Food is good. Delivery to 1-2 miles away *that's 2 traffic lights* would take an hour whereas pick up would take 15min. Decided to do pick up to support a local team. Got home both my main entrees were wrong. Chicken versus lamb. Called them and they asked to take back the food that was wrong. Kind of weird because I could have gifted it to a neighbor whereas they're just going to throw it away *hopefully not serve* Guess you need proof these days. I was a bit disappointed that my $45+ order wasn't even given at least a free beverage for the mistake and that I had to drive back out, it's not far but it's cold out. I am appreciative that by the time I got back to the restaurant they were already working on my correct order *in good faith I guess* Will I order again? I always get my food from Paisanos every Friday night is pizza night! And when I'm at the pool with my kids. We love their pizzas , wings , boneless wings and fries and garlic knots. We all like their food it's quality ingredients you can taste and the cheese is real. We never order from anywhere else. I don't know what I would do without them they made my summer so much easier my kids can keep swimming and I can order Paisanos thanks so much! read more

The new Paisano's in Lake Ridge at 12439 Dillingham Square, Woodbridge, VA is so incredibly good! Brand new, just a few days open now, they are serving up your favorites like Pizzas, Salads, Wraps, Subs, Pastas, and much more.  The Chicken Parmesan Sub (Marinated grilled chicken, homemade marinara & melted mozzarella cheese) is incredible.  The 10" Sub with Fries special they have is great too.  Even the Kids portions, like Cheese Ravioli looks like something fresh out of New York, Chicago, or Italy. Everything we ordered tonight was great.  This new location in Dillingham Square is just across from Water's End Brewery.  It obviously has Takeout and Delivery, but also a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your meal onsite.  And yes, if you are enjoying a beverage at Water's End, they will deliver to you across the parking lot. Everyone onsite tonight, including who I think were the owners, were all extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous.  We're glad to have Paisano's in the neighborhood at 12439 Dillingham Square, Woodbridge, VA!  Check them out if you haven't already. read more

The little girl who took my order, repeated back my order TWICE, and some how I still end up with no fries. Not to mention I went into store to order and when I wait 10-15 min, they tell me there's no order under my name??? You people are truly dumber than dirt. Great pizza been buying for 8 years. It's about as close as you're gonna get to New York style Pizza in this area. The hot wings are always good I tend to order them well done cause I like my wings crispy. They are fast for pick up and never had a messed up order. read more

I'm a regular customer of Paisano's but this time service was was terrible in lake ridge va. I kind of had the feeling when I was placing the order the lady who took my order was rude on the phone also at the store. While waiting for the the food I saw a guy cleaning up his eye and nose rubbing his hair and right after that cut a pizza. And the end of all that one of my orders was wrong I ordered grilled chicken sub but the lady insisted that I ordered chicken sandwich but no need to irritate my self before my meal so I let it go. Good pizza, the crust could be better, but the sauce and cheese are good. My wife enjoys the chicken wings so I tend to get her a ton when we order. They're very kind with the ranch and blue cheese. We ordered 2 salads to go. One was the gyro salad and the other was the buffalo chicken. They did not include napkins or forks which was super annoying because we were eating outdoors in a socially distanced backyard setting so our friends had to provide us those items. The salads were just a few veggies placed on top of a giant pile of lettuce. My friends like this place and have had good experiences, but as out of towers on our first visit, it wasn't impressive. Since this Paisano's opened, I've ordered pizza from here several times. This review is concerning my most recent order on 24 March. Having a few beers at the most excellent craft brewery across the parking lot from Paisano's, we decided to have a delivery sent to us while enjoying our bevvies. Note: if you order from the brewery and tell Paisano's that is where the delivery will be, there is no delivery free. Calling Paisano's number, I spoke with a young lady who may have been new or overwhelming busy. Of course, I could see the business from across the parking lot and there were few cars outside and most of the delivery vehicles were parked. I clearly stated it was a brewery delivery. I also gave my name as the ordering party. After about 38 minutes, we watched a driver exit the pizzeria, with pizza, get into a car, drive the 110 feet to the brewery, and exit the car. He entered the brewery and looked around before asking the bartender if someone ordered a pizza. Luckily, the bartender was able to look over and read my amused expression. He sent the delivery fellow over who handed me the pizza and a receipt to signed. Signing the receipt, and handing the tip to him, I took the pizza and prepared to enjoy my afternoon. The driver left, got back in his car, drove the 110 feet back to Paisano's and went inside. Laughing a bit, I then looked at the receipt. Lo and behold, I was charged a delivery fee. So, not only was I charged for a supposedly free service, it was for a driver to make a round trip of 220 feet. Overall, the pizza was delicious with tasty sauce, cheese, veggies, and pepperoni but the service and overcharge put a damper on this particular transaction. read more

We have been ordering pizza and wings for years from this location and have always been happy with the food and service. But when we ordered last week, the online tracking after an hour said our order was still being processed. So my son called and they said they were having driver problems. He told them we still wanted the order. They finally sent the order for pizza and wings in another 45 minutes and everything was cold. We were willing to over look this as a real driver problem that we could forgive. But my my son ordered us pizza tonight and they sent a text saying the ordered had been canceled. So he called and they said they had to switch the driver and when they do, it automictically sends a cancel text. We did get the pizza and it was warm and great. But the driver rang the doorbell and left the order in the rain on our uncovered door stoop. We are still struggling to understand driver problems two weeks in a row. Especially when we like the food. I think we will go with the 3 strikes your out rule. Trouble next time and no more orders. That would be a shame... read more

I've had Paisanos several years ago in Fairfax. It was delicious so I was excited to try it again. I ordered a medium supreme and thin crust with onion/green peppers. They delivered within 30 min. The presentation was fine. My husband enjoyed the thin crust pizza. But I felt the sausage and pepperoni were salty on the supreme pizza. I don't plan on ordering again. Instead of the employee reply to my asking if it was made or not, i was ignored three times by the young lady. Finally there was a younger guy that said it was not made. I am in the hospitality industry, and am very understanding to things like that. What I'm not understanding with is being ignored and not being told the truth. Just admit that the order was missed and it will be a few minutes longer, maybe comp it, maybe add a soda or a salad. Maybe don't add on anything. Just be honest. I order pizza from this location just about every Friday. I place my orders online for future pick up (1-2 hours). During my last visit I go to pick my pizza up at my scheduled pick up time and of course it's NOT ready(for the second time), but that wasn't even the worse part. They haven't even started and when they brought it to the cook's attention, he started my pizza then stepped off to eat before he finished my order. I was supposed to get a full credit for having to wait and of course that didn't happen either. HORRIBLE...not sure what happened to reasonable service.
