Pizza is really good. In the pic with the pepperoni I had traded my son a slice for a slice, that's why it looks that way. But I enjoyed it. First time I had leftovers from here, didn't realize we didn't need so much. The next day the cheese pizza wasn't good tho. But I guess the point is to eat it all in one sitting. Other than that I liked it and will go back. The service was nice. The guy was really friendly and patient, although we came in close to closing time. This is truly a great pizza chain option. I hate Dominos, Little Caesars, etc... and while Pagliacci gives the pizza chain vibe, the quality is superior. Great chewy crust, good amount of toppings, and delicious flavors. While the pizzas are not huge, and kinda pricey...you get what you pay for! The salads are also really fresh and yummy. We are big fans of Pagliacci Pizza and do takeouts from this location or the one in Madison Park. If you want to eat-in, though this location is small AND high school students hang out there and not much space other then them. The service is fine, I prefer to go to the Madison park location for eat-ins. Delivery and pickup are fine. The reason for 4 star is Pagliacci's pizza menu is somewhat limited although their seasonal pizzas are excellent and we like its philosophy and the fact it is local. read more

NEVER ORDER THEIR 11 INCH Real good pizzia. A little pricey but you get what you pay for . The reason I'm writing this review when I don't normally and it's a little negative is because I find the pricing of this place insane. Again I'm not bothered by it being pricey I'm bothered by what seems to be a penalty for getting a whole pizza . Maybe it's a little different with their largest size but with their 11 inch is not worth the money at least not by their own standards . Because think it's around $26 after tax and their slices are $5 before but let's say conservatively I can get four slices when all said and done I'd have more pizza in my stomach if I just went with the slices while paying less . I'd be less upset if I hadn't asked before I ordered it over the phone which is why I ordered it over the phone. And I hadn't been told eight slices which is true but without the modifier that they're very small. I didn't know until yesterday that they've been partnering with local businesses by doing giveaways when you purchase a whole pizza from them. When the bf checked the website yesterday to see what we should order, he mentioned that Saturday (today 4/18/2020), Pagliacci's would be giving a pack of cupcakes from Cupcake Royale away. It was like the clouds parted and angels began to sing about pizza and my favorite cupcakes. I cannot tell you how excited I was about this partnership. We have lived in Snoqualmie for 5 years from SanDiego & we had been passing by the CapitolHill locale once a month on "salon day" @ Bowie which is a short stroll away. The staff treated us like rock stars knowing it was our maiden-voyage-visit. They have a coupla rotating specialty pizzas. We fell madly&deeply in love w/ the PEACHZA PRIMO: thinly sliced peaches/roasted pork loin/balsamic drizzle/arugula tossed in olive oil and sea salt. YUMMY!!! Also, best veggie pizza of our lives and perhaps best pepperoni of our lives. So many scattered locations (21) - seemed like both places had mostly regulars who engaged in spirited exchanges w/ staff as they awaited their full pies. Definitely set aside some time, this is not some "churn&burn" chain pizza. Also, eating everything freshly outta the brick oven in the dining room is my humble advice. They've been making pizza longer than I've been alive and they're probably going to be making pizza longer than I'll ever live. With the way this pizza tastes, it's not going out of business anytime soon. A pandemic's got nothing on this place. They've been making pizza for 40 years and I hope they keep making pizza for another 40. They gotta be doing something right if they have lasted 40 years. They obviously have amazing pizza, but sometimes just pizza isn't enough for a pizza place to last. Like I'm assuming majority of people that get married are in love. I mean, that would be the main reason to get married, but just because two people are in love, it doesn't guarantee that the marriage will last. Just because a pizza place is able to do the main thing a pizza place is suppose to do...make incredible pizza, that doesn't mean the pizza place is going to last. If pizza places only stayed in business based on the quality of their pizza, Little Caesars wouldn't be a thing. Sometimes it takes more than just the pizza and Pagliacci pizza definitely gives you more. They're able to adapt with the times. They offer gluten free and dairy free pizza. I'm sure they didn't offer that 40 years ago because I don't think gluten intolerant people existed back then and if they did, nobody was talking about them. For the lactose intolerant people, they were probably still in denial 40 years ago and just dealt with the consequences of having pizza. Now they have accepted their reality with dairy, but still want to have pizza with zero consequences. Pagliacci pizza was able to adapt to this modern customer, who needs cheese with no dairy and dough with no gluten. They have also adapted in the way they get their pizza to people. 40 years ago, pizza was the one food you could get delivered. Now you can get a filet mignon delivered to you through Doordash. Pagliacci pizza helped their customers out even more by going on these delivery platforms to make it even easier for people to consume their delicious pizza. Maybe next time I visit Seattle I can get my Pagliacci pizza delivered to me from a drone. I know Pagliacci pizza is going to keep adapting to the times. Although, it would be bitter-sweet if I got my Pagliacci pizza delivered by a drone. Love the individual slices here. The classic cheese pizza when fresh is top notch . Also their pepperoni and margherita is really great. I like to occasionally try their seasonal flavors which can be tasty depending on personal preference. Their thin crust makes this easy for me to feel less guilty. This is my go-to place for yummy pizza. Judge all you will, Seattleites! I have heard mixed reviews about everyone's favorite pizza joint, and frankly no matter how much people prefer another local joint over this (i.e. Ian's on the Hill, Zeeks, Hot Mama's) I do like Pagliacci. Solid A+ slices with fair to above average prices. I had two slices today, 1. Sausage, pepperoni, and Ricotta 2. Olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, and roasted garlic. Both slices were delicious and reheated to the perfect temperature where the crust was crunchy and held up but not scorched and dry. Their dough has great chew and the sauce is zesty and flavorful. Toppings are plentiful and the ricotta was unctuous and delicious. I liked the pizza the most of any pie I've had so far in Seattle, which is relatively limited to be fair but it's also among the better pizzas I have had in general. Prices are fair, on the pricier side given the size of the slices. Will definitely be having some again in the future! read more

We bought slices to go tonight, our 2nd time here. We got slices of "AGOG" (mushrooms, olives, goat cheese, fontina, mozzarella, and fresh tomatoes after bake), and a slice of" PSR Combo" (pepperoni, sausage, ricotta). Both of these were very flavorful and wonderful combinations of flavors. The crust is delicious, a bit on the salty side (I like that!), to where I eat every bite of crust. They had cheese and pepperoni also available by the slice, so 4 choices. They must have an incredible to go business as there must have been 10 employees in the kitchen, all wearing masks. Sometimes they offer specials, like last time if you ordered 2 mediums, the 2nd was half price. It is also great to be able to grab a couple of slices if you need food fast! read more

Fan of Pagliacci but this location needs some work. The tables and floor were dirty, covered in pizza crusts, crumbs, and napkins. Only 2 napkins were left in the self-service area and I snagged them for my husband and I before we were out of luck. The location has a max seating capacity of 20 and with all tables taken, an employee that was lounging at a booth for 6 jumped up so we'd have a place to sit but didn't have the thought cross his mind to wipe down the bench or the table covered with his crumbs. The gal that took our order spaced out in the middle of us telling her our order, turning around to talk to another co-worker then checking on slices she was rewarming. We counted 7 people that came in after we did getting their to go orders, placed while in-house, before we got our food. Also, the same girl tried to give it to my husband as a to go when he clearly said to her twice we were eating there. The pizza was old and extremely oily, the crust going from soggy at the top up to so hard it was inedible at the crust, not at all how Pagliacci typically does their pizza. This was the pepperoni and the goat cheese both. We shared a small Pagliaccio salad, which is garbanzo beans, onions, and cheese. It was fine. Add 2 small sodas and it was $22, sheesh. Very industrial with concrete floors and walls with cheap plastic chairs, black benches. Parking is on the street only if you can find it. We won't come to this location again. When they say your pizza will be there in 40 minutes they mean 40 minutes. Not 39 minutes or 41 minutes but 40 minutes... I'm impressed when a place can be so accurate. I've used this location on numerous occaisions and they always have been super sweet on th phone. I mean they actually seem HAPPY to be answering the phone to take pizza orders! They even make chit chat if you are so inclined to spur it! Anyways, they always deliver to my place on first hill on time and it's always hot! I had take-out from this Pagliacci in north Cap Hill recently. We had the Brooklyn pizza which came with pepperoni, sausages, and a slew of veggies. The topping were all fresh and good. The crust was thin but still fluffy. The staff looks like they're having fun working there. Didn't take very long to get my pizza either. Now I'm going to have a tough time deciding if I want to make my own pizza anymore. I still like to make my own pizza because I think my mozzarella cheese is better. I had an old negative review hanging around on here for pagliacci. I've given them another shot in the last few months and now have a new outlook. The Salumi pepperoni is the best pepperoni pizza I've had. The Hawaiian is great too. Service for delivery is solid. On one delivery the ran late and cut my bill by half. I can't agree more with Andrea on this; the service is incredibly friendly. Plates, napkins, forks, whatever we needed that we didn't think of, they asked and delivered. The ingredients are essential to their success and as a recent vegetarian, I'm seriously grateful to the business for taking that leap. The cheese is made from milk from grass-fed cows, add in domestic fresh tomatoes, fresh local basil, and sea salt, you can't go wrong. As for the pizza itself: the crust is crisp at first bite, with just the right amount of chewy to keep things interesting. The flavor of the crust is perfectly balanced, not overstated, but also not so forgotten that it is simply a vehicle for the toppings. This is the only place we visited on our vacation more than once. For one, it was half a block from our hotel and two, it really was that good. I love absolutely everything about Pagliacci. Every once in awhile we stray and order from another local spot, and while we have some other favorites, we consistently remain loyal to Pag. From start to finish, your experience is good. The people on the phone when you place your order are always SO friendly. It's shocking how nice they are time and time again. The delivery folks are just as nice. The few times we have had problems with our order, they have been extremely helpful in solving and comping for any trouble. Their prices are higher than your average spot, which is reflected in the quality of their service and ingredients. There is something awesome about calling your pizza place that knows your name and your husband name, has your credit card on file, always confirmed the delivery place, and bring consistently the correct order, a delicious pizza that is always there when they tell you it will be.
