I got down to pump gas and noticed that one of my tires had a gash, so I pulled up yelp and noticed this tire shop down the street. I headed over there and I pulled in and was attended to real quick. I let one of the workers know what happened and he told me the price for both used and new tires. I went ahead and decided to change that one tire and they told me to wait for a lift to be available. The whole process went smoothly and quick. I went to the bathroom and when I came back out my car was good to go. The workers there were very good and chill. I recently went to Pacific Tires because I noticed my tire pressure light kept coming on after I would put air in them. I was lucky to get outstanding customer service by Hector. He explained to me that the changes in temperature when it's really cold causes the the pressure to go down on the tires. He also double checked all my tires for nails. Hector is very thorough and showed me the best way to get the maximum use out of my tires without trying to sell me new ones. For any of your tire needs this guy knows his stuff. I hate when my tire is constantly running out of air. I went to pepboys and the agent over there told me that i might have a tire leak and referred me to Pacific Tires. I went in and told the agent who greeted me that i might have a leak. He immediately took control of the situation and asked me to wait. Wow talk about money hungry! All they do is try to up sell you on everything! Regular patch? Nope, you need a special "German Patch." Rotate the tires? Nope, you need new tires. Economic tires? Nope, you need "special tires" that cost an arm and a leg! Up sell, up sell, up sell! They used to be an honest shop that would listen to their customers! I have no idea what happened! I can't believe that I was driving around town with a nail in my tire and not knowing! The tire light eventually came on after a few days but of course I waited until a Sunday to go and I had a baby shower to go to! My friend referred me to Pacific Tires so I pulled up and got helped immediatelyy. Hector was so helpful and nice and I respect how honest he is. He told me that since my tires were so bald I needed to change them out because they were not patchable and unsafe but even then he still tried to get me the best deal possible. The great help didn't stop there, I went inside and Isabella helped me sign up for the snap finance program since I wanted all new tires plus an alignment.
