As a two time former customer, albeit years ago yesterday via Yelp I reached out to C&C and after timely and relevant dialogue was told to make a cardboard template and bring in the glass I wanted cut. The receptionist was friendly and thorough and said she have to have someone else verify if the glass I had could be cut. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered. Me being in my late 50's means I refuse to give $ to any business that treats customers like crap. The only good to come of my time at C&C was a free notepad and pen.

I put this off for a year since I know how expensive window replacement could be. I got a few quotes and these guys had the best one so I went with them. They came out to measure and make sure they could do the job. A week later they were back and installed the window. No complaints, window look great and they are really chill guys! The only thing I would say here is if you need it replaced asap it might take a bit. They had to order the glass so the whole turn around time took a little over a week. Hopefully I don't get another broken window, but if i do, definitely going with these guys.

If I had more than one screen to fix, perhaps I would've opted for the mobile companies. But, since I'm a fan of saving as much money as I can, I went here instead. The shop is near the corner of Palm Ave. and 16th St. There was plenty of street parking in front of the store when I went in at around 10 on a Friday morning. I walked in and there was an associate helping another customer. She acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After a few minutes, she finished up with her customer and asked how she could help me. I showed her my window frame. She took measurements and quoted me a price. I only paid about a third of what the mobile companies wanted. She gave me a receipt and said that it would be ready in 1-3 days. I was in no hurry, so I was fine with that. I went on with my day and went home, but they ended up calling me at 2:30pm to say it was ready! Great service, and great price.
