Absolutely the best authentic Cantonese Chinese restaurant we've been to in a very long time. We asked my mom where she wanted to go for her birthday dinner and she chose this restaurant. She called ahead of time to order many amazing dishes. When we got there, the restaurant is very unassuming. Then (nice) cars start pulling up and you can just tell that all the patrons in there are seeking very high end and authentic food ordered ahead of time. We saw several walk-ins turned away because I over heard the owner telling them that most of the reservations made have pre-ordered their selections for the evening. This place is expensive. But it is ultimate fine dining. You don't need to dress up. You just need to make a reservation, pre-order your entrees and go enjoy an amazing Cantonese cuisine. We cannot wait to go back. There is plenty of parking because they are in a business park. Give them a try. You will be amazed and impressed. My brother who is a major foodie was pleasantly surprised. Now, we don't have to drive to Monterey Park or Rowland Heights for amazing Chinese food.

Food is delicious but a lil pricyyyyy but everything was absolutely FIREEEEEEEEEE. Like every dish was amazinggg bc usually you only go to a spot for that 1-2 amazing dish 1. Coconut soup with chicken - literally chicken coconut soup in a coconut . Sooooo coconutttyy but sooo good. Came with that black chicken 2. Pidgeon - was like a mini Beijing roasted duck but that skin was extraaaa crispyyyyy and there was really little meat but it was soooo juicyyyy 3. Shredded chicken 手抓雞 - if you like that hainan chicken trend, this is 50 million times better than that shit you've been consuming. They have some scallion oil throughout the whole chicken and it's so soft and juicy. Like I've had hainan chicken that's dry af but everyone be calling it juicy. Nananaa- you gotta see that drip drip to call it juicy yooooo. 4. Eggplant in preserved fish- it's literally just garlic eggplant but that sauceeeee is addicting with that preserved fish. It's not a fishy flavor but it got that umami saucey thing that everybody wants on crack. So good with rice I could eat bowls of this shit.

Black chicken with Chinese herbs and etc.. was delicious!!

It's my first time trying this place. I have been looking for this type of food for a long time. They serve a very good, authentic, high quality cantonese food. The menu is very creative and unique. I ordered with Silvia's help and recommendations: - Buddha over the wall: fresh, high quality, the sauce is delicate for you to tatste the quality of all the ingredients. - Fried swab: rich flavor, the skin is super crunchy outside, flavorful and juicy inside. - Cuttlefish pot: cuttlefish is crunchy, sweet, full flavor, not too much oil, very fresh. - Fried eggplants with fermented fish: this is a very authentic dish, and not for everyone. If you can appreciate the unique taste and smell of fermented fish, you should try this. This is full flavor, goes well with rice, very creative. - Tomato beef soup: clean broth, delicate, very healthy, high quality, very well balance with my other dishes. Overall, this is such a unique dining experience. The service is great, the food come out in a well time manner. I would definitely come back to check out other dishes.

Best chinese food in town. Very authentic taste. Definitely not fast food. Waited a lil bit because we just walk in without reservation. But its worth the wait. Definitely very comforting food. Might not for everyone. No sweet and sour soup,no broccoli and beef.l, no egg roll just like canto. So if you are adventurous. Give it a try. If you are cantonese. This would be the best in the area

Holy mole!! Stumbled on this place and never imagined the food would be so incredibly delicious. Had the pork spare ribs with bone and garlic flakes!! not your typical Cantonese Cuisine. I'll be back to try more dishes. You have to try.

The lamb skewers were juicy and perfectly seasoned with cumin, and the grilled beef tendon skewers had an amazing crispy, chewy texture. The soup dumplings were full of flavorful broth, and the braised beef knife-cut noodles were chewy with large, tender chunks of beef. We also tried the beef paomo for the first time--it was warm, comforting, and packed with rich flavor. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and after chatting with the staff we learned the owner is from Xi'an, which explains how authentic everything tasted. The menu is only on the kiosk or on their website so look ahead. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived so we didn't mind since we had kids. However, there were wet signs on the floor and buckets everywhere to catch a leak. It was very chaotic. We ordered the crispy beef and pho inspired beef noodles. The crispy beef was thinly sliced and fried before getting tossed in their citrus glazed sauce. It got too sweet after a few bites. The "pho" was okay, it had lots of meat but the broth was something I couldn't put my finger on. The noodles were "unlimited". I asked for a second bowl of noodles and were given knife cut, when I originally had thin. I don't mind it but if it were anyone else, they may have cared? Maybe it was a bad day..

I ordered their most popular dish, the A1 set, but honestly, it didn't really live up to the hype for me. The broth tasted pretty underseasoned overall. From what I understood, you're supposed to mix all the toppings into the soup with the noodles, but even after doing that, I still felt like the flavor was lacking. Yes, they provide seasoning on the side, but personally, I wish the broth already had enough flavor on its own without needing to adjust it myself. Would I come back? Probably not. Nothing really stood out to me enough to return, and it felt more like a one-time experience. Overall, everything was just okay.

Their xiao long bao is also really good and definitely comparable to Din Tai Fung and Paradise Dynasty. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the dumplings and wontons were so moist and flavorful. The beef roll is a MUST. Unlike some places where it can be dry, theirs had the perfect amount of sauce and was so good. Also get the lava egg yolk steamed buns. So soft, moist, fresh, and delicious. But surprisingly, one of the biggest standouts was their drinks. They use real tea, and their taro milk tea completely changed my mind about taro drinks. Fresh taro mixed with real tea, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would literally come here just for the drinks. If you love boba, you need to try them. Just be prepared to wait because this place gets BUSY. Lunchtime was packed, and we came around 3 PM and were lucky to get a spot. Everything was so satisfying without feeling overly heavy afterward. Turns out, it wasn't nearly as crowded as before - though spoiler: the price has increased a lot (I want to say it was $25/lb 10 years ago, and now is $37/lb). Keep in mind too, you can't get a small amount like 1lb - usually it's gonna be 3+lb so your bill is easily going to hit mid-$100 to $200s from the lobster alone. That being said, many people swear this is the best, and that's why they can charge whatever they want. I'm actually allergic to lobster (lol) but am a team player so I just sampled it for the funsies, and had to get another dish to actually eat (went with the beef lok luk). My family said the lobster noodle was good, but not like, fantastic (which we were expecting not fantastic but yeah, mostly came here to a family meeting.) The beef lok luk was also pretty good like, 4.3 of 5 - we just had another version at Paradise which was astounding (like 4.6) though also more expensive and pretty far away. Overall, not sure if we'll come back again as we're more curious about the copycats that have popped up which might be 80% as good and much more affordable. Stay tuned! :)

This helped us get a table much faster than we would have than if we had just shown up and waited. We ordered the large family meal, and there were 12 of us. We also ordered the Newport Lobster, fish fillet with black bean sauce, and an extra shrimp fried rice. Overall, I think the food was good, and the prices are reasonable (except the lobster, which was pricey, as you might expect from anything listed as "market price"). Most of us in the group thought the fish fillet with black bean sauce was the best. I thought it was very good, but not necessarily fantastic. (There are other Chinese restaurants that do it a little better.) The sauce was very good, but the fish wasn't quite as tender as it can be. Definitely a solid 4 stars. Other dishes were good. I think the scallop soup could have been great for some people, but my wife and I both hate cilantro, and there was a ton of cilantro. The pork was also good, and my friends thought the clams were also really good. I found the fried rice a bit bland. And for both the lobster and the crab, they could have made them a little easier to eat by cracking the shells a bit more for us. I hate fighting with my food ... And there was a fair amount of fighting on these 2 dishes. The lobster cost almost much as all the other dishes combined. It certainly looked amazing. And the sauce was very good. But I found most of it a bit overcooked. Maybe it was our fault for asking for a big one. Maybe a smaller lobster might have been cooked a little less. The great sauce (along with the fighting with the shell) might have covered up the fact that the meat was actually a bit tough and rubbery. I don't think I'd order this again. The service was very friendly and pretty fast. And, again, other than the lobster, the pieces were pretty reasonable.

Good customer service in spite of mistakes goes a long way. The atmosphere is casual, and low playing 80's rock echoed throughout the dining area. The restaurant had a relatively small dining room which wasn't overly crowded at 6pm-ish on a Friday night. The bar counter hosted a couple guests as well. The honey walnut shrimp was arguably my favorite meat, while the house chow mein was my favorite side. Not too thick, great flavor and nice and hot! Some large egg rolls were included. A little oily for my taste but again, Irene liked hers. You can ask for some S&S/mustard dipping sauce. A slightly different take on how they prepared the mustard. The sweet and sour was decent breaded chicken with good homemade sauce, chopped onions and peppers. No pineapple darn it. My Kung Pao could have been called Kung zucchini! That was okay as the portion was huge and I shared some. Plenty of peanuts too (I wished they had been cooked inside the wok..).
