Moving can be super stressful and the crew went above and beyond to help make our transition as seamless as possible. Yeah a few mistakes were made but wow did they go above and beyond to resolve. My elderly father-in-law recently moved out of our house, and we needed help moving heavy furniture within our house. After obtaining quotes from several movers, we decided to go with Packman Moving, and I'm so glad we did! Chris and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They were friendly and moved the furniture very efficiently. Although we made it clear we were getting rid of the items, Chris and his team still treated all of our furniture with respect and carefully wrapped each item. There were some tight fits down hallways and stairs, but they managed to keep everything in its original shape without any scratches or dings. We had a couple of very large, very heavy items that needed to be moved that I wasn't sure two movers would be able to handle, but they made it look easy. Chris and his team are obviously very experienced and professional. Packman Moving's prices were very competitive and they communicated clearly throughout the scheduling process. These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly at 9am and completely filled an entire truckload by 10:45 and we were on our way for the first of two loads. They were able to completely move our 2 bed 2 bath condo (all upstairs) as well as a very full garage in five hours - two trips in the truck. My only negative feedback is that they should have better communicated the extra fees for moving the couch from the 2nd story (they had to go over the balcony and it was an extra $100).
