I like these guys but they do Sloppy work and prices have gone up more than discount-tire shop. I went in for alignment, took two visits and car slightly pulls to one side. Steering-wheel also not centered. Oddly , the car wasn't pulling prior to alignment. I also have markings on wheels , 2 different cars , as the result of bad handling when replacing tires. They can do better , you just have to call them on it prior to doing the job. read more

Brought my car in to get two new tires. Business was good and simple. The only reason this is a 4 star is because the guy that was putting my wheels back on my car did not care to screw in the lug nut before gunning the lugs back on, causing problems for the next time I have to do this. Other than that, the owner is upfront and accessible. Good guy. Just don't like the way my tires were put on. Ran over a terrible pothole on my way to work this morning (on Inglewood and w 156 northbound by the 405) and waited hours for AAA to tow my car to a nearby tire shop. None of the shops in the area had my size available in a used tire, I need a pair for my bald left tire as well to save myself another future headache. Martin and Antonio at Pacific Tires accommodated me to the best of their ability and were able to hastily resolve my car troubles so I can get back to work. Martin gave me a great price on a pair of used (but still excellent condition) tires and upon installing, noticed a piece of my control arm had come loose after losing a nut (probably from the damn pothole). I instantly panicked, but Antonio was able to fix the problem in short time and not burn my wallet for the repair either. I am grateful for these gentleman here at Pacific Tire and will be coming back for their business again in the near future for my alignment and other services as I need them. I went on a Sunday afternoon because it stated they are open until the mid afternoon. There was a puncture in my tire from a nail and I was hoping to get it fixed asap. I drive approximately 15 miles to a completely closed shop. I can't speak on their quality of service, but it's frustrating for potentials customers to find outdated information with no effort by the business to make sure there's no misunderstanding or confusion. It's rare when a successful highly rated business, whether it be family owned or a full on corporation, doesn't maintain/prioritize an organized schedule and realizing the importance of updating it. if their upkeep for their business on social media has any sort of relation to their work ethic, than I would avoid. read more

Went to go get my front brake pads replaced and was charged 80$, I did it because I was in a hurry and was gonna travel out state the next day. The next day came and midday my brake pads started to grind on my rotor. Brake pads were put on wrong so had to fix it myself. 80$ was a lot just to replace my front brake pads especially if I bought the ones at a autozone as the new ones and not at the shop where I went for the service. read more

I stopped at this tire place because I had three separate people recommend it when I expressed my need to have my tires checked. I called in before arriving, about 40 minutes before they closed and was ensured that I would be taken care of. Once I arrived I saw how they were still receiving clients, trying to tend to as many as they could. I was assisted by a young gentleman named Jose who I'm pretty sure could tell I wasn't feeling too well. As I drove up and parked a gentlemen by the name of Hector came towards me and a greeted me and asked what I needed assistance with. I told him what I needed amd right away he knew what I wanted.
