We order lunch from here all the time! I always do delivery, tho sometimes is takes a while to get here it is always hot and fresh. The delivery guys they send are always so kind and happy. The ONLY complaint I have is often something I ordered isn't there normally something simple like a brownie or something like that. Which is sad for my 3 year old, who feels as tho it's the end of the world. The other order that was messed up was when I got what I believe was a philly when I ordered a gyro. The philly was still delicious but wasn't what I ordered. I not one to complain I don't like confrontation and also understand that they were probably busy. The Paisano's Pizza chain has very good reviews on Yelp but I've never had a good experience at the Manassas location (Rude employees and sub-par taste). This location just opened so I thought I would give it a try tonight. I ordered a small thin crust pizza bbq chicken pizza requesting to substitute bbq sauce for the pizza sauce (why is it called a bbq chicken pizza if it has pizza sauce instead of bbq sauce???) When I got to the location the lady at the register said my order was in because the computers don't actually tell them about the delay and they made my pizza earlier and just threw it away. She said she would make me another and it would be about 10 minutes. About 3 minutes later, the original lady was still putting my order in the computer, and another person brought my pizza and said here is your order. The lady at the register was confused and explained the ordering systems must have correctly delayed the order to the kitchen but the up from computer system didn't show it as delayed. The pizza didn't have pizza sauce but no bbq sauce either. The lady at the computer didn't apologize but did try to correct the situation and said she would give me a large plastic tub of bbq sauce. The pizza had a generous amount of high quality chicken (tender and not fatty) and the cheese was good. It looked and tasted like only mozzarella and not mozzarella and cheddar like the menu stated. There were very few onions and the thin crust was like something you would get from a frozen pizza. The cheapness of the crust really destroyed the pizza especially with the really high quality and generous amount of chicken. Overall the employees were friendly but they are still working through the new opening kinks. I'd go back again but I wouldn't go for the thin crust pizza. read more

Good food, good service in comparison to the Paisano's in Fair Lakes - when ordering pasta from the Fair Lakes Paisano's, the orders would come with pasta sauce everywhere like the order was used for discus practice - but after one request with Gainesville, they pack the pasta orders in a cardboard box so the pasta sauce stays contained. Update 7/29/17 - but unfortunately, portion sizes have shrunk by a third - not worth the money anymore so I'll start going elsewhere. read more

Excellent food and delivery service. Very accurate delivery time with order always correct. Cares about customers. One time I had ordered a delivery and then had a medical emergency and ended up in the hospital. I was not up to cooking the next day and when I called to place a delivery order they recognized my address and gave me my food for free. Order a pizza here tonight and got a subpar pizza and it took an hour and a half to get here to start and I only live 10 mins away. Hardly any toppings on the pizza. Gotta admit, this was the 1st time we've ordered delivery from Paisanos and the delivery was fine. Unfortunately, the Steak and Cheese Supreme Sub I ordered was probably one of the worst I've ever had. The meat was so over cooked that you could tell it had been sitting for a while. This sub was also supposed to come with fried onions, lettuce and tomato (barely visible), mayo, with Peppers and mushrooms (not found at all), it was greasy and tasted of a flat grill that had not been cleaned for a long time. My wife's salad was a good value and she thought it was good and we also ordered Spaghetti and meatballs for our granddaughter (which she did not eat). Even though we love Italian food and subs, I don't know whether we will order from Paisanos again. This is a one star joint for subs at best. Received a coupon from Paisanos to encourage us to try here again. Even though coupon (for $20) in any other Pizza place should have covered the bill for 1-large pizza and 1-small cheese pizza, the bill came to over $27.00. To top that off, was totally disappointed with the quality of the pizzas and no further coupons are necessary. This food is marginal at best and much too expensive for so little quality. This location has poor food handling practices. My wife and I became violently ill with food poisoning after ordering from this location. When I called the next day to let the manager know what had happened, her response was that it could not possibly be the food that caused the food poisoning. She then pretended to receive a phone call and hung up. Do not risk your health by eating at this location, other locations have been excellent though. Edit: Their corporate office reached out to me about the matter. They were apologetic and said that they would look into the matter. Hopefully changes are made at the location to prevent this sort of thing from happening in the future. read more

The service was good over the phone and the delivery guy was very nice but the food was awful. Ordered a pizza that had very sweet sauce and tasted like it was from a jar. I would have rather had a frozen pie from the supermarket. The "philly cheesesteak" tasted like a hamburger on a sub roll and should not be called a Philly cheesesteak. The one decent thing was the jalapeno poppers but the cheese tasted gritty. All in all not a good experience. I don't like writing bad reviews but this one was necessary. Took the kids for pizza on Saturday, order two pizzas lite cheese. They put extra cheese on both pizzas. The manager didn't seem to know what to do. I asked her if the order looked correct and she said no, but? The dough didn't seem to be cooked. The service used to be good, but they have lost something, oh yea, customer service. It was the worst pizza from any Paisano's that i have ever visited! The Paisano's in Manassas is on point and the service is great, try that one. Very disappointed! We ordered dinner via delivery for the whole family and everything arrived but my 6 year olds kids spaghetti. Try explaining to your little one that she has to wait for her dinner was no fun at all. Tonight's service was horrible and it was delivery! One of our order included a salad that said Home made dressing. The online menu made us choose from a list of generic dressing (Italian, ranch, etc...) We clicked on no dressing but wrote in the comment field of that salad that we wanted their homemade salad. We received the salad without dressing. I called and they explained that their "homemade" dressing was Ranch, Italian , etc... I asked why didn't they call to clarify that since we wrote in the comment. She again said we should have picked a dressing from the list. I asked her if she read my comments and she said yes. So I asked again why didn't she call to clarify since my notes conflict with the list. No apologizes or explanations, just said she saw the notes but didn't do anything about it. I also ordered the Mozzerla Caprice as I have done in the past. Filling and yummy. Tonight in a deep dish, they offered a skimpy amount and only a thin slice of tomatoes cut up in 5 sections. We've ordered from Paisano's several times over the past few years and never really had any major complaints. Last night's meal was actually worth my writing to express my disappointment. The gyro I ordered, minus lettuce and tomato, extra tzitzki on the side, arrived with extra feta cheese instead of the extra sauce. The meat was like beef jerky, very dried out and tough. The extra feta was so cloying, I couldn't eat it. The chef salad we ordered looked like it was made two days ago, the cucumbers were rubbery, the lettuce was brown and wilted, and the entire salad seemed to be "old". My husband's stromboli was basically just crust with minimal steak and cheese filling. All in all, we will think twice before we order again. On a good note though, the young woman who answered the phone was very personable. However, she either wrote down the order wrong (extra feta instead of extra sauce) or the kitchen just didn't read it correctly. And, delivery was well within the time given to me by the girl who took the order. read more
