Worst nails I have ever gotten! It was so frustrating because I had asked if I could get my nails done by 6:30 and they said yes. But I finished my nails at 7:30! The nail technician kept saying "10 more minutes" and I ended up missing my plans. I asked for nail extensions but they just glued acrylics on top and then called it "extensions". The nail technician rushed my nails the entire time and I paid 90$ for it to look like press on nails! If you hold up my nails to the light, you can see the glue through the nails. Not even a week afterwards and one nail already fell off and another one is already peeling. I highly do not recommend coming here. read more

This place is a total scam. I speak Vietnamese but the ladies working here usually assume I don't. I have been a handful of times and confirm that the nail techs are saying bad things about you. They will often laugh as they talk about upcharging you, and will also tack on random fees if you use a credit card. The pricing is never consistent and the quality of their work is very sub par. Today I actually heard the woman doing my pedicure saying in Vietnamese that she was too lazy to do the full work my pedicure required ( I had a broken toe nail that needed acrylic) and that she wanted to quickly go to lunch. She then tried to add an extra $5 onto my bill because I didn't want to get money out of the ATM. After I mentioned it she redid the transaction but stated she was adding a $1 fee but did not specify what the fee was for. I could go on and on with these kinds of stories. Vincent was my nail tech for a while, he was great. All until one time recently my nails the day after getting them done started peeling and bubbling up. I asked to come back and get them fixed. I came back a couple of days later and Vincent told me they probably got like that bc I was on my phone and didn't allow them to properly cure.. this was the first time I've ever had this happen! I told him if there was a problem with me being on my phone while he did my nails then just say that, I don't have a problem with putting my phone done, but that's not the blame for the horrible polish job. I drove all the way up there from Torrance to Beverly Hills.. I just wanted them fixed! Well this time the polish started lifting completely where I could peel it off.. I had to call yet again bc I had a function and needed my nails fixed! I didn't really want to go elsewhere because they would charge me for a polish change, I was willing to drive back up to Beverly Hills to get them painted again. When I called to come up to the shop Vincent told me that he had an appointment at 1 pm, I told him that was fine I would come when he was done. He told me to come around 5 but he would have to charge me.. why would you charge me for something that I just paid for a couple of days ago? Clearly the polish is not good, something is wrong with the polish that is making it peel! So long story short, I told him it wasn't fair to have me pay being that I just got my nails done less than a week ago and had already came up once and was willing to drive all the way up there again. He then told me he didn't want to do my nails anymore.. like why not, just because I needed my nails fixed twice?!? This had never happened before! Just very unprofessional service. read more

I went yesterday for a hot stone pedicure and a French powder dip manicure. Manicure was fabulous! Pedicure - disaster!! Lynn did my pedicure and got so deep under my big toe nail that it ripped 1/2 way down the nail bed. I yelped (no pun intended) and she kept working. As i looked down she said it was ok. No apology - nothing. I thought it was bruised. Got home and my toe began to throb - looked at it closely and it was ripped and lifted covered up with polish. I am hoping it isn't infected! Accidents happen but owning up to a mistake is important. I've taken photos of my toe. Also know that they are no longer accepting credit or debit cards. they installed an ATM in the back of the shop - too much fraud for that. So go with cash - hopefully they'll put a sign on the door letting customers know. read more

Here respond was because the girl did you a gel manicure and gel pedicure I said that not true the minute I entered the salon I asked you about the prices and now you telling me that. She said that the girl asked me if I wanted Gil pedicure and I said yes. And that's never happened she she didn't asked me I told her I am not paying you for the gel I am paying for regular and we started a very long argument. I went in for a gel pedi a few days ago. It was a nice place, I did go in on a Saturday and they were at full capacity. Felt a little uncomfortable with the amount of people in a small space. They language barrier is definitely an issue to some degree.I asked a question regarding parking, someone else translated and let her know. The price point is definitely on a high side-$75 plus tip. They want you to tip in cash and are unable to add it on the card. They asked me to pull money from the atm which I was not to happy about.
