Ordered a beef fried rice. The rice was hardly fried and there was hardly any beef. No thanks. Not coming back.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. The food is so bad that you can smell it. I've tried there fried rice and pad Thai and everything was not cooked properly and the smell is weird always. I usually get the spicy fried rice with chicken. I've had others foods here but wasn't overly impressed. I thought the pho was also good, too, though there's a great pho place a couple miles away. But, overall good food and easy to manage for pick ups. read more

So tried this Pad Thai Bistro the other night. Ordered fresh roll with shrimp, combo pad Thai and Tum Yum soup. It had no taste to it. The meats were extremely chewy and not in a good way. Paying extra for shrimp in my fresh Vietnamese style rolls was a waste of money. They were not very good and in some ways I felt afraid to eat them due to the lack of freshness. The soup tasted like it was from a can. I don't usually give bad reviews. But I had to throw most of it away and for a take-out place, for one person, it cost me over 30 bucks. Will not be going back. I gave it two because the guys working there were nice but with so many great Thai restaurants, I'll stick to Thai Town. read more

This place rocks! Ventured past the local lunch perimeter just a bit and found this gem tucked away in a strip mall. I had the combo Pad Thai and shared a cashew chicken stir fry dish with a coworker. Unlike other places, the chicken, shrimp and beef were moist, not overcooked. I've been to Thailand several times and it's one of my favorite places in the world...mainly because of the food!!!! I ordered the vegetable soup and it satisfied my cravings I've had these cold LA nights!!!! Also ordered off menu, a pork omelette...and it was just like in Thailand!! Food is very meh.. not bad but not good either, those who said it was best ever haven't even tried all of them in LA.. service is bad when ordering and getting food.. they said like 0 zero word.. no thank you. No hi.. and a mean look on face. Like they all hate being there and they hate you for coming in and ordering.. like a bird just lay a s$it on your car windows.. when my order was ready no words spoken and refused to even look at my face.. head turned a full180 while walking towards me. Pad Thai Bistro is delicious! They don't shy away on the spice levels which I like and the flavors are strong and authentic.

I became a regular at this business for its location, not for its food quality. When I was in recently, my food was packaged to go. I asked if I could eat in because I had dogs in the car. I was told I could eat outside. I do not know why I was only allowed to eat outside. There was only one person sitting at a table inside. I was charged an extra charge that day. The receipt did not detail the charge, and I assumed it was for eating on the premises. When I was done eating, I put my used items in the small plastic bag they came in and tied the top. I looked for a trash can. There was none, so I left the bag on the table. I returned today to pick up a take-out order and was met with anger over having left the bag on the table. I was told I should have taken it with me. After I left I found another sign of anger in my dish. The lime wedges, that are included in the order, today were cut into extremely thin slices making it impossible to squeeze juice from them. This place provides no trash can outdoors for waste because they expect customers to take it with them. Customers typically take leftover food with them and not used plastic food containers, plasticware, and napkins. As mentioned at the beginning, the food lacks in quality, and it was the location that took me back. I will not be returning. There are plenty more Thai restaurants to choose from, and expect the food quality will easily be better. read more

Food was 5/5, the fact they use Chinese broccoli on pad see ew is a plus! I don't understand why Thai places use regular broccoli in a dish that is suppose to have Chinese broccoli. Green curry an explosion of flavor. Only complain is lunch special portion size. Not worth it. I'd pay a dollar more for a bigger portion for sure. read more

i didn't even get to taste the food here because she said that she was to busy with the online orders that she couldn't seat us and serve us, so that tells me that her online orders are a lot more important than her walk in guest, mind you that there is someone sitting there dining in! disappointment! they never said that we can wait she clearly said that it was online only at that point and that she couldnt attend us and the people before us , my girlfriend was there along with 6 other people waiting for online orders I didn't mind waiting what bothered me was that she said we couldn't after telling the people before us it was going to be 45 min and when it came to us she clearly said that she could attend us and it was just online order's read more

Whoever gave this place a 2 star is an idiot (rona). This is probably the best Thai food in Glendale and probably a lot better then some in Thaitown. Got the green curry beef ( very Thai authentic good flavor), pork leg stew over rice( very authentic Thai), pad Thai shrimp and pad sa ewe was very taste full. This is our go to Thai food out of Thai town. Know your Thai food before you rate this place. You probably think Taco Bell is the best Mexican food around.
