The Pizza is okay, i only eat here because the rest of our office eats here DAILY. The driver BEGS for tips ! then asks why you cannot give him more. I told i don't have much money today and he say "why" We are less than 5mins away and they charge a delivery fee on top harassing customer for more money. I have no problem tipping but i shouldn't feel pressured and uncomfortable. I called and told them about it his response was ok. He literally begs for tips everyday saying it's not enough. Kudos for having the friendliest pizza delivery driver you can imagine! Double kudos for getting the delivery location correct since usually when we order take out or pizza at work the delivery drivers end up in a whole other building regardless of what we tell them. The pizza itself was "meh". I didn't like the crust- it was too hard and reminded me of a plain French baguette like you get at Panera when it's not fresh. The pepperoni had a peppery flavor to it which I liked. The pizza was pretty greasy though- lots of oil pooling on the pepperoni. If it were up to me I'd try one of the specialty pizzas, like the buffalo chicken, which sounded worth another try. Unfortunately the rest of my office falls into the less" adventurous" pizza eaters category so it might take awhile to be able to try anything more than pepperoni. read more

I grew up in Fairfax near the GMU sporting fields, and for years lamented not living within the Vocelli's Pizza delivery radius. That is until Paisano's Pizza on Main opened its doors back in 2008-ish. This place makes some delicious food...and they deliver, which gives them a leg up on the competitors who only offer sit-down service. There are not many places that I am aware of that make a decent garlic knot, and Paisano's has it down. I hadn't eaten there in quite some time, but decided I wanted something different for dinner a while back. Paisano's came to mind. There were two of us eating, so we ordered a large cheese pizza, an order of garlic knots, and the fried mushrooms (which were fantastic). We weren't able to finish even half of what we ordered. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food; the pizza was saucy, the knots were flavorful, and the mushrooms were gone in the first 5-10 minutes. Since then, I have had the gyro...which did not disappoint. I definitely recommend these guys, as they have a very extensive menu (almost overwhelming) to suit any mood of appetite, and they seem to know what they're doing. Everyone is friendly, and the delivery is quick. It's not difficult to be looked upon as a quality establishment...the simplistic approach is usually best, and Paisano's has my vote for a well-run restaurant. Give it a try. read more

I like this place. Food is good (wings could be better), delivery is quick, and the employees are always super nice. I also like how they start an account for you and I don't have to give them my address and whatnot every time I call. Recently, I placed an order and was over charged. I called and the gentleman on the phone (Andy, I think?) was so helpful and professional. I couldn't have imagined a situation in which this could have been handled better. I will preface this review by saying that overall I enjoy Paisano's. I've ordered delivery from them three times and the meals have been good. Delivery times have all been normal for me - around 30 minutes. Of course, if you order during prime time you can expect up to a hour wait. That's just common sense to me. The drivers have all been nice and enjoyable. Their fried mushrooms were great. Crunchy Mushroom goodness - I really enjoyed them. I have also tried their garlic knots but I was not a fan. They seemed too mushy too me. Their pizza is above average for the area. The crust has a good flavor and it's thin enough to not be overwhelming. I caution people who like a lot of toppings because the crust will not hold more than 2 or 3 toppings unless you plan on folding the pizza while eating it. I also question on how fresh their toppings really are. The sausage and meatballs look like they are the pre-made kind. The pepperoni is pretty thin and something I would expect from the pre-sliced packages. Overall, all the pizzas were delivered piping hot and were good. Value per dollar wise, I believe they are a decent deal if you manage to wrangle up a coupon and fair priced if you pay full price. read more

My company let us order food from the menu. I ordered a Greek gyro salad. I threw up. Never ordering or eating at Paisano's EVER AGAIN. The salad looked old but I was starving so I just ate it. I couldn't eat more than 10 bites of the salad before my stomach started feeling weird, and I had to run to the bathroom and throw up. Disgusting. I am a little shocked that i paid almost $14 for a Gyro that did not come with any fries? I called the store to order a Gyro sandwich (Assuming that fries were included) and ordered a coke can. The total i was told came out to be around $13 and some change (Not including the tip for the driver). I forgot to ask them to make my fries extra crispy so i decided to call back. I then get told that i never ordered any fries and that is seperate! Wait... what? CLEARLY is says on their website that Platters are SERVED with FRIES!! So i paid almost $15 dollars for a small looking gyro and a can of coke?? This is BS. And then the store manager michael had the nerve to sit there and tell me (after i told him that the website says otherwise) that this is how they are trained and that fries cost extra. Also he stated that in his "opinion" they should just add that into it but they cant please everyone so they made it an extra charge? And why aren't there any prices on the website or anything specific explaining such reasoning. Their food use to be great until I became vegan. Now they have no vegan options and our entire office has had to stop ordering there because not everyone will eat meat or dairy. They have to change to healthier options to support the healthy (no meat & non dairy options) movement. read more

I like their Garlic Spaghetti. For $7.99 you get spaghetti, garlic bread, and side salad. This is some cheap dinner deal. I'm not a fan of their chicken parmesan though. It is cheaper ($10.99 and comes with garlic bread and side salad) than most Italian places. But I don't know why they'd use grilled chicken for their chicken parmesan instead of breaded and fried kind. It just doesn't taste right. I'd probably go back for their Garlic spaghetti deal. Twice this summer I used my debit card for a carryout order only to discover that a tip had been added to my charge. Both times I went back to the restaurant and showed a manager my original receipt and the additional charge on my bank statement. The first time the manager said she would report it to corporate. It took a few days but they did reimburse me the tip money. The second time I was told the same thing but nothing ever happened. Now they've completely lost my trust. Ordering online has many good deals to be taken advantage of and delivery is always quick.
