Dough cooked a little too crispy for my taste and a pit on the expensive side, but finding out a pizza chain (that you can find all over Seattle) has both vegan cheese and vegan sausage was. Came to this location for dinner for the first time since its so close to the house now. My fiancé and I grabbed a couple slices of pizza and shared a salad. The person who helped us was Imani Artis and he had excellent customer service. When our salad was done he brought it to the table and even walked over the jar of forks for us as well. This gesture alone made my night because typically whenever I go to any other Pagliacci's location I always have to go get my food at the counter when I order it (nothing wrong with it I don't mind it) and he went out of his way to grab us forks so we didn't have to. It was golden and cheesy and the small was the perfect size for my friend and I. The cheese was melted perfectly and the dough had the most perfect crunch. The size of slices were really small like kids size but we didn't mind it at all. Make sure you get some Parmesan on the side and enjoy! I had specifically asked for no chicken on the potato pizza, but they had forgotten about it but served us the pizza anyways while immediately starting make us the correct order. Came here tonight for a slice of pizza for an easy dinner with my Husband. As we entered, we were greeted immediately by the staff, one at the pizza post and one at the register. I got a slice of their vegetarian pizza which was the Primo and my Husband got their regular cheese pizza. The Primo reeled me in because of the abundance of button mushrooms it had all over the slices. It was so good. I absolutely love mushrooms. So for anyone who loves mushrooms, this pizza is for you. I would have given this place five stars if one of the staff members whom was a Caucasian man with an untamed beard didn't decide to pick a tiff with the African American young man who rang us up about telling us we can have free soda due to the broken water filter in the machine. He was telling the young man to not tell that to customers and we need to charge still for soda but was really mad that since he told us we weren't going to be charged. I would have had no issue with paying for our drinks, it was not a big deal at all. But beard guy was just not having it and kept rudely telling him to just hurry up and finish the transaction. Not only was that situation super awkward for me, it was awkward for all of us who had to witness it. There's a time and a place for those kind of conversations, he could have waited to discuss those matters once the transaction was complete. It was my second time at this location and they did a nice job maneuvering tables/chairs to adhere to covid guidelines and still have a large space. There were only two pizzas out: cheese and the tomato gorgonzola. They said the pepperoni and spicy chicken were both still in the oven but I wish I could've seen the traditional margherita or spinach and chicken. We got the plain cheese and the tomato gorgonzola and I don't think I've ever had gorgonzola cheese so I'm not sure what to compare it to, but I'd definitely get this pizza again! Not impressed. Don't dine here often but happened to be in the area visiting family so decided to order some pizzas and salad. First I had the order for delivery since it was dumping outside but delivery would've taken an hour and the restaurant was only a few blocks down. Decided to call and order for pick up because most places are much faster but no, order still wouldn't be ready for another 45 min, ok fine. Finally drove to pick up the order after 45 and still wasn't ready. While waiting we noticed none of the staff had hair nets, beard coverings nothing. One of the girls working was carrying peoples boxed pizzas on her head from the kitchen to the service counter. Boxed or not that's definitely improper food handling and plain gross. The 12th Man Promo pizza has pepperoni, salami, chicken, Mama Lil's peppers, olives and mozzarella on our seasoned tomato sauce was quite delicious. Good amount of flavor per slice. Cheese, seasonings and vegetables in one! The Tomato Basil had roasted Roma tomatoes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs and combine it with with fresh basil and mozzarella over an olive oil base was tasty, but a bit plain. The Italian tradition and hand-tossed crust was very good. If the crust was stuffed with cheese then the pizzas would be amazing! Might have to come back to taste the other pizzas. Friendly cashier. So we were staying at an airbnb in the general vicinity of this pizza place, and after already taking public transit back from downtown to our airbnb, decided we were still kinda hungry. It was also around 9:30, so not a huge amount was open. My wife said she really wanted pizza, so I pulled up yelp, and this place wasn't too far away and was open late, so I suggested we try it. We didn't need a whole pizza, though, just a slice - it is very possible that I'd be more impressed with their pizza if we had had the ability to pick from their whole menu, instead of just between pepperoni or the one other pizza they had out for slices at the time, in that particular instance, mushroom. Their slices are large but not enormous, and good but not amazing. For $4 a slice, I expect them to be at least one of those (enormous and/or amazing). They were still pretty good, though - I'd give their ready-made slices a solid 4 stars, with bonus points for being open later than any other cheap quick food in the area (but not enough bonus points to be worth 5 stars.) read more

They are clean and friendly, which is important during this weird time we are going through. They are one of the only to-go restaurants we will go to during this time. I LOVE pagliacci. I do. It's my first choice whenever I can order pizza. But lately, I've noticed their delivery timing is off anywhere from as little as 5 minutes to upwards of 15 minutes. I've been ordering pizza for about 5-6 years both for office functions and personal functions and delivery arrival has never been a constant issue like it has been with this particular location. I will highly recommend the pagliaccio salad, spicy chicken pizza and the pear and Gorgonzola pizza though. I usually get a slice of pepperoni. I recently discovered that adding every possible seasoning to the pizza creates the best combination of flavor. I love the pizza and the taste reminds me of a pizzeria I went to when I was just a wee lad. Very nostalgic. Possibly the best pizza in Seattle. I come here quite often with my family. It's great if you just want to pop in and grab a slice, and they also do delivery. I often find myself ordering their Margherita pizza, as they don't usually have it in store. They've worked hard to iron out the delivery kinks and added beer and wine to the menu, which is very cool. They'll occasionally be out of everything but, Rainier, but even that's not too bad.
