Service is really good here. I don't get the bad reviews. It's a pagliacci, it's consistent and quick, sometimes that's what you need. We popped in and grabbed two slices of pizza and the seasonal heirloom salad. Pizza was solid, salad was exceptional as always.

looks ok but 3.50 for green pepper. p's used to be terrific. now v mediocre.

personnel outstanding: phone gentleman offered a special saving 20$ AFTER i'd given him my order. well done. driver had a smile and was v polite. my pep: --too salty. too too much. and i love salt --dough was raw ie don't you people age your dough over night? ugh. ugh. --asked for green pepper 3x. this was added AFTER the bake. what? ever had sausage and peppers with the peppers added AFTER the sauté? --a hint of sauce sweetness goes a long way. hey, i understand savory but this sauce had no love although the hot- hot was there(ok) and a hint of herbs. but no acid for relief, either. --and,sadly, the cheese was plastic. i don't know what they're using but it's pure rubber. tasteless. just went back to retaste. yes. all true. ugh, that raw crust. it's a beautiful building and tremendous location. but i have no idea how they stay in business with such a , honestly, poor product. i can't do this again. yes yes yes. i'll get an apology. maybe even a free pizza offer I'D NEVER USE. sorry. your product sucks. look at the other reviews. in the " old" days, used to be terrific. now they're chasing profit instead of excellence. two 11" for 50+$. Ordered three slices (cheese, AGOG, and PSR) and a large Pagliacci salad The thin crust on all slices were warm and crunchy; the salad freshly made to order The service fast and the staff friendly We were there at lunch time and the line was out the door yet it was just less than a five-minute wait!

Typically, I would've given this a five star review, but I did not like the flavor of the pizza and that was the only reason why I knocked one star off. But I know it was only because I got the chicken Primo, I didn't like the pickled onions on it as it overwhelmed the pizza. I did try a slice of the 12th fan Primo, and that was absolutely stellar. I have been here before when my sister visited, and I love the location on Mercer Island. It's small, but quaint, and perfect when there's a storm because there's so many windows and it's super open so you can just enjoy a storm while casually eating pizza. But it's not pizza parlor vibes, it's more elevated, cozy, classier place. When I went to pick up my order, the man was super kind and pointed out where I needed to go pick up.

I love their pizzas. I always get their extra pepperoni pizza, always flavorful, served hot, crispy crust and good balance of cheese and pepperonis. Yes, the pizza is slightly greasy but always hit the spot. Servers are always friendly and never minded meh requests of fresh slice then the one sitting on their hit counter. Sometimes, they ever offer a freshly bake one instead.

First time visiting this pizza place on Mercer Island. Not a whole lot of food choices on the Island, so unsure why I hadn't been here as of yet. My review is based on a first visit and one slice. Lol. I love a slice of pizza when it is served fresh from the oven. This pizza had salad on it so of course that negates calories. Lol. Close to an event in a nearby park my friend was hungry so we came here. Excellent friendly service from the young people working. There is a local vibe here which is very welcoming. The pizza itself had a very thin crust and not too many toppings. Although almost too crispy it still had a soft crust. The condiments were usual pizza sides, Parmesan, olive oil, and chili flakes. Arugula salad on top lightly dressed was a refreshing contrast to the spice of the many peppers. A cold white wine did the trick. Loads of parking here too! Probably won't buy. Whole pie from here just for little ole me, lol, but a slice is great. Almost forgot, for soda drinkers, they have a cool soda dispenser which offers different flavors of all types of sodas. Patio is dog friendly too. Cheers and happy yelping.

We got seated, but there was no wait time. We chose outdoor seating because the weather was nice. For drinks, we ordered a raspberry Italian soda and a sprite. The sprite tasted watered down, and had no flavor. The raspberry Italian soda was delicious though! When our server took our order, i believe he took the order wrong. We asked for a pepperoni puntura, and from the looks and tastes it was a simple pepperoni pizza. This was disappointing because we always get pepperoni puntura and were fondly looking forward to that pizza. If I really wanted a simple pepperoni pizza then I would have bought dominos. It was missing the honey and the cheese they add on top, which is why I'm saying that they gave us a pepperoni pizza. For the price you would think the service would be immaculate but from the visit, clearly they don't pay attention to the customers. The Margherita pizza was delicious and would definitely order again! No complaints for that. The restaurant was full of people and had a good ambiance. However, we were never checked up in during our visit until we pointed it out. All together, I would not recommend this location but the Ravenna location has been my favorite spot of mioposto.

We were there for a large dinner gathering of 10, and the most impressive part was that all of our meals were served at the same time. Something that's not always easy for restaurants, especially when they're full and they have a large party where folks are ordering all sorts of different things from multiple pizzas to pastas to salads... I ordered the lamb shank which was delicious. The meat was tender, had good flavor, sodium level was balanced, which doesn't always happen with lamb shank that's served with a broth. Pogacha served this over penelne pasta, which was fine and it's one of their signature dishes, I also think it would be really nice also over polenta. My only wish was that there were more vegetables in the broth. Because seasonal vegetables were listed on the menu item, I anticipated there'd be more in the broth than there were. I'd also recommend Pogacha updates the photo on their website, because this is shown over a very different pasta with vegetables over it and less broth. Oh and, I love that Pogacha still serves fresh warm bread right when you sit down. So tasty and such a nice touch. We'll definitely be back soon.

The counter person was really helpful and my sister decided on one plain cheese and pepperoni pizza and the second was a sausage mushroom pizza. We didn't order any other drinks since we were still thirsty from our walk around the botanical park but the total for the two pizzas came out to $50. That's kind of pricey. Later on, the vibe seems like it would be perfect for catching a game, grabbing drinks with friends, and enjoying a more energetic brewery atmosphere. We started with two Moscow mules. Since that's one of our go to drinks and we've had quite a few, these weren't our absolute favorite here. They leaned more on the lime heavy side, and we weren't sure if the ginger beer was just a little flat. That being said, we still finished them! The Birria nachos were the highlight for me! They were so delicious, and the beer cheese sauce was SO good. I honestly just wished there was more of it because it added such a great flavor. My only small complaint is that I wish the toppings were spread out a little more evenly so every bite had a good mix, but overall they were still really tasty. The Mac Attack was also good, but it didn't completely wow us. If you're looking for an ultra thick, super creamy mac and cheese, this probably isn't that style. I would have been clueless to this location, but a couple years back, I grabbed a physical ad and it listed this location. Mercer Island is a place I don't make a habit of visiting and this stop reminded me why. My brother used to live here, but that was 30 years ago. Pulling into the parking lot, everybody was acting like their car was priceless and you needed to give them space. If it takes you 45 seconds to back into a space everyone else is pulling into, you will catch my horn. It was a sunny day, but the real reason you needed sunglasses was to reduce the glare of the oversized ultraclear diamonds. I'll be blunt, I can't afford to live here, but it doesn't mean I can't shop there and truth be told. My car is just as nice or nicer than MI residents, I just never felt a need to live in financial isolation. We'll come back to the car. Almost everything you see here is 30% higher than a regular store, the only advantage to shopping her in my opinion is selection. You will find brands and items not normally found at Safeway or Fred Meyer, but I also saw sliced salami for nearly $24 a pound. You also see a lack of items on sale here which again, just reduces the overall value. I had people bumping into me, nudging me to get to items in front of me like I didn't matter and no one said excuse me or thank you for me yielding when they were clearly in the wrong. At one point, I literally had an employee apologize to me. He witnessed residents being entitled and rude to me and it was clear that was not the environment the store wanted to foster. My cashier was really nice, when I asked about her day, I think she quickly knew, I was not a local. Her face lit up and it was clear, she just wanted to be recognized. In the parking lot, I encountered a retired couple who had cut in front of me multiple times. They looked scared like I was there for payback. When I walked around there car the wife got worried, then I heard her tell her husband, "That's his car" next to their. As it turns out. We drive the exact same car, just difference colors. Last time I got so much attitude, I was in Medina. I'm happy for your success, but don't turn public places into uncomfortable atmosphere. It probably doesn't help that prices here are so unreasonable that people feel an obligation to act like idiots because they can afford to shop here weekly. The irony, I have shopped QFC on the south end and it feels like any other grocery store.

They have customer parking underneath, across from the QFC. Overall they were really friendly in inviting us in, bringing water, and letting us use the space for puzzles. For me specifically, they ...kind of dropped the ball on all of it. One person told me she'd bring me a menu once I was seated, but proceeded to pass me by when handing out menus (maybe because I already had water? Unclear. I tried to flag her down but she either didn't see me or ignored me). When I got up to ask about it, a different person just looked expectantly for me to order. When I told her I hadn't received a menu yet, she just gestured at the to go menu on the counter. When the pizza came, there were no napkins or utensils or anything given to me either. Throughout the whole hour and a half I was there, no one so much asked how I was doing despite that seeming to be standard for all the parties around me (including another one with only one person, so it wasn't because I was a Singleton working on puzzles!). The pizza I got was the aggressive mushroom one, which was great on mushrooms but oddly overly sweet, so I probably wouldn't get it again. The texture of the pizza was great though. Overall, the place was nice for puzzles and the food was good (just not what I expected for my order, but that's not really their fault). It was just a really weird night of service of feeling like they were snubbing me for no reason. It would be different if that's how they treated everyone or at least everyone who was puzzling solo, but the other person at my same table who was working solo got much better and nicer service than I did. :/
