Moved a two bed two bath 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor walk up in 6ish hours (including a break). Quick and efficient. They took care of some light packing. All of my belongings including a large white couch and complicated bedframe disassemble and reassemble, arrived to my destination and in good condition. All in the cost was 1200, I originally was quoted max 864, so I was glad that I took out extra cash as they prefer cash for their services. I was annoyed I had to spend more than what I was quoted but I am glad the move went very smoothly. read more

Just finished moving with Pacman! Kevin and Miguel helped move us from 1 story house to a top floor apartment and they did beyond outstanding. They truly exceeded our expectations, super polite, and efficient. They did not slack or try and stall, they moved quicker than any other mover! Very respectful of our time! The move came with wardrobe boxes and they even moved out TV's and offered derives to mount them. Made sure to lay down blankets to not dirty out carpets too. Price was perfect for the work they did, came in lower than we were expecting honestly, gave us discounts too ! No secret fees or surprises when they told us the total ! Great experience overall. I had a chance to talk to Chris, one of the owners and Jose was on it with the estimate and final invoice. I had several stops in my move including two storage units. Leon and team arrived early. I had most items packed but Leon and crew took care of wrapping the furniture and packing several miscellaneous items. During the move, my 82" TV was accidentally damaged--which honestly could have been a stressful situation--but what happened next completely blew me away. Within 24 hours, the owners Jose and Chris personally went to Best Buy and replaced it with a brand new 85" Samsung TV, no questions asked. We had only a few pieces of furniture to move from Encinitas to East County, but 2 we're extremely heavy and bulky, and we wanted them upstairs, which includes a left turn after the first 4 steps. The two guys (Leon and Josh) seemed a little concerned that there simply wasn't enough room to complete the maneuvers, but there concern was around not wanting to damage our stuff, our house, or to run up the time trying, only to have to abandon the effort. However, they were willing to try and we had little use for this bedroom furniture if it couldn't be done. Well, they pulled it off! The sheer physical strength required to carry these items upstairs, around that turn and through the bedroom door was amazing. These guys were also very polite and friendly. They were professional in the care of our belongings. I was invited into the truck to see how everything was wrapped and secured before hitting the road. Finally, even the price was right. They charge by the hour plus a small fixed fee for the use of the truck and I was pleased to find their accounting was exactly what I expected. There was no rounding up to the next hour. All-in-all, we could not be happier with the experience! read more

Just finished our move a couple hrs ago - and it's still only 3:30 pm!! First time my wife and I ever paid for movers (we went from a stuffed 2bd 1bth to a bigger place) and our experience was awesome. The guys were friendly, careful (wrapped all our furniture in plastic, whipped out wardrobe boxes, etc.), and incredibly quick. They went the extra mile too, at one point one mover plugged my vacuum in and cleaned out some of the crevices of our couch lol! Moved out, traveled to new place 15mins away, and unloaded to whichever rooms I needed things to go to - all done in under 4 hrs. Great experience and special shoutout to Eddie, Leon, and Jimmy (hope I remembered those names right).
