire on my car and the young guy said no. They put air on all of my tires and changed the left side to new tires. Eventually, when I got home my car alerted me that the tire pressure was low. I went in again and they denied the accusation. They said I probably drove on a nail, so I had to pay again! read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and the guys/gals are great. They greet you and quickly get started on your vehicle. Whether it's getting new tires, rotating your tires, checking air pressure, or anything else these guys are awesome. Nestor noticed I was missing 3 hub caps (they were stolen) and gave me a set of hub caps they had lying around for free! They gave us a great deal on some tires after I got 2 flats on my way home from Irvine. They do free rotations if you purchased your tires from them, but I always leave them a tip because these guys/gals deserve it! read more

I was coming here for a couple years but noticed that there was always something wrong with my tires, even after getting them checked. There was an issue at least every other month. I have purchased both new and used tires from here. Being a mom of two babies, I tend to drive like an old lady AND safely, so I know it can't be the way I drive. Well, I went elsewhere for a change and it turns out that the techs at Pacific Tires have been putting the WRONG size tires on my car. I will give you the speed of service is one of a kind. Today with a ton of cars filling the lot cars were being serviced in a timely manner. Now, I've been here before and have referred people to come to pacific tire. I replaced 3 of my tires on my other car being a 4-door civic with used tires costing $35 each. Today, the only price quoted was $50 per tire or a set of 4 brand new tires for $300. How is it that I came in summer of 2018 and paid $35 to now being quoted $50 for a Honda Civic 2-door coupe. I doubt these are larger tires to require the drastic price change. I will think twice before coming back. Really disappointed in a place that normally would be my first choice. Also, over hearing the workers talking and giving other lower prices to their "primos" Is just the way things are done here. Smh.. read more

What a hidden gem in the South bay. I've lived in Lawndale most of my life and I just came here for the first time. I was amazed just how fast and efficient the team was here. Came in to patch up my tire today after noticing a nail, turns out I had two! and one was too close to the wall to patch up. I think his name was Fernando or maybe Rolando, he offered me $45 for a used tire or about $100 for a new one. I went into the office to get more information and was offered a deal to replace all 4 (this was maybe my 7th time here for a patch on my tires and had very little thread left so it was time for new ones either way.) Everyone there was genuinely nice, felt great not to feel pressured into buying like other places I have been too. Highly recommend going there for any tire needs. read more

I don't recommend ever coming to this shop! I had them replace the tire rims and the tire sensor came on after the replacement. They told me that I needed to replace 2 sensors on other tires, which will cost at least $100/each. I was very unhappy as I told them that it's weird that the sensor light came on right after they worked on my car. They kept telling me that there is nothing they can do for me. Luckily, my husband is very handy. He took a look at the car over the weekend and found out that the staff didn't put the sensor back on correctly on the rim that that they changed. This totally tells you how crooked they are and tried to cheat me. Don't ever come here, especially for those who don't know much about cars! read more

My tow truck driver told me he had the perfect place and brought me to Pacific tire. Not only were they cheaper but they had 2 tires my size and took care of me in 30 min.
